Too simple too easy. That is what Jesus Pizarro said to me when we first spoke about a vehicle my wife and I were interested in. There are almost 50 genesis dealers in Florida and we felt so good working with Jesus that we drove down to Miami from Orlando on Saturday to make a deal. Jesus really gave us a white glove treatment. He had all documents, pricing and expectations laid out simply from the onset. He checked in on our progress as we made our way down, greeted us my wife and I at the doors and really went above and beyond to make our first new car purchase special.The actual transaction was transparent and easy. My reviewI recently leased a 2021 Genesis G80 from Braman. My salesman Rafael Carrizales worked hard to find the car that I wanted. It took about a week but he stayed in touch with me and assured me we would find the car that I wanted. And he did. The sales manager, Alex (also very helpful) worked with me on price, They sent me the quote via text and when I went to pick up the car, everything was ready. Rafael is the man.. he will help as much as humanly possible. Be sure to ask for him.

This is my second car purchased from Braman. Until today I have been completely satisfied with both sales and service. Today I am totally dissatisfied with service department. When making an appointment for service for my G80, they stated they no longer provide loaners because of Covid. Last time I took my car in for service, I recall they had sanitizing machines that they used on all vehicles before returning them to the owners. That excuse is bogus. I plan on calling one of the other Genesis dealerships to request service.

Once you try a GENESIS.. you will get addict to it ! Driving, comfort, security, style.. try it.. i changed my E350, 10 years ago... and 3 Genesis since...

I came in at the beginning of the month after browsing their inventory online. The salesperson Jesus Pizarro was very friendly and very straightforward with everything. He was willing to work with me only being able to come in on weekends to try to get a deal done on a Genesis that fit my needs. What a waste of time. After 3 different visits, my vehicle remain unrepaired and I remain frustrated that my audio/navigation system remains in disrepair. To add insult to injury, the service manager wouldnt even return my call. Unreal and the worst vehicle repair service I have ever encountered.

I showed up in December for a test drive offer after browsing their inventory online. Upon arriving no one seemed to notice I walked in and after arranging for a test drive there seemed to be a major disorganization going on. I decided to go home to decide whether I should buy the G80 or continue looking into other luxury brands. They assured me that the test drive offer is valid regardless of a purchase. Nearly 2 months later I have yet to hear anything about my test drive offer and even left a voicemail for their manager to get back to me. I have yet to hear back from them and it just reminds me of how disorganized their lobby is. Honestly the G80 is a great car but customer service is severely lacking here and thats what truly sets Genesis apart from Mercedes, Lexus, and BMW. Its not worth coming here and receiving this kind of service for the price you pay for these type of cars.

Today at 1:16 pm Sept 10, 2019, my wife went to Braman Hyundai (2001 NE 2nd Ave Miami, FL 33137 ). For a warning light on her dash. It was a bad bulb, the rear middle one. They gave her an estimate of $115... I told her to LEAVE. I went to Advance Auto Parts, got a pair of bulbs for $3 (Lady gave me a $5 off coupon). And I did it in less than 2 mins!
