Worst place ever, Jackie is a liar and after 3 months of having my car they sold it to a bank and was still accepting my biweekly payments. Than they sold the car for more to the bank and lied about the car value. Without letting me know that the bank was now over the account. The car had roaches and I mean like a ton of roaches and no one told me or offered to switch the vehicle. I only dealt with Jackie and if it’s on thing I believe it’s karma. One day soon god have mercy on your soul. You know everyday what your doing is wrong. Robbing and lying to innocent people. Your the worst kind of person the liar with a smile. Worst dealership ever they are a fraud bad business I bought a car in May it’s October I still haven’t received my title. The lady is rude and they are so unprofessional. I do not recommend very ghetto. The car also has a bad transmission I bought a lemon.

Better Auto of Miami Owner/GM will not return my call. Really nice your first visit to buy a car, once you purchase your experience changes. They took possession of my friends car after 5 weeks of being behind while communicating a loss of job and transition to new job. Meanwhile they took $8,000.00. Deposit. 3 months she had her car and not one late payment till now. Sharks waiting to pounce. The reviews are conducted by friends. I will have my attorney file a lawsuit. Filling a claim with the better business bureau. I came to pay the car and a month in advance and they wont even take the money now they rather keep the large deposit. Very dissapointing to say the least.

Worst place to buy a car. Sharks and thieves. They smile and give you great service. Until you need them to help . They say they will work with you, they dont. Was late on payment and they repossessed my car. I put half the cars worth down and was on a biweekly payment plan with high interest. Was willing to pay what I owed plus a month in advance. They told me to pay $10,000 to get the car out. Im a single mother of two kids and was in communication with them. They dont care.

Ive had my car for not even a year and it has multiple problems that they told me nothing about. They told me that the car was in a minor accident in the back yet everyone who sees the car even at the chevy dealer say the accident was most likely in the front. The dealer told me that the car was ‘like new’ and had no issues. Save yourself the haste and the money and go somewhere else. Very dishonest and shady.

Juan was rude! They do not check or service their vehicles on a regular basis. Dude wanted to sell me a car and I told me I could not test drive it, cause it hasnt been on the road in awhile. Battery dead, radiator had rust, engine shaking and he became defiant when I ask to check the air filter. Not a good place to shop for a car or truck.

Many of the bad reviews on this page are people that have gotten their cars repoed for not making payments. These people do not play games! if you have any issues they will do their best to help u. But dont play around with them. I have no complaints about them. My car had a few issues at the beginning, but the owner made sure they were resolved quickly. I would highly recommend them if you can make monthly payments on cars.

Juan Dalama and Pep and last but not least the finance manager was down right amazing. I came in worried and lefted out happy with all tears. These 3 gentlemen made it all happen for me. Even with my terrible credit they wasnt going to take no for an answer from the bank. They work hard to put me into a 2014 Hyundai Elantra with magnificent monthly payment. They was able to work with my down payment and all. All I can say is these 3 gentlemen needs to be on national TV due to saving and helping so many people. I bought a car 1 year ago. After 2 weeks the handles feel, the radiator went bad and they never fixed it. They said that they would but they where going to charge me for it. (Where did the 30 day guarantee go?). After that the transmission went bad. Told them and they would never pass me to the one In charge. After much research I found out that They lied of having clean title. They faked the VIN number. They sold me a flooded car. Now there was oil everywhere and my car caught on fire. I was with my family inside the vehicle! DO NOT GO TO THAT PLACE! By the way to the person that said that we post bad thing about BETTER AUTO because we dont pay out bills, just FYI I pay my car every 2 weeks on TIME! These people arent honest PERIOD!

Honestly worst place ever. I spent my money and time here for nothing. They are extremely money hungry they help you get a car just so they can make money. I got a car, two months and a half later the car left me stranded turns out they sold me a car with messed up transmission. They knew and didnt care and on top of that still wanted me to pay more money. The guys that are sales Rep are super nice but unprofessional, the sales rep helping me was sleeping with his leg up and everything while waiting for the contract to finish and the girl on the financial side in the front is extremely rude, disrespectful and unprofessional Never again! Thieves and con-artist when I was almost done with my payments they repossessed it, Kept my tag, and called me saying they made a police report against me because i had supposedly threatened them. They said they recorded me which is against the law in Florida without someones consent. So, also liars. The positive reviews they have are from their employees if you look at the profile that wrote them u can see its the guy that works selling their cars lol

Only reason people are mad at this place is because they dont want to pay their bill on time, these people dont play and they will repossess your car, but customers hide away, I see this all the time because I work across the streets, I hear and see rude customers whose cars get repossessed and then cross the street and try to get a loan from Check Cashing USA. The salesmen can be rude if you are rude to them, it is Melrose for God sakes, close to Allappattah and Brown subs, of course people are mad rude in this area. Ive sent a few friends to buy cars here and they have been happy so far, especially my buddy with the Vette. One of my friends had his car repossessed 3 times, but only because he had wife problems and told them that only he can pay the bill and will not be paying it that month. So Im giving a review on behalf of the few friends who have gone to this place. As long as you have the money even though you have no credit, yes, we recommend this dealer.

Just 10 days ago I bought my car. And it doesnt work anymore. I took it today and it was supposedly repaired. I take it to my house. When I went out again it didnt work. Only 10 days and it doesnt work anymore. I expect my money back. or a car that DOES WORK.
