They cater to upper class. I stood first in line at the customer service desk trying to get a money order for at least 12 to 15 minutes. While they just let everyone walk-up and skip me. When I finally hello Im here. Omg! They act like I said this is a robbery. Listen the line was supposed to be behind me. But its a beautiful store and theres plenty of parking. If you dont look the part, they want pay you any mind at customer service desk even if your where the line is posted.

Rude staff, not clean. Waited at the deli for lunch meat for a total of 20 minute, had my number and yet no service, 1 lady was busy slicing cheese, couldnt give a head turn and see customers waiting. One gentleman came out of the back, didnt look like he worked at the deli. But stared at the sandwich counter, shooked his head and returned to the back? Gave up, decided to finish my shopping with fresh lunch meat(selection wasnt that good) went down the bread aisle and 2 workers were discussing about what was need, they were talking about work( good thing) but did they to block the aisle? Walked around to next aisle and came back to the bread aisle. All and all wasnt happy and probably never return!

Im updating this review because the last few times I’ve been here, the person in seafood counter I’ve found them cleaning and doing stuff with their equipment and they won’t change their gloves before getting people their fish order. So especially today I watched him to see if he was going to replace the glovesWith new ones and no. So I walked out bc didn’t feel like asking him to change them. Some people get upset.Old review: Very clean and organized. Good buy 1 get one deals and great selection of products and wines. There’s also a liquor store right outside within the same shopping plaza. There are 2 levels of parking and it is free. The fact that it’s free it’s a big deal because now everywhere in the area you must pay for parking. There’s a Target close by and parking costs $2 per hour. So it’s a big deal 😁Most prices are higher than competitors like Target and Walmart but I guess you’re paying for quality when it comes to cleanliness, spotless bathrooms, and great customer service.

Publix Super Market at 18Biscayne Shopping Center on Biscayne Boulevard in Miami is a well managed Publix location that has everything that you need and more. I really like the location and selection that they have available here. The staff here is very resourceful and helpful.

Always a pleasure shopping at this particular Publix! Everything is kept very clean, neat and tidy. Its very well stocked and a good place to find hard to come by items. The gentlemen working the produce aisles are the nicest and friendliest employees, they even remember retuning customers which is a nice plus! Bakery personnel is also very helpful and eager. Cashiers and baggers are amazing too! The fishmonger and deli sections could use a Little tuning (a bit slow and not always friendly) but all in all good service. Im Happy to call this my neighborhood Publix where I enjoy doing my weekly shopping

This is one of the nicest places Ive been to. They have everything set for the pick. I go there once in a while to collect some money through Western Union so I can buy me a few things that I need. The service is courteous and polite and the food is fresh and tasty.

You go to Publix because of its quality produce and products. This location has lots of parking but definitely lots of people, you need time and patience.

Michael the pharmacist is the nicest helpful person. I recommend the pharmacy to everyone. The food shopping is a little expensive and it’s usually packed with parking being a haste and the electric stairs are usually broken so u have to use a packed elevator. No respect for covid!!

Shopped here a few times while in town. The prices are surprisingly not too high. The store itself usually looks clean, well stocked and slow moving 🤣...... Hints use the self check-out folks.

Neighborhood Publix where you can never go wrong. The manager who works the deli has a bit of an attitude, but everything else about this store is great.

I love the managers here. I was homeless for a few days waiting for housing and they actually fed me when I told them my situation. I cant express enough gratitude. I will never forget what they done for me in my time of need.

The former cashier with the short hair cut was awesome .This new attendant is the antithesis of the slogan “where shopping is a pleasure “ - it’s utterly painful shopping in that department.Overall, it’s a great Publix But for a franchise that emphasizes on making shopping pleasurable, they should truly look into unpleasant employees who are disgruntled and make shopping uncomfortable for others.

The stores best feature is that doing everything you want is quick and straightforward. I still get my frozen food from them, and its delicious! All of the pieces can be had for a low price! The room is spacious and well-kept! This is such a beautiful place!

The largest supermarket on Biscayne boulevard. Drugstore, fresh fruits and vegetables and all you could need. The area features also many other ( food) options such as Starbucks and Burger King. Cool and professional staff and prompt service. I recommend.

Its big and has a large selection, but there is definitely something wrong with their freezer department. Ive been going to this Publix for the past year and on 5 or 6 separate ocassions the ice cream has clearly been melted and refrozen. Ive had this issue happen maybe 3 other times during the rest of my life when I havent been shopping at this Publix. I dont know what the problem is but its always annoying to go home, open an ice cream, and have it be ruined knowing you cant get a return on it.

Wouldve given a 2, if they hadnt of forgotten my order. The reason they dont get a 5 is they never have anything (although if you call/order it they will say they have it, its when you get there to pick it up is when they will tell you they are sorry about the miscommunication, also the service is really bad. They have attitudes even if you try to at least be pleasant.

Their fresh produce section is well below the rest of the store, normally their stock is limited, you find empty shelves and/or produce in bad shape.While we normally shop here because is close to home, we normally have to go somewhere else to find good greens and fruits.

Visited this Publix on Thursday, 6/24/21 at around 6pm with my family and my emotional support dog that weighs 3 lbs. throughout the entire time shopping, I held him in my arm. During checkout, when I am unloading the pack of water from the shopping cart onto the belt, I momentarily place my 3 lb dog in the cart, because I needed both hands. Denaya, who is in another checkout register begins making a scene that dogs cannot be placed on the cart, confronts is from her register and begins bad mouthing us and creating a scene for no reason. She calls her immediate supervisor who we explain the situation to and she continues to run her mouth to the point that her own supervisor was telling her to calm down. The girl who was bagging groceries was even telling her to calm down because she was acting like an animal for no reason. The supervisor at this point removed her from the register to the restroom area while we asked for the manager and she still continued to cause a scene, run her mouth and making offensive hand gestures in front of everyone. We reasoned with the manager and told him that I understand that the dog cannot go on the cart, which is why he was in my arm the entire time (and can be verified by their CCTV) and that I know I am wrong for placing him on the cart for the quick minute it took for me to unload the pack of water but that Denaya acted insane, behaved unruly and made a scene for no reason. Other customers and employees were shocked at the situation that she escalated for no reason. If you visit this Publix, be sure to stay as far away as possible from this hostile bad mouthed individual.

The customer service counter is very disorganized. Lines arent clearly marked, for example which is for lottery, which is for western union, etc. I waited in line, to be told Im in the wrong line. And employers were rude to me, and had a nasty attitude when I told them I was trying to buy cigarettes, which ate located in the customer service area. But that line was labeled with a taped printed sheet of paper only for money orders. Can be easily missed. Someone needs to get organize tha customer service center. Besides that the store itself is very nice and clean. Once the employee that helps at the self check out was very nice and went and got the cigarettes for me and had to swipe her card to allow me to purchase them at the self check out. But most of my visits have beenong waits just to get a oa k of smokes. And then to be given an attitude like ewwww you smoke, if that employee was vegan could have said to someone buying meet, ewww you kill animals for their flesh:. There should be no judgment no matter what I am buying. Now I only go there in emergency situations when I need something because its close by. Otherwise I avoid it. The security wasnt much help either. He seen how the customer service employee threatened me, and in my frustration he told me with a forcfull attitude, you!! Come here!! I politely declined to follow his orders and left the store and all the other things I wanted to buy and went to another store. Yes, I am a smoker, its my choice. Putting me down for it is very unprofessional. I really wanted to call their corporate, but maybe someone from Publix will read this review and check out that specific store and their customer crevice center. And maybe move all the tobacco products to a place which is more accessible to customers. Or make it clear which line to wait in, if we want any of those products. Thank you and have a blessed day.

This grocery shop has a good selection of items. They always have amazing prices and cant beat the fresh sandwiches and sushi. Very clean, very friendly, and informative staff. The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly as well. The music is fun and the staff is accommodating. The produce is always fresh here. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service at Deli. I ordered online for pickup and it took me longer to get my sandwich than if I had made the line and ordered on the spot. No one was willing to help, they were all just too busy taking care of the customers in line.

Super clean, stocked and friendly. I rode my bike so I cant say much about parking other than there is a parking garage. I learned about instacart here and am super intrigued.

This Publix has an exceptional staff and is Centrally located to Downtown, Bayshore Drive, and Overtown area amongst a few others. Store is very large, although it can be quite congested due to its location. The big plus about this location is that there is an attached liquor store in the main lobby and there is more than efficient parking in the attached parking garage. They also have a conveyor to cart your groceries upstairs in the parking area. The downside is that you will find too many people panhandling or trying to do direct marketing in front. The police presence is always ample, which will alleviate aggressiveness for most situations. Nevertheless, they will be there for any situation/circumstance that may get out of control. I personally shop here frequently.

Not really good customer service, staff look non happy to help you - the only reason I give them 2 stars and not one it’s because they have great bakery - and the service there was pretty good.

Been going to this location weekly for around 3 years now. Publix is excellent no matter the location. Always clean, fresh, best quality products. My only issue with this location is how incredibly congested it is. If you are an avid Publix customer and get excited for their weekly BOGO deals, forget about ever finding anything in stock at this store. People in this area seem to snach up everything within hours of deals coming out. Not even sure who or if anyone is ever able to get the weekly deals at this location because of how crazy it is. Obviously, this an issue because of the location of this store and how highly populated the area is. I only hope that the store limits customers on the quantity of items. Other than this, publix rocks!

This Publix is always understaffed, and specially during busy mornings & evening hours (picture at 4:20 Pm). Long lines at checkout and you have to bag your own groceries as they are short handed. The store is poorly managed and in desperate need for improvements

The staff here is really great and it’s very convenient but why did they not have any vegan items featured for Thanksgiving? Only Gardein Turkey Cutlets - none of the roasts or Turkey alternatives. So they do have a few vegan options and are well stocked with Beyond Burger and Beyond Sausages. So plan a giant Thanksgiving Beyond Burger instead. Please keep suggesting vegan items for this store!

This Publix has limited parking and a lot of their items were out of stock without any staff to assist… I would only return here out of pure necessity.
