Their Angus picaña was good not great for the price

Just tried their angus entraña for 17 bucks a pound and it had a lot of FAT which I had to trim so I didn’t really purchase 3 lbs of meat. Compared to Graziano’s the meat isn’t as tender. Graziano’s is priced better, fat is trimmed better so you get more per pound, and the meat is very tender. I moved a little further away so wanted to try this place but I will not be back and would rather drive a little more.

Best meat. Great variety. Even have Wagyu cuts. The Vacio prime and Wagyu Churrasco are amazing.

Best quality meat around these parts are really easy to get to right on Kendall. They make their own sausages which are off the chain. The owner also makes homemade chimichurri and its the best in Miami.

Great selection and pricing for quality meats

I have visited this place nothing short of 20 times and this last visit will be my last visit. When they actually have supply they tend to have good cuts at a decent price. It is always a guess as to what they have in stock before Id arrive, so I would constantly have to readjust my menu on my way back to the car. Their supply is notoriously inconsistent. Another thing I noticed, time after time after time, was when Id ask for 1 lb, Id always get 1.2 lbs. If I asked for 3, it would always be closer to 4. I never made any sort of deal, but I always thought to myself that a 1/4 here and 1 lb there was extremely unethical and unfair business. What else are they doing? Putting their thumb on the scale? Who knows? The other day, I was presented with a 1.5 lb steak, I asked if he would trim it down to the size I requested. He made a pathetic attempt to remove some fat (literally didnt move the scale) and refused to do any more. I urged him to reconsider bc I was not going to buy what he had cut for me. His response was I dont care. Think of THAT - I dont care about your business.I hope future customers read this and if they still decide to go there that they 1. call in advance to see if they actually have what you bought last time and 2. Keep your eye on the scale and hold the butcher accountable to sell you the actual weight you ordered

I thought to give Johnny Jones a try after being a customer of Grazianos for 1 year. I purchased the Prime Churrasco and a few Potorhouse steaks. After trying the churrasco I had to admit it was the best Ive had. I will be back for more soon. There sausages are also a plus..

Brings out every cut available to show you and lovely service. Very high quality meat and taste like no other . They also gave me a couple of free sausages . Definitely the best place in town.

The Empanadas are great, lived in Latin America for 10+ years and some of the best, meat all very good quality at a fair price, excellent chimichurria and the home made sausage were fantastic, I live in Dubai and was only visiting Miami but if I lived locally I would get my meat here, heading off in the morning but will probably swing by for more empanadas in the morning

Johnny jones was bought out by an Argentine butcher that we knew a long time ago. The new owner has not only continues the quality of johnny jones but also added his knowledge of Argentinas grilling tradition. Price wise? Same as Publix and much better quality.
