I would like to say that Lizbeth is an amazing person and she has so much patience to help you out she helped us on an upgrade on our plan and saved us money at the same time been with T-Mobile for 15 years and she saved me money. This is my second time getting a phone with her and its absolutely hands-down professional person. Hope T-Mobile reads this review.

I came to this location instead of the Hialeah Gardens location right next to my house because of a horrible experience and I was not let down. Jose, the sales associate that attended my boyfriend and I, was extremely helpful, did not try to slip any secret fees, and had an awesome character. My boyfriend and I came out winning. Thanks again to Jose and the rest of the sales associates at this location!

Very bad experience, Got a new phone and new line and the Rep Leonardo Rivera is only interested in getting the commission for the transaction. He told me that adding a line to my family plan was $ 10 but later found out that was $ 45, also he knew that the new Iphone does not come with the charger but did not say anything and made me to return to the store later again. Called and Talked to the manager and she say that I have to call 611 or come to the store that she cannot fix anything on the phone. Go elsewhere this store is not good

Horrible!!! This store is always under staffed. Waited over an hour to pick up a replacement phone. Noone since to have sense of urgency for anything and when asked if anyone can help I was told that I needed to continue to wait. Incredible!!

I have been few times at this location and after my first visit every time I a make an appointment I request to be taking care by the same employee his name I think is Bryan or Byron and this is why the first time I visited the location I was extremely disappointed with T Mobile customer service from another almost ready to changed my service and I explained to him reasons and also my needs at the time. He was what we need from a Customer Service Representative professional knowledgeable, patient and above all he provided the time and information needed. Thats why Im steel a customer of T Mobile today, I will make an appoitment and it may be for getting a new Phone. Your company needs more employees like him and by observing the rest of them while at the store this is a group of employees that are a pleasure to deal with everytime a customers like me walk into the store.

I came to this store to switch my phone and I had At&t and I am so happy to have met Lisbet and Elizabeth the store manager. They were amazing in their customer service and I was able to get all my things on my iPhone. Saved money and came out with a brand new phone. I highly recommend this store to anyone. Your the best!

They have a scam with Assurant. Its fine unless you file a claim for a replacement phone. Then they keep charging you for the phone you returned. Claiming your package was received but the guy in the warehouse did not register the phone. T mobile tacks it on to your bill although they say you have to deal with Assurant directly.

Came into this location this morning, was greeted by Dylan and Chris. Chris helped me with setting up a 2 new line and getting the Samsung s21 devices . He was very helpful, explained to me about what I needed to know about plans, payments and also mention about the promotion they had going on with the BOGO. Sale for the Samsung s21. He was very nice and so was the other employees in the store. Thank you so much for helping me I appreciate it . I will be back in soon and would recommend this place to my friends and family

The T-Mobile team at NW 154th Street is excellent. I recommend going to see anyone there but specifically Vince, Dylan Blandino or Elizabeth Martinez, Store Manager. This team handles everyone who walks through the door with care and professionalism. As a customer they helped me out with my iPhone 12 activation and service. All CO-VID 19 protocols were enforced making sure all customers are safe. Keep up the great work!

Best T-mobile store hands down. Ladies there take care of you, any question, any problem. Store Manager Elizabeth knows here stuff and gets results. Nothing but good things to say about everyone here, and also VERY clean. They disinfect everything and have a controlled system where everyone is at safe distances and everyone is still being attended too. This is my new favorite T-mobile store! Thank you Ladies!

I went to the T-Mobile in Miami Lakes although I had a closer store because a friend had told me how pleased she was with the service given to her at this store. All I can say is WOW. I had a great experience. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and although I had to wait, it felt good to be acknowledged as soon as I walked in. Dylan did an amazing job at explaining to me all my options and I ended up transferring 4 lines to T-Mobile. Everyone at this store have smiles in their faces and treat customers with the utmost respect. Robert, another of the salesperson that works there even offered and made me coffee. I am totally impressed by all of the staff at this location and although I dont really like to write reviews, I thought this store and their awesome team deserved me to take the time to write a review. Great Store and Great Customer Service. I hope the store manager at this store keeps hiring such wonderful staff and keep the ones that already make this my go to store.

So this location is usually packed. The staff is very helpful and does take time to attend to each person that walks in. It is in a high traffic location as well so most of the people who go there usually spend about an hour. Best time to catch them is first thing in the morning or close to closing. This is the only tmobile store that even though they have a long wait time, I always go to them because of their dedication to customer service. Ask for Liz or Dave. They will take care of you and treat you like family. Oh yea, you can ask for George too. Hes just as awesome and knowledgeable 👍

The store manager Elizabeth Martinez is not only a highly capable and terrific professional, but also a terrific human being, who took it upon her to get on the phone with Customer Care to assist me with solving a technical problem no-one has been able to fix, along with Luis, an employee from the Doral Store who also assisted me. These excellent employees are what make T-Mobile the best and distinct from the rest. They really deserve to be rewarded or promoted!

I made a 20 minute drive from West Pembroke Pines to this Miami Lakes location because of the great customer service I was told about from a friend. As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a gentlemen named “Dylan”. I told Dylan that I was in the market for some AirPods and he went into great depths explaining to me about how they work and how they’re functional across all iOS platforms. I was sold immediately on the product and I never felt pressured into buying it. Sales people like him is what we need more of when we want to purchase cars, phones. Etc. I definitely recommend him for any of your tech needs and will definitely make the drive again just so he can explain and help me out on whatever tech info I need.

This location promised that they would refund any early termination fees from my prior carrier if I switched over. Its a lie!!! Moved 3 lines got charged $200 from my previous carrier and they are making excuses. Even though I told the salesperson that if I waited 3 months I would not be charged. They said not to worry that they would refund me on my bill. Well its been 3 months & lots of excuses. turns out they dont honor what they promise. Do not switch to them if you have a current commitment with another courier until you have fulfilled your contract. They will say what it takes to get the sale even if it is not in the best interest of the consumer.

Just wanted to say I drove 40 miles out of my way when there were plenty of tmobile stores closer to me just to come to this store due to christian that answered the phone. when I make a big purchase like a new iphone and add a lines for Christmas i call to ask questions-called multiple stores and got employees that didnt offer any guidance or assistance like christian. He gave me his cell # which i texted multiple times and he responded every time. Good job Tmobile Miami Lakes! This location has been our closest to home store, and im glad to know that the staff here really knows how to take care of their customers, theyve taken control of issues in my account when things dont happen as they should with purchase rebates and promotions, but they were able to control and fix any inconveniences, always greeting us in a welcoming environment, and upfront honest with any details concerning transactions. I wish more stores would run like this one.

Ok get ready. Okay I entered the store to purchase a new tablet with a new line. They actually conjured up this story about me touching someone neglecting the fact that the girl that was mopping the floor actually touched my back. Its all right for employees to touch you on your lower back but its not okay for customers to actually touch employees Supposedly on the arm which I was told that Ive did? but its okay the other way around I guarantee you it would have been a big problem if I touched one of the females on their lower back which goes back to saying its alright to touch somebody mind you on someones lower back but its not okay thats supposedly I touch somebody on their shoulder? Okay that aside neglecting the fact that Im actual paying customer, the idiot that made the sale and sold me the tablet pretty much dropped the tablet and made a little scratch on the back, did I complain no, I then proceeded to come back because the tablet went into a black and white mode they did happen to fix it but from there they started acting weird as if Ive been doing something or did something terribly wrong. An overweight Manager Elizabeth Martinez actually came out from the back was much was rude, if you want somebody to leave just ask him to leave or somebody is doing something wrong you tell them that moment, Not play stupid and give people stupid looks, it was obvious they had some kind of problem so I actually took that opportunity to leave then I made the opportunity to email that manager from giving me the boot under no circumstances. For some reason they called the police because I was actually sitting in front of the store looking over the tablet pretty much neglecting the scratch that was on the rear. It was a completely weird situation. Not to mention the fact that one of the nut cases that work there was actually working at a new store which I decided to go to she had the nerve to say that she was scared of me or something to her New manager, I didnt know purchasing goods from another store would make an employee scared? Pathetic. TMobile can look over my account and know that Ive spent hundreds if not thousands of dollars in products and services, never had any issues as far as Im concerned I wouldnt even count this as an issue except on their part and if there was any fault in my part theyre grown adults speak up say something and as far as Im concerned Ive done nothing wrong but purchase Goods as I normally do at T-Mobile
