Out of all of the Verizon stores to do business with, Russell Cellular in Miami Lakes is where you’ll have the BEST experience. I definitely have to praise John F, the manager. He is an asset. Not only does he have the great knowledge of his industry, He also cares. He provides exceptional customer service, and he will make sure to accommodate your every need. John will match up your devices to the plan that’s fits you best. He takes his time and provides attention to details. Other stores will just sell a device with a plan and walk you out the door with no assistance in transferring your data properly and a poor experience. Hands down, he is a key component to what makes this retail store be successful.Shop at Russell Cellular with John and you’ll be totally satisfied. You’ll see what I mean!Thank you John.

Joseph has amazing customer service! This is our second time being serviced by him. He helped set up our new phones and we didn’t have a long wait. I also wanted to give him big kudos, because he was still able to assist another customer at the same time. I will defiantly be a returning customer. 😊

Hello unfortunately if I can give no stars I would, I have been a customer for a few years and came in to your office today retail in Mainstreet and as soon as I come in the new Rep that just started at first did not greet me was too busy ordering her food. Then she was tired looking and yawning and I needed help in fixing my phonesince my screen broke. After I started to call Verizon directly there were issues in getting a rep all i would get is you can communicate with a tech by text I wanted to really speak with a representative then your rep told me pretty much hurry up I need to go on my lunch . This is terrible I just left and ended up going to your store in Doral where the rep was very helpful.representative on the phone instead then your rep told me

I went in to get a new business account and I started the process and signed up was a lil upset because after my credit was run I was only approved for 2000 in credit for the phones financing and my credit score is above 825..! So I was upset because I need 4 phone that where 1200 each so I wasn’t gonna pay 2400 out of pocket..! So thanks to the associate that went above and beyond fighting with the Verizon system and process after liters 3 hours he was able to get me a deal where a was able to leave the store with all the phone and line I need for my business and the 2000 was boosted to 7500..! Which was over wat I needed so he definitely deserve a big fat rise..!

I am giving 5 star to this store cause there are the best, I used to be with AT&T for the past 10 years but i was not satisfied with their service, so a friend of mine recommended me to Damaris let me tell you she is awesome i am really happy with her service and happy to be part of the # 1 company on communication VERIZON. Not helpful at all. We placed an order for two phones and after almost 4 weeks of waiting, and calling (with NO info given) they would just tell us “they’re on the way”. I later received an email saying our order was cancelled. We called and they again told us (with our asking for our order number) that the phones are still on the way. Fast forward 4 weeks. We don’t have our phones, and our order was cancelled. NO explanation was given and very little was done to help make the situation better. Will not recommend this location.
This Verizon store only has one employee. Youll end up waiting a long time. Verizon also has terrible service. Im constantly losing reception.

I thought that verizon was the same everywhere. Turns out that this store is private and not corporate. They charged me $25 for a SIM card and other fees that a corporate store would not charge. This place is a scam and the name verizon wireless should be changed to something else.

I walked in here at 9:50am.. Mind you the door said they open at 10am. Damaris the Store Manager kindly asked if I wanted to wait inside and told me that she didnt want to keep me waiting. She stopped what she was doing and took care of me right away. She gave me a quote that was right in my budget and gave me honest answers about everything. I switched over from T-Mobile and got myself the new Iphone with a beautiful case! I was very happy and the customer service she gave me was amazing! I would highly recommend visiting this location. 5/5

My girl and I purchased a iPhone 11 and a Google pixel 4. Joseph went out of his way for us. He was helpful and knowledgeable.
Came in for a charger and left with a brand new iPhone 11, with some accessories DAMARIS helped me out she was awesome she also helped me transfer all my info i appreciate it all the help I got for her
Demaris showed me the different styles of earbuds available. She set up the Galaxy Buds on my phone, showed me how to use them and how to switch them to my iPad. A very professional and pleasant employee. Verizon should be very proud of her!

2 stars because sales associates are nice but...It was a waste of time.I went to get a phone and they have only 2 on display, when I asked for the Samsung S8 the sales associate gave me his own from his pocket so I can see it...you can take the case off to have a better idea...he said :/..we dont have too many on display because the craziness on black Friday...Really? We are on mid January. I was also planing to solve a couple issues on my account but the store was so hot I couldnt wait.
My new iPhone X was having issues as the screen went blank. Decided to go into this store as it’s closest to my home. Definitely a waste of my time. The sales associate looked at my phone pressed a few buttons and was more interested on his personal phone conversation to look deeper into my phone issue. Advised me to go to Apple directly. I drove a little further to another Verizon store and my phone was restarted appropriately. My phone was back up and working within minutes. I will definitely recommend another store if you want a more personalized costumer service experience.
I went to the Miami lakes Verizon store just looking for price when Jenly helped me and she explained everything to me from activation fees to how much it would be 4 lines and she also informed me about the HUM. She actually took her time and let me know what was going to happen to my account every step of the way. I appreciate everything she did. I truly felt like she went the extra step. Thank you

Terrible Customer Service. We knew more than the girl working there. When we started to bring up the special we had heard and on TV and seen online her response was “ OH YEAH BUT I DONT KNOW HOW TO DO THAT” how do you have employees working alone that don’t know how to do stuff?Management should train employees not only to know the deals going on but how to treat customer service.I never got the girls name but she had braces with very long fake lashes.

Was In between T-Mobile and Verizon for a new phone company and sales representative Angelo was very informative on all the plans Verizon provided. Very happy I chose Verizon and the excellent customer serivce he provided.

Krystal did an AMAZING job helping my mom and I. We were having issues with our phone passwords to transfer information and she even stayed LATE to make sure everything was switched properly and we understood everything. AMAZING SERVICE! Deserves a raise!!!

Went in and bought a liquid glass screen protector and had them put it on. They took it to the back room and put it on. The next day I realized I had a cheap flimsy film protector instead of the liquid glass one.

Hello today, Black Friday 2020, we went to that store and Damaris attended us ... normally we always complain when they give us bad service and yet we never recognize when they give us a wonderful treatment like hers ... full of patience and professionalism ... thanks to her today Verizon did not lose two customers ... I think they should give her some recognition for her excellent work ... Employees like her should exist in all their stores ...
In this store the attention is too much but too slow and poor, in my case I have had to go through the same problem several times. Every time you go make sure you are not in a rush it will take you all day.
