Ive been going to this store for YEARS, the ladies are always welcoming. I bought the most unique and beautiful decor at home goods. It is really a great store. Carroll is absolutely adorable, we always chat a bit when I come to the store. She is a sweetheart, they have so many options and always receive great selections !! everything is color coordinated

Awesome place to find a wide variety of decorations, I enjoy how they put fall and Christmas stuff out early so I can have first pick of everything. I’d also like to thank Baha, not only did he help me carry my furniture to the front of the store, he helped me during check out and even bringing the items to my car. He’s one of the quickest cashiers even when helping customers and other cashiers. Would visit again just to see him in action. You can also find multiple pieces of furniture for great prices, hard to leave this store empty handed!!!!!😁😁😁😁

Overpriced tedious parking options for a mall with such common discounted stores like this. So much cheaper and easier to drive to nearest locations for all these stores.

Super nice staff! I love the greeter today 🤩 on point. The prices are amazing. You have to go with items in mind or it can be overwhelming, because they have a lot of stuff. The line was long but it moved pretty fast. I will be back!

Good store, but horrible service. Its always the same, 30 minutes or more to be able to pay, they never have more than 2 persons when checking out, people that come to this particular location always bring dogs and there has been so many accidents all around, no one cleans, stuff is all over the floor during weekends, a lot of the merchandise is damaged. I dont know how many times Ive walked away or Ive seen people walking away due to the endless lines or lack of help. Ive been living in the area for many years and you can tell the manager of this store doesnt care at all, because there hasnt been any improvement at all.

The place where I can buy stuff at a very low rate. My mom was so happy for he got a new bag. I bought it from here for I found it pretty and the quality was good. This is the best place to go if you need to buy something not so pricy.

A lot of items are available but this store regularly only has two or three lines check outs open thus you will wait long to checkout. The staff are nice though.

Horrible customer service in front of the store. Not only did I hear employee talking behind my back but the cart full of merchandise I purchased was not kept safely where I was instructed to leave it. It was moved towards the entrance by the shopping carts while I went to get my car in parking lot. Anyone could have taken anything from the cart and walked out of the store with it and they would have not been seen. Very saddened with my experience this morning!!

This place is hit or miss for me. Sometimes I find good deals and other times I don’t. Just your standard brands you find at any other location. Polo, Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, etc., not much for high end. I usually like to check the furniture section and see if they have anything good.

The Manager was absolutely awesome at customer service! The sales team and Cashiers are wonderful too. The lines get long but they move pretty fast. Check out the bedding dept. Lots of great sets with good quality. Priced fairly. Cant wait to go back and get some ornaments!

An amazing place where you can find great home Decor and accents with a great price! this place offers an incredible amount of different items that will make your home or your office look amazingly beautiful. No matter what’s the season this store will offer you a reason to stop by every once in a while. Even though this is my favorite store, I have to say that, they have some opportunities to grow, specially on the customer service area, the lines on the cash wraps are super long‘s and it will be very hard to find a store associate on the sales floor, nevertheless I give them a five star on my review.

The store has a lot of great finds but it is not really worth the lines and crazy amounts of people.

Located in Midtown Miami, this Home Goods has all the things I love.Is not as big as other ones so you will need to be patient as you look for stuff since they do not have that much space to set up.Their prices are great as usual and you can park in the parking garage right next to the building where this store is located.

A chaotic mess. Damaged goods, long lines, have fun hauling your purchase around the block and up 2 floors into the garage (which you have to pay to use). Yes you may find treasures and cheap home goods if you are willing to rummage through the mess. The worst home goods Ive ever been to. I drive an extra 20 min to go to the one in north Miami instead which is spacious, has newer trends and parking out front.

They were knowledgeable about what they have and how their products are priced.I absolutely recommend this store, because the wide selection of goods. There is something for everyone there.

Located on a street with little parking (there is a garage above it), very congested. Store is very neat and tidy and the sales staff very accommodating. Homegoods fans wont be disappointed with the selection of goods.

This is the best HomeGoods in town, possibly the best anywhere! Went during the day, found the chairs we needed, was first in line, out in 5 minutes after browsing and deciding. Items were held after paying so we could get the car out of the garage and pull up in front of the store for easy loading. Great store!

Good prices

Great store for all kinds of home items. You really never know what youll find. Sometimes deals are great, other times, not at all. You have to be careful and price check to be sure youre getting a good deal. The other thing is its just ridiculous how understaffed they can be on a weekend. Ive sometimes walked out because the check out line was so long. On the whole, worth checking out if youre nearby, but if youre making a special trip, make sure youre getting a more of items or something pricey where youre saving a lot to make the trip worthwhile.

I been going to home good for few year . Service at store going down . The line keep getting longer and longer every time I go to this store for this year . Parking is not free at this location. U have to pay for parking. Being in line over one hour is Ridiculous. Now u have to go to this store around open time or around before closing time at this store . To Avoid long line .

I wont shop here again. First, they dont validate parking. So the more time you spend in their store (and the more money you spend), the more you have to pay for parking. It seems they should want to encourage you to spend more time and money by validating. Second, they wont let you take their shopping carts into their parking lot. So if you spent a lot of time and money and bought a lot of things, you cant get them conveniently to your car.To be fair to HomeGoods, however, this is probably a problem just as much created by the Midtown shopping center. So until they fix this parking issue, I wont be back.
