Thats my favorite Publix so far... 5 Star!!! I am plant based and I like all my fruits and vegetables organic. I have NEVER seen any Publix carry so many organic items. The fruits are nice and fresh, the store is super clean, the workers are very helpful especially in the Produce Department, I am overly satisfied with that store. I live a few blocks away at the Yacht Club, the store is conveniently located so Im there all the time. Pay it a visit soon, and youll be glad you did.😀

I had a very pleasant experience at Publix today with my son today!! They had a great little section of markdowns which is always hit for extra savings and you would be amazed how helpful that section has become because of the great prices!! I purchased organic sauerkraut today but they even had led light bulbs and Yankee candles on sale today as well for spectacular prices!! Definitely worth checking out and the staff was very patient and helpful with me and my price checks and for that I am very grateful!!

This is a nice Publix. I like how the pharmacy and the liquor sections are separate store kinda, makes it easier to look for what you want. The guy that rung up my stuff was pretty cool too!

Pls look carefully before you eat anything from this Publix. Just ordered this cinnamon raisin bread and other items via instacart and found this terrible mold. We accidentally ate a bite of this bread and are having severe nausea and stomach pain. Please stay away from this location. Looks like they never check the expiry of their products!! Can’t seem to find the expiry date either on the packet!Spoilt my health and wasted my time and money shopping here.

I preordered some sandwiched from the deli using their online system. I arrived at the place 10 min after the time I choose to pickup. They had not even started them making. When I asked how long they would take, they said 5 minutes. I stood there for 30 minutes while they made other peoples sandwiches who were ordering at that moment and slowly made mine on the side. I called the manager and he said there was no excuse and offered me some sodas. That did not really address the problem. Maybe you should fix your priority of making sandwiches to ones that have a time on them.

I moved here in 2007 and it was the first supermarket I ever visited. It hasn’t changed and it’s got this really good vibes. Some may say it’s overpriced but it’s understandable. Prime location

The best crucial food thing shop ever! Their vehicle is practical, soon, staple items are crushed well. You can chat with the individual assembling your staple items if there are substitutes that required for out of reach things. When in doubt, I massively love shopping in their store since it was unprecedented and fulfilling. My essentials were by and large present. Much appreciated!

Small convenient store feel to it. Prices slightly higher than a normal Publix but I guess it goes with the area. I asked a question to the worker at self check out to no help but he made sure he added I needed to pay for my food as if I wasn’t going to. I won’t go out my way to come here.

Heneso refused to honor a whole basket in their clearance section of oils when I checked out. Originally store manager Yurel scanned them on his phone confirmed that they were clearance items and said they would adjust the price at checkout. Heneso would not even go confirm with him despite there being whole section on clearance. He should be taught better communication skills and customer service skills before being put management position.

My experience was very enjoyable and satisfying. As I sat at the entrance waiting for my husband, I enjoyed watching the extremely diverse community. The food I bought from the bakery melted in my mouth, the deli food was great selection; the meat section, everything appeared fresh, the produce, fresh beautiful perfect fruit, check out was a breeze and I had no problem parking or exiting.

As busy as this place is you would think its the only Publix in all of Miami. Its a very very very busy Publix its nice but crowded. It has a busy parking lot, busy aisles, busy bakery, busy deli, its on a busy street, in fact, just about everything in and around this Publix is, you guessed it, busy!!! Other than that its great!!!

On vacation needed snacks this store is very clean & service was great all selection that I wanted

Great selection of food, groceries and other stuff, right in the heart of Brickell neighborhood.The pastries section is a must.It can be a bit pricey but it’s worth a visit.

Like all Publix stores, this store is clean, with friendly staff, and considering that it is a very small Publix it is pretty well stocked. the Deli and produce are the standouts here, along with PREMIUM prices, but then you are in Brickell..............so dont be surprised to pay about 20% more for many items. That said, BOGOs are still very good deals and they usually have a pretty interesting discount table. Park in the back parking lot, it is much less crowded with easier access to enter and exit. There is also a Publix pharmacy next door with a little café, (excellent coffee) and quite a bit of beach/pool accessories. There is also a Publix liquor store next to the pharmacy, with a pretty good selection and fairly reasonable prices.

Despite being located on a high demand location at Brickells hearth, its availability and freshness, in particular for fruit and veggies, is below par when compared to Whole Foods and not less pricey. Shopping not always a pleasure.

If you could get ZERO stars ⭐️ you would. Horrible store. Poor customer service if you could find someone who speaks English to help you. Manager don’t care...he just says “we gross the most of any Publix in the area”. Well, let me tell you, that’s pretty easy to do when there aren’t many choices in the area. And speaking of the area, it’s all high rises. So the volume of people in one small area is the reason for your revenue. NO MONEY FROM ME!!! Will drive the extra mile to Fresh Market, Milan’s or Whole Foods where my business is appreciated.

I use to live in couple minutes walk from this store and like it. You can find all that you need here. Fresh Sushi, sea products, meat. If youre driving probably youll have problem with parking, but they has free valet at weekends.Only issue that i had - Western Union. Not sure, if it directly related to publix, but send some money there - hell. I spent around 2 hours in line, then to get my stuff done.

The air is clean and secure! Anything is either brand new or newly purchased. I was able to cross from my apartment to a reasonably busy shopping center. Last week, I was here, and the things I purchased were of outstanding quality and a fair price. This is an absolute must-try!

This is the nearest Publix to me that doesnt have parking you have to pay for, but the parking lot is still small and crowded.

I think that its the best pharmacy in town. Its very handy to home parking is tricky and its a little expensive but its our store and we love it

When I came I was greeted by a Publix employee. That made me feel like I was shopping at home. I felt very happy shopping at this Publix.

I prefer this location over the one in Mary Brickel. There’s easier parking here too if you have a car.

On every visit for the past year (including today) at least one, and up to three employees, do not wear their masks correctly (over the nose). No one says anything, and they get very close to customers when assisting them. I made this clear to the manager months ago, and to Publix corporate. No improvement. I do not see this problem at other Publix.

I cannot wait to move out of Brickell... it’s not as lux and lavish as it’s caked up to be. This Publix is super crammed, and has very limited selection for stock. None of their items are fresh. Everything about this location is unhygienic. Today I found caterpillars in my bell peppers. I’ll never return; I’d rather make a 20 minute drive to find a clean one.

I was frustrated! I have nothing against Spanish speaking people, but not one person spoke English there!! I couldnt communicate with anyone so I spent so much time looking for what I needed!!

One of the WORST Publix in the area.Horrible customer service and attitude for the most part.for example today, i went to buy a ham at the deli, I wanted a specific type of ham so I spoke to the gentleman behind the counter. His name was John and it was clear that he did not enjoy his job. I simply asked him if he can help me find a specific ham, but before I could be specific he kept interrupting me and telling me that they did not have the ham I was looking for.Rude Inefficient and of poor quality youd best avoid this particular Publix.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Sadly this is the closest Publix near me, so I always end up here. They are always out of stock on a lot of things, the sale/bogo signs aren’t Kept up to date, as you’re checking out you must pay attention to the items being scanned. Worst Publix staff I’ve seen in all of Florida. The most kind hard working are ALL the Lovely ladies at the back Deli/cold cuts.

This Publix used to be one of the best in the whole area. Management continuously fail at the deli. I have several time to managers that the deli is a nest of bad bad energy from their staff. You have to be begged to be treated with a minimum of education.To get fresh Boars Head ham or whatever cheese sliced first of all have enough attendants. Second teach them to treat well to the customers without attitude.Oh yes, you do have a fridge case so you can grab the fresh sliced from there... never mind it is usually empty or there is never the type of ham you like.So I have to shop to windixie or Milams instead. The problems: location.Come Publix. This is Brickell.

A really nice grocery store in the heart of Brickell.

Going to this grocery shop is a frequent thing for me to do since I always go there at least once a week. The cashers and the staff are very friendly, and each section is well-organized. I highly recommend this company.

Disappointed that they changed their closing hours from 11 pm to 10 pm. Why? This is Miami people!!!

I would give a O star, this place smells really bad, I know is a grocery store but other publix dont stink like this one. They need to change the air filters or something because you go there and you come out smelling like chicken. I would definitely avoid this publix while working hours or if you are not going to go home right away to change your clothes. Please fix the issue cuz it has to do with your air filters in the kitchen area.

Usually my experience at Publix is pretty good, this store in particular is one of the biggest around Downtown area and has plenty of products. However I don’t know if it’s because of the size but employees seem to be very irritable, I’ve asked for help a couple of times and it’s like they felt checking on a price or asking for more products was an effort. Something it’s not working for this people here.

This is a very small small store and parking is tight but it’s down town so it’s not there fault for those things. My five stars is that I found everything I needed while visiting this area. Also, I was looking for something I wasn’t sure they had and First Lady worked their we passed asked if we were ok and then helped with my final items I couldn’t locate. This is a great location it had a liquor store and pharmacy attached to it and some great “taco truck” type vehicles in adjoining parking that have great pizza and ice’es

Easily the worst publix I’ve ever been to. Cashiers do not speak English and just tell you no when you ask a question. Cram packed. My friend got a used glove in his pub sub.

Not like the other Publixes where if you need help finding something they take you there. Here they tell you the aisle number. It literally took four requests from employees to find one who actually knew which aisle had the baking soda.
