Great staff limited carts at busy times

I love how I was greeted at the door and when I asked for a specific item I was pointed to the right aisle. All the employees were so nice and welcoming. The store was very clean and the items were clearly marked with the right prices. It was just so easy to shop. The cashier was very nice as well. When I was leaving the woman who greeted me asked me If I found what I was looking for? I told her I did and thanked her for her help.

Well stocked supermarket. Entrance is a bit messy. At a superbusy road, so by car I recommend the Publix at Little Havana.

Service from staff is great (gentleman at front who greets, also the man who makes sushi was very kind, the deli people are nice), product selection is great, but sometimes they run out of shopping carts...has happened several times now. Come on Publix you can do better!Edit: No shopping carts the past 5 or 6 times I have gone. None. Frustrating. Also there were expired chicken salad and potato salad items.

Publix is good, clean not cheap. They have western union for our convenience as well. Staff always kind and helpful.

The garbage smells really bad walking on the sidewalk but the location is clean and well staffed.

Its fast and comfortable to buy everything you want, the best thing about the supermarket. I buy from their shop even my frozen food and taste wonderful! Certain items are cheap to sell! The place is enormous and clean! This is a beautiful place!

Miami Brickell, where the beautiful people shop. This Publix is a little more upscale then a regular Publix. They play more modern music to keep the target customers happy.

I almost always take advantage in Publix of the 2x1 offer, and the publix brand products are good. But there are other cheaper supermarkets in Miami, when I buy deli items (ham, turkey, salami, chees...) Sedanos Supermarkets is preferable, but Publix quality is better in almost everything.

When Im down in Florida in this area I usually visit this location. The staff is usually helpful, place is usually well stocked and clean.

Staff extremely friendly, helpful when you cant find something. Everyone is masked, you constantly see someone in isles wiping things down to be sanitized. Quick to help you to the fastest check out line. Love coming here!

It’s uncanny how friendly everybody is that works at the supermarket. It’s without exception. I can’t believe I’m taking the time out to review a supermarket right now. But I live in a Tower right next-door, am in here every day and it’s such a nice experience here. Congratulations to everybody that works here.

I have been to 2 Publix. This one and the one at 22nd Avenue and 1st Street. Neither one has any plastic spoons. No plastic ware of any kind. The shelves are completely empty. What in the world is going on

This is a spot you need to visit in the event that you need solid things at a through and through fordable cost. It besides has an enormous affirmation of new things on the rack that isnt generally accessible at different spots. This is the best principal food thing shop I have whenever visited around for me. My favorite grocery store in Brickell. The staff are always kind and nice and I find most of the products I need or want in the store. I enjoy walking the aisles looking for things I dont know I need yet too!

Nice supermarket. But the layout is weirdly designed and very hard to get a shopping cart.

The supermarket was so big and friendly that you could find everything youre looking for easily. Your cashier was very patient and nice. The prices were fair. Again and again, Im going to be back.

The place I love going on Saturday, clean, open, staff A-1, everyone knows me by now. Wish that I could go more often, I dont drive and I can only go when my friend picks me up on Saturday or Sunday.

Its great....was my place, but they now all of a sudden tell me during the pandemic they allowed all dogs (including support pets) now only blind seeing eye dogs are allowed.. So now we do not frequent this location as often...still a good store if they did not relocate the shelves as they do.....

Very organized (quality signage) and inventory/selection was either good or being replenished. Check-out was easy due to multiple lanes open and available. (Note: really good wine selection). Easy to recommend.

Walking distance from our Airbnb...employees were very courteous..but the bacon was $10 for one pack...didnt look at the rest of the meat...but overall they have whatever you need.

I love Publix, it is a supermarket that has a lot of options. Publix green wise products are my favorites!! Unfortunately, one of their managers is NOT professional. He is always around the bakery area; his name is Brandon Grice Breland. Hes always checking out ladies behind. Coming to Publix without feeling uncomfortable when my sisters and I see him checking us out. he is not even discreet. I remember a time where he was outside in front of the supermarket with an assistant manager laughing and looking at womens behinds while they were entering Publix. My friend and I walked into the supermarket, and we felt so uncomfortable. Imagine going to the supermarket and that whenever you walk by with your friends one of the managers (Brandon) is always looking at your behind checking you out and you see him doing the same with other ladies. I don’t like it at all, I hope they transfer him to another publix soon !!!!!! I hope you see this Brandon RESPECT WOMEN!!!!!!

It’s good to know that you can count on Publix to have your favorites when you’re out of town. I was unable to pay using the Publix app at this location, though. Apple Pay worked but it was really slow.

Amazing Location. Highly Recommend the subs and wraps at the deli and you can order online through Publix App. There are great deals and all their coupons you can find from their app too.

The spacious grocery store that I liked the most in this store. They had a huge variety of fresh vegetables, meats, fruits, and fish. This grocery shop is my to-go shop from now on.

On the smaller side. Well stocked and clean. Parking not horrible and they validate parking up to 2 hours.

Waited for 20 minutes at their deli to buy cheese since only one VERY SLOW GUY working and its only Saturday when its the busiest. The other store I was at had 3 persons working deli but I forgot 2 kinds of cheese. AND the cheese I wanted in the package was $2.69 at the other store and Publix had the very same cheese for $5.99. Identical! Over rated and WAY over priced. I hate going there.

Publix many a time beats Wal-Mart prices. ...just have to look out for those moments. Big plus for Publix...this one, cleanliness and great customer satisfaction oriented associates...five star for a local FL franchise

My experience wasnt so bad at this publix.

I shop regularly at this location. Here is my complaint.1- Went in today to pick up a few items on sale that expires today. No chicken breast on sale and no Humus on sale ect’. A guy in meat dept. told me that they do run out due to Covid and headquarter is not allowing rain checks.Look, if you are falsely advertise ( not the first time in my case) issue a rain check or state on advertised items ( while supply lasts). No sorry excuses and B.S.Management/headquarter get it together!The automated self check out are a mess. Thanks for having a person assigned to help.

Next to the metrorail, metro mover and several bus and trolley lines. Well stocked, helpful employees and since they have self check out lanes, checkout are quick. Less crowded when they open and the busiest time are around noon and 4 to 6

One of the only places to buy food in Mary Brickell and downtown - its just about like any other Publix however the parking is pretty bad but they do have a multi-level parking lot that you can get into off to the side of when youre facing Publix theres a driveway for it so just go up to whatever level and you can park up there

I went to your grocery shop to buy some goods. I was so amazed seeing the place well-organized. I thanked your staff for helping me to find where is your vegetable section. The best thing about this location is the really helpful employees. Period. It’s really small, but it’s not as crowded, as some, much larger Publix stores, and the lines move fast enough, even when at peak time.Their offerings are really quite good, considering their size. Come to see if your regular favorite items are here, as chances are, you’ll end using this for most of your stuff. You can always ask if they will consider carrying something they don’t—I do that at ANY store, as you never know!Lots of reviews here, so I’m not writing more. This is my go-to location—the complete OPPOSITE of the quite large and very busy Dadeland store. Mgmt at Publix Dadeland is awful, and some of the people at the front desk are terrible; they wouldn’t know customer service looking it up in the dictionary! Brickell meets and beats them, and they are tiny, in comparison. It’s all in mgmt, top down👍🏼.

I love the location of this Publix. But quite often, there would be shortage on numerous grocery. The disappointing part is that some prices of the grocery are even higher than whole foods in brickell. I guess we have to pay a price for grocery shopping in the heart of brickell.

This particular Publix facility is my favorite shopping store. The place is so organized that one can shop very quickly. But the most important thing at this Publix supermarket in Mary Brickell Village is the staff, one of the best of its kind. Precisely, the reason why I am taking the time to write this note is them, the staff due to their good empathy and support that they provide to the buyer. Yventon is the name of the cashier who attended me, he was so professional and helpful. Thank you very much Yventon.

Convenience downtown location for travellers who is staying in a nearby hotel within a short walking distance. The market is clean and have enough of variety including fastfoods like fresh made submarine and fried chicken wings. Cashiers are quite fast so that eliminated the long wait in line even when it is within peak hours.
