Publix is always a great sub sandwich. Only variable is speed. This is the first Publix above the Keys, so when I arrive for lunch, I broke all my rules. LoL. Never go during shopper rush and follow little old ladies. Never go on coupon day. So Im expecting bs and delay. Its what I got too. LoL. But the sandwich was ( eventually) good.

I would give the store a higher rating if it weren’t for their extremely slow deli service particularly with their sandwiches. The workers at the station take their time and every movement they make is at a snail pace. I was waiting in the sandwich line for over 15 minutes and the customer behind me conveniently started speaking spanish to one of the deli workers who chose to take her ahead of me for the sandwiches instead and pulled her to the side. Its plain disrespectful and hurts their business. Management, please fix this issue. Everyone should be treated fairly regardless of the language they speak.

Thank you Publix for making curbside pickup an amazing experience. I have been using curbside since the pandemic started and have been doing all my grocery shopping online. The customer service is stupendous and the young people are so kind and always with a smile, even under rain. Thanks again for being a wonderful establishment.

I really try not to write negative reviewS but when I believe our community can benefit FROM A CONSTRUCTIVE review without throwing egg in Publix’s face, I do it.Folks, we need a better service staff for this publix Deli ASAP. My fourth time here during peak and off peak lunch for subs... what a head ache every single time. The language barrier is not so much the issue but the customer service... give it a try and let me know if this review is honest.

Love me this PUBLIX. I love Maria Elena the cashier thats been there forever. Shes ALWAYS SMILING. I will purposely take preference to her aisle even if it tends to be longer than the others....wonder why 🤔.Besides it is always well stocked. Thank you PUBLIX

Ive gone here my whole life and this place is well maintained, has lots variety, and makes sandwiches for you in the deli.

Quite possibly the worst Publix deli in the chain. Ordered party platter on online. I showed up half hour after it was supposed ready.. They couldn’t find my order. Counter lady was very polite and lost. Asked a male employee about it and he turned and walked away. I wound buying coconut shrimp and cooked it myself.Will never go to the store again. Sadly this is not the first deli disaster I’ve had at that store.

Stood at deli for several minutes before anyone said anything to me and it wasnt BUSY. I Order BH ROASTBEEF and was shaved and looked different i notice when i got home. Made a sandwich and it also tasted different. This was my first and last time getting anything from this location deli. Managers in this store walk right by you not saying hi or may i help you. It starts from management. IF MANAGERS DONT ASSIST YOU, HOW CAN YOU EXPECT THE EMPLOYEES TO ASSIST YOU. I wouldnt give this store no stars but you have to for this review

Publix is my favorite place for shopping ! And this location across from Tropical Park is an exellent location with cafeteria too with spresso coffee _ and plenty of parking 💯✔

This has to be the worst publix deli in Florida!!! Read all the comments, theyre all about the deli but does publix care, not at all. No matter when you go, how many people are in line, or how many workers they have, you will either starve, repeat your order 7 times, or just leave from frustration. If you order online your order will definitely be wrong. Please get employees that want to work starting with management because if people are complaining and its still the same outcome,you have to try something different

This Publix is big and as most so very clean.The staff is helpful when you need them and you can find them. I went in for a sushi run, yes, sushi. The best selection or ask and it can be made.I am going to make your month water, look at the pretty pictures. Not happy about Deli Dept. Every Sunday I do my groceries at 8:00am.They make me wait a long time even if I’m the only person standing to order they have about 5 personal but one one seem to knowledge that customer are waiting. Today 11/22. After waiting about 10 minutes they started helping because they saw about 4 person arriving.

Wao theres a lot Publix but the vibe heres is pretty smooth I just did some shopping and saw a lot of goodies besides the products if you know what I mean but you got it try the manchego cheese..

Every time I come pick to up a sandwich its never ready. Today I came to pick up a sandwich and surprise surprise its not ready... not even started. You want your sandwich on time go to another publix because if you come here its probably not ready and would have to wait 20-25 minutes for them to make it. Why have online ordering if Im going to have to come in and wait anyway? Joke.

Horrible deli service. Don’t order online, because they WILL never have your food ready on time. Service at the deli in person is also atrocious. The customer service is painfully slow and deliberate.

Mask wearing is better than at other stores but I have seen employees wearing masks improperly. I dont feel safe here.

Ms Carmen from 2:00 pm shift 08/19/2019 Told me she should be getting paid for helping me out when I asked her about were the jelly was. Not only that she told me don’t you see that they’re running out of the one they’re asking for ? But instead of giving me the only one left . She hid it . Gave me the wrong one. Thank god @instacart let’s you scan the products because if we keep believing on this kind of employee and with this kind of attitude we would go no where. Ms Carmen needs to know that I’m also representing my costumer and I only asked 1 question.Hopefully someone on the higher management will teach this employee a little bit more of costumer service because I usually get the best service from this amazing company .Thank you

Had a heart experience in the seafood department today. The lady working there was extremely helpful and polite with a great senseof humor. Publix needs more people like her that truly make shippers glad to be there!

Love this store! Often come here when visiting family in the neighborhood and stock up on items to bring back to ny. This past weekend I was visiting and needed to cater at lunch for 10 people. Not easy to do when only in town for a day. Logged onto the Publix website made sure I was at the tropicare location and ordered everything I needed. Entrees, sides, even famous Publix cake. Everyone at this store is so helpful and friendly and great to talk to in English or Spanish. Lunch was excellent everyone was happy. I’m so grateful for this store!

I have always loved this Publix. The staff has always been great. Our family loves the manager, Navarro, and cashier, Luz. Theyve ALWAYS been consistently wonderful. (They deserve proper recognition) Today, we went to the deli/subs and were assisted by Belkis, and she was consistent with that Publix service. However, she asked another associate a question in order to help us, and Maricela did NOT keep the Publix experience going. She was unpleasant to her co-workers and customers. She was acting like a know-it-all speaking in a condescending tone, unfortunately I had to finally say, no, mi amor eso no es. Belkis made a smooth transition back to us. We started going to this location years ago so Maricela didnt taint our image of this location, but Im not so sure about new customers. Maybe someone can talk to her about having a more positive attitude.

I had a situation with a return merchandise that I was denied in 2 occasions by the employees of the customer service dept but I was able to talk to David the customer service manager and explain and he took care of me immediately, thanks David

Love my neighborhood Publix. Managers are very friendly and helpful! I always see them stocking items too, not just giving orders and alwats welcoming guests. Staff is beyond helpful. Some of them have been there since my children were babies. They are now teenagers😊Keep up the great work!!!!

Usually their fried chicken is good however this time the meat was not fresh at all, it was smelly, greenish and had a very bad taste. Unfortunately none of the managers was honest enough to admit the issue and they start arguing. I got the same chicken from other Publix store, the difference was huge fresh delicious meat. Hard head second manager and the woman in charge of the kitchen.

I’m constantly on the road for work so I tend to visit different Publix’s through out my week. This Publix has by far the worst functioning deli in Miami. And I’ve probably been to most of them as I love my Publix subs. I’ve visited them on more than one occasion in the morning and rarely are they ready to help you. The sub prep station is still empty and it’s almost 8am they have none of the sub deli meat sliced and ready to go. As for the deli manager, I’ve never seen a Publix manager less approachable than this gentlemen. I could say with full certainty that I’ve never visited this deli and seen this gentleman be pleasant. At this point I’m done with this Publix altogether which is a shame because it’s about 5 blocks from my home.

Awesome staff! I had no less than 5 employees say hi to me and/or ask if I found everything okI just relocated from Louisiana and I really appreciate that they spoke to me in English. I will definitely keep going back. Thanks to the store manager.

This is my store. Always friendly staff! I rarely have a problem. Today I went in quick, grabbed a rotisserie chicken. I was in a hurry and didn’t look. When I got home, I noticed the bag was not sealed and there were two live flies inside. That means that the deli staff is not checking their products. The chicken going to be for the dogs . Disappointed!

My regular store that I go to. Employees are friendly and very helpful. Managers always greet you with a smile. Very well stocked. Location is perfect for me.

Place is always clean, meat and produce always fresh and top quality, staff is always helpful and friendly. I would like to see a greater variety of soups in the deli and have the supply last till at least 6pm.

They gave me scraps at the deli for lunch. The pork was undercooked also, go to Winn Dixie instead.. bigger and tastier portions.

I didnt even go inside but Ive been inside before and they got some fire empanadas

When the store manager is not in the store, you can tell. It is a mess, and long waiting lines. The store manager is the spinal cord of that place. He does an amazing job, without his presence, other managers don’t care about costumer service and quality.

The lady at register,she couldnt be nicer, customer service attendant was very,very pleasant, quick, very smart,took care of 3 customer very much at the same time,in a very smooth manner.

Great place to shop. For example; this morning i was looking 4 cocktail sauce, Camilo saw me and asked me if he could help, so i told him he literally took me there. Laughing i said im not Jose Feliciano or Steve Wonder jyst tell me what isle, he said come on ill show u, and he did. Now thats why i shop at Publix, were shopping IS a pleasure. I jumped on the less than 10 items, I really thought I had 10 the cashier counted 14 and wanted me to go to another lane, I removed it from my basket and had him check me out anyway. 4 additional items, and called me out, I love Publix but this was a first.
