What can I say when I go into this Publix I always get welcomed and the staff has been helpful. Love buying the sushi there

Lots of selection, meats are fresh, good deals on B1G1 free items. Look for those deals to save loads of money, there are usually plenty throughout the store. This particular Publix was missing many items I find in the other public closest to my area. The bakery is tiny for such a large market. Fruits and vegetables are fresh each visit, but smaller again than other Publix location about 10 minutes away.

Publix is one of the few supermarkets that you can count on for all items being clean and fresh. It’s is a bit higher in price, but I believe in getting what you pay and in my family getting the best.

Publix is the Best super market at South Florida.

Hands down the worst Deli service of any Publix Supermarket in Miami. Do not order ahead of time, there is no point to it. You will only be waiting longer than the 30 minutes intervals set by the online ordering system. I understand that the Deli counter is one of the busiest parts of the Supermarket, but this Deli counter will continue to fall short of even the lowest of standards when it comes to customer satisfaction or service. They will frequently lose your online order or get the order entirely wrong. Waiting in line is fine, but be prepared to watch 1 person work while the rest talk amongst themselves, not even doing anything the basics of maintaining their counter. You as the customer are least of their concern, its better to take your business elsewhere. Publix Deli @ fountainblue....get your act together.

I live in Kendall, but when Im near to this Publix, I make my shopping here, because is much, much better than the others in my area.Congrats to the manager !

This Publix is always busy. Its clean and very well stocked. There is always space in the parking lot

First I have to wait more than 39 min for a sub, only one person doing the subs and the rest on the back having a great conversation, apparently no one could help. then after waiting so long for a sub I go to the customer service to do a western union transaction and while waiting on line another customer just went in front of me and Aneisy helped him instead of telling him to wait for his turn. when is my turn to go I tell next time you should tell the customer to make the line, she roll her eyes and didnt pay attention to what I was telling her, then when i start to tell her my phone number she told me to wait cause the computer needs to be re-start, after a couple of minutes then she ask me for my number and then tell me that the person that I wanted to send money to was not on my profile, at that point I just left that Publix and went to another one where my profile didnt have any problems.

The absolute worst deli staff and managers. How this kind of behavior is acceptable I don’t know. Not to mention if you don’t speak Spanish you get no service, period.

I had the worst customer service from this lady that serve me the coffee in the morning. She made an unprofessional comment and embarrased me with the other people waiting in line. This lady is loud and rude... and honestly im thinking to visit another Publix, maybe the customer service at the coffee shop will be more classy and professional.

I go to this Publix at least 4 times a week and they’re awesome, team is super nice, great customer service, awesome cafe con leche, no complaints. Today was my first and I hope my last bad experience, I went to the Deli section for the “Holiday dinner promo” of turkey and some sides and team members had no idea of it although I was showing it from the weekly Ad. They called the Manager and she was too rude, lack of customer service, bad attitude, definitely not in a good mood. I left totally disappointed, don’t go for the holiday dinner deal....

The staff is very helpful and very proactive. Great customer service. The floor Managers are polite and always help you. They interact and help the customer all the time. I visited Evey week the store to purchase the specials of the week. I ENJOY THE EMPLOYEES CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY TREAT ALL CUSTOMER WITH COURTESY AND RESPECT. All areas are clean and neat. In another notea the Pharmacy Manager is very nice, always helping the customer and able to answer any question. It is a pleasure to visit Publix !!!!

I come here often, almost everyday since I live next door and I’ve never had a problem. Today, I went to the deli to get a pub sub and I am gluten free because I have celiac and when I asked for it, they didn’t understand at first what I was saying. They didn’t speak English and so we tried in Spanish since I can speak a little. They then proceeded to tell me there weren’t any gluten free wraps left when I literally passed them on the shelf. So I bring the wraps to them and they tell me they can’t use that package when 1 week ago they used that exact package. The woman was getting angry and screaming in Spanish the other co worker who was about to give it to us. Very unprofessional and rude. Ended up not getting a wrap. She shouldn’t work in customer service.

I tried calling the pharmacy about three times and I theyll pick up the call and put on hold straight away without even saying hello. And then I waited almost 10 minutes every time and NO ONE picked up the phone. Its really annoying when you only have one question and you dont want to go to the store, so you call and the they put you on hold and dont answer 😒 🙄

They were open next day from the hurricane to help people that dont have food or water. They even put a power outlet so the people can charge theirs phones since there is no power on the zone.

I love the variety of latin products that are in on sale and the variety of products and prices are also a great bargain for your pocket and value for the people who want to save money! The atmosphere is great and customer service is very friendly and attentive with the shopper!

Been going to this Publix for a while. Even during the pandemic the selection is high for foods and theres often sales on food items popular with children.Your total can easily reach over 150 USD and even over 200 USD (Family of 6 with 2 dogs to compare) so be careful!

Good store. Like all Publix down here though they dont bake enough bread. Bread pickings are slim at 5 PM..

While I like this location for general shopping and the such, I am not much impressed with the deli section.A couple weeks ago, an order was placed for my job a day before we needed it. We gave a specific time that wed needed it picked up. On the day of pick-up, at our scheduled time, our order was not ready. Not to mention, when we asked for it they had no clue what we were talking about. We were asked where we placed the order. If it were placed in the right location. Did we do it online, etc. When finally they asked someone and lo and behold they found our order of 175 wings. Now I appreciate freshly cooked wings just as much as the next person but 10x out of 10 when someone comes in during the week for a big order and give you the company name, it is needed when it is asked for.With any job your lunchtime is your lunchtime and whether youre having a great together or not, it is not expected to last for the whole entire afternoon. With that being said, we couldnt enjoy our luncheon to its entirety because Publix was late with our order.Id just ask that the deli is a little bit more mindful when fulfilling orders. Upon coming in, look at the orders that are for pick-up that day and mentally prepare for that. Get it prepped. Set a reminder of when to start cooking vs when it is scheduled to be picked up.Again, I love this location in general because of its shelf space and dont think it would be right to tarnish its reputation based on one incident in the deli.Lets do better in the future, Publix.

I was just at the publix on 93ave and west Flagler st. I was with my family shopping for my boys. Everyone wanted subs for dinner. Unfortunately i had the worst experience anyone can possibly have. I had the nastiest, rudest most disrespectful older lady trying to help us. It got so bad that she complained at me because I wanted a specific ham on my sub. She even started calling my wife names. So at that time i wanted to speak to a manager and supposedly there was no manager available. I then went to the front of the store to find a store manager and he was as rude as the employee at the deli. My wife was hurt and disappointed that we still have people like this that dont care about other people in general. I always would shop at this publix but unfortunately after this incident i will no longer set feet at this publix. We all need to be treated with respect. I dont think Im asking for much.Thank youHeli Hernandez

Modern great Market

Good place to buy quality groceries!!!

About 4 months ago we start visiting this Publix instead of the one east of it. This store is 3 or 4 years old, so it has a modern layout that is easy to navigate. The staff is always helpful in assisting with locating items. The only complaint that I have is that the last two visits they were out of stock on the a few items I was shopping for and this may be because their traffic might be increasing.

Been calling publix my supermarket since 1985 when I move to Miami, been calling Publix Fountain Square my special place since is so close to me and everything is always perfect the employees couldnt be more efficient and pleasant and the farmacy personal is excellent all around I ❤ my Publix at Fountain Square Plaza.

Love this Publix! The staff is always helpful a d usually greet you upon entrance. Clean and the service is quick. It gets hectic but the deli people need pep in that step at times. Recommend shopping there.

This Publix is poorly managed!!! Wait time at deli was average 20 minutes or more, bread shelves were practicality empty (looked like what it looks like pre-hurricane preparation), and all cash-out lanes had more than 4 customers waiting to pay. Where was the manager today? If he or she was at the store today, acted in silence! Publix is going from good to bad! Wake up corporate office! Youre not paying attention to in store operations and youre certainly forgetting customers!!! I wont return to this location...that makes it 2 locations that Im boycotting!!! Shame on you, Publix!! Get it together...its not that hard!!!
