Horrible customer service. Went there to get a dimple pair of headphones and the rep pretty much right in front of the door did not even greet me. I waited about an hour before I saw that same rep literally look me dead in the eyes and skip me twice. Another rep ended up attending me after the manager had to ask if I have been attended. Horrible experience and would not recommend this store.

Terrible customer service approach. The associates don’t even address the customers entering the store even after making eye contact. Did not follow limitation guidelines when it came to monitoring customer entries and limiting occupancy but had a sign on the front door stating otherwise.

The manager was unprofessional. Just called to obtain information to upgrade my current phone and he didnt let finish.

After the horrible experience I’ve had with T-Mobile it was refreshing to receive such great customer service from Dayan and Mike.They made my transition to AT&T flawless, and they were very knowledgeable on the products and plans . I chose an Iphone8 Plus and since it was not in stock Dayan informed it would be arriving 3-5 days later when I returned to the store the Manager Frank assisted me.

Very unprofessional manager of office saw me waiting while store was empty and kept me waiting without a word, shushed me when i said hello can anyone help . Att has a great reputation and now the staff members hired are ruining it, making me want to change services and switch. I feel very upset. Every time me or any friend i have had its the same thing never any phones in stock ., even when i called att they said they did have phones in stock yet in person they dont ? i am reporting this to corporate offices of att . if it were up to me no stars and change personnel.

Literally the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The employees have lied to us more than once on more than one occasion. I will be contacting ATT Corporate due to their atrocious and despicable behavior. I will only go back to this store to warn others to not do business with them.
