I m sorry for this bad review, but your guys make waste my time on goin to your dealer for an Rav-4, that is not an scuseble, when we schedule twice an appointment and the car want at the dealer lot. That is misservice meaning. and is not a good way to made promotion or bringing customer .

One of the worst car dealers Ive had experience with. Online prices are absolutely not true. And besides, they can check your credit history without your consent. I strongly do not recommend this place to buy a car.

Great place!! Wonderful staff. Mr Jose Garcia greeted me and immediately felt like part of the family. They took the time to sit down and talk to me and asked what I was looking for. They are full of garbage talk

Extremely Happy with everyone in this dealer and the way they helped us buy our car. They were very helpful in explaining the process of buying a car. We told them what we were looking for and they gave a list of vehicles to choose from. I ended up test driving a 2016 Corolla which looked beautiful. Mr Garcia was wonderful in the way he explained everything. I recomend this dealer to everyone. I give it 5 stars

The worst and unprofessional

This place is a joke!! Customer service is the worst Ive ever experienced. And talk about lying used car salesmen! Dont go!I drove 2 hours to check out a specific cars I had to find someone to help me. The sales person rushed me while looking at the car. They tell me the price online is a special offer, the special offer is that if you pay $5000 your car is $5000 cheaper. NOT a special deal. They ran my financing and came back with a monthly payment that was $150 more than I requested. Still, I decided I could make it work. They had me wait 2 hours to tell me that they needed to reach the bank manager to get approval for lowering the price of the car, but that they would call me first thing the next morning. I didnt hear anything, so I reached out in the afternoon. I was told they were still waiting from a response from the bank. I told them I deserved an answer by 4 and NEVER received a call back.

It was a nice to meet Diego, his a nice guy and he has a lot of patient with their customer. Nice place with amazing car prices and of course the manager mike was ultra generous with the offers. Nice place to buy your first car.

Excellent place to buy a car. I was greeted very politely and profesionally (a huge change from all other dealers i have been to). The Sales Rep Eduardo Picot was Great. He was very patient and informative about the right car for me. The Manager, Jose Garcia was outstanding. The cars were great impecable. Looked like new and theSelection was awesome. I went online looking for the charger knowing that I have bad credit came to car factory took a couple hours but was able to walk away with my dream car.Sales rep by the name of Santiago and the manager yosniel where the best sales rep to come to with good advice and theyre guaranteed to do their best to get you into a vehicle

The service in my opinion was satisfactory, my sales representative Mr. Oscar Rojas was very friendly, patient and with a good knowledge of the options to choose the best car. The manager Andy Leon got me a financing according to my needs, I had a very good experience in this dealer that is why I recommend them.

I live in Key West, my fiance was speaking with David he is such a sweet guy tho. Well we made an appointment to go and get a traverse for 5999 we told him that are credit isnt good he say it was just fine that they would work with me and even tho he say is 0 down I decided that I would put 500 dollars and he say that fine. When I drove 4 hours to Miami I sit down with Jaider he took all my info and my fiance and we told him that my fiance would be paying every month for the car but I would be the driver since he always working, then come this manager talking about that we need to put 3500 dollar down because of my credit. When the car alone is 5999 only which didnt made any sense. My fiance didnt had a license for a long time so the manager wanted him to have his license because my fiance had a better credit. If they say that it doesnt matter your credit why even ask?. I wasted my time, and my fiance wasted a day of work. Never again would wasted my time with them. So please ppl dont waste your time at all. False advertising at it finest.

4/15/2018 I saw their ad on Carguru and was impressed by the price of a Rav4. I decided to give them a call to check the availability of the vehicle. The lady answered the phone was very rude, she said ALL the Rav4 were sold, they have some technical issues that’s why their inventory on the websites (official and even on Carguru?) “have not been updated”. Then I decided to go for a Santa Fe so I called her back. She said all the ““normal” cars were sold out, we only have luxury cars like Audi, BMW, Lexus, or Range Rover if you can afford them” then hung up. What kind of customer service is that?4/30/2018, I have already bought a car but somehow their ad came up on while I was browsing again on Carguru. All the Rav4 and Santa Fe were still on Carguru and on the official website. Let’s say whatever the lady told me was true, which I doubt it, how long does it really take to fix your “technical issues”?Be ware of this business!

Horrible service.. liars about price.. called ahead to verify a vehicle was in stock at the price I saw online and was told yes.. when I arrived the vehicle was 8000 more than they told me it was then tried to say that they quoted me the price with a 6000 dollar down payment even though I mentioned that I had a 2000 dollar down payment...just the worst experience ever... beware.. liars.. liars.. liars.. also horribly inconvienent.. messy dirty building.. avoid this dealer!!

WORST DEALER, WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, FRAUDULENT PEOPLE . Was told over the phone that they are having a zero down monthly special regardless of any credit situation. Call multiple of times before making the drive to the dealer was told ZERO down regardless of your credit score . Went there and was asked to put $3500 on the car. Salesmen are very unprofessional, there were smoking in the presence of the customers. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !

I called the dealer before going to make sure they had the car I wanted, the price and the no fees policies were real. They told me the price was as published on cargurus and gave me the adress of the branch located in Davie.I went there and, even though the salesmen were very kind, after an hour and a half they told me the real facts: The price they publish on cargurus and their website is the amount to finance when you make a down payment of 5k (this is not stated anywhere on what they publish on car gurus or their website). After the fees, which they do charge even though they state on the web they dont, the price of the car I wanted was $19.688 when the published price was $11.991.Very dissapointed and a complete waste of time.
