Extremely satisfied with the service I received at uBreakiFix. After practically living in the stone ages without a workable phone for a few days, I brought my phone here and was helped by David Gonzalez. He made the impossible, possible, and revived my phone after the screen completely shut off. I had previously spoken to Apple (Apple was estimating a $600 repair) and AT&T (which essentially told me my best move was to upgrade to another phone), and thought I would lose all of my data forever.David G. asks me a few questions about the issue and reassured if my phone passed all of the tests, he would be able to resolve the problem. David explained everything that would be done from start to finish. He was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable-- a true problem solver.My phone was fixed within an hour. I was told to go through my phones insurance (Asurion through AT&T) and my phone was fixed for far less than what I was expecting to pay. I highly recommend asking for David G.s assistance. I went there for a screen repair and let me tell you how unprofessional they are here. There is never anyone at the front and when someone finally arrived I was not greeted and was not given any helpful information. Including the cost and the fact that the pickup time on the receipt was wrong. Leading me to believe that I could pick it up at a later time. Once I arrived, they refused to give me my phone because it was past the verbal but not written pickup time. My phone is the only way I can communicate with family, do my school work and job. I am very disappointed by the reviews given previously, because they were misleading. I am wasting both time and money with this company. Would never recommend anyone to them.

Im very upset at you guys for have signed me up for a recurring AssurionHome+ insurance that I did not agree to or needed. Despite telling Naila the day I received your services for a iPhone screen replacement, not to put any insurances. Her response was: Dont worry! You have 30 days in case you need service with any other device or appliance, but you will not be charged I just realized Ive been charged $26.40 for the month of July, August and September. Very dishonest! I will proceed as I need to.

Really bad customer service from the guy working today at 3:30 pm . They gave me a wrong info through the phone yesterday around 5:57 pm ( a girl on the phone). I called to get info for my phone repair and let them know that their location isn’t appear in the Asurion list and she told me “it’s ok we only need the claim number no matter what location “ so, I went there today and the info was wrong. instead to apologize for the inconvenience, he was so rude to me .I do not know who is the manager in charge but he will need to give them some customer service training.

STOP!!!!! DO NOT GET YOUR REPAIR DONE AT THIS STORE IF YOU EXPECT QUALITY WORK OR PERFESSIONALIZAM. I got my iphone xs max repaired with a new screen 2.5 months ago. Yesterday, I notice on the upper right corner a blue internal dot and this morning my screen was completely black. I returned to the store this morning and the manager immediately explained this was caused by damaged, hard to believe since I take very good care of my phone and it even has a protective cover. When I explained that, he immediately provided me a receipt and told me he would check the phone and call me back. Within 5 minutes he called me to tell me it had water damage and he couldnt honor the repair through warranty. Impossible to believe since I have never wet my phone other then rain drops since its been raining lately in Miami. Besides its not the first screen repair I have repaired since I have a 14 year old daughter. LONG STORY SHORT THEY DONT HONOR THEIR WORK OR WARRANTY, THEY FIND AN EXCUSS TO HAVE YOU PAY AGAIN FOR THE SAME SERVICE DONE INCORRECTLY.Funny thing is I went to another repair shop REPAIR 2 FIX across town and they said I had no water damage. Provided fast service for the repair (within 20 minutes), with professional and friendly service and at a least expense price. I shouldnt have had to pay for my repair since I paid $250 2 months ago ubreakifix but Im glad I have a better place going forward for my cell phone repairs. Everything happens for a reason.
Very fast and prompt service for swapping the battery on my LG G7. Highly recommended. The 3-month warranty is icing on the cake. Swap your phone battery and get more mileage out of it with the help of these guys.

Two weeks ago I dropped off my grandson’s iPhone to have the glass replaced. After close to $200 we walk out with a none functioning phone. The phone would not chatge.They agreed that the phone was working when we dropped it off and that they would take responsibility for fixing it at no cost to us by replacing the battery. Then they say it’s not the battery that it’s the modem and they have to send it to repair elsewhere. Now they say it’s not a technical problem on their part that the phone was defected and that would refund what we paid and that’s it. Seriously !! I walk in with a perfect functioning phone to walk out we no phone at all!! They have to do better than that. I’m still waiting to see with what offer their coming up with. This is totally unacceptable! By the way the store manager Julio has been very nice and professional as he is given me all the BS!!

UBreakiFix in Miami Lakes was great--my phones battery was going crazy and uBreakiFix had me up and running again with a new battery in just a few hours. It would have taken much longer and been a larger inconvenience to be without my phone sending it back to the manufacturer.

Was told that I could use tap to pay but was not told that removing the password for security as I was requested would remove the credit cards. Had to use another form of payment and then was told to stop blaming the employees for removing my credit cards. The simple fact that I walked in with them on my phone and that I walked out with them not on there should say enough... take ownership.

Seems like a great place. This is my first time here. The only thing I did not like was they told me that they would get in touch with me in two ours and they did not so I called them and found out that it was ready. I when to the store to pick it up and wild I was there, one hour later I received a text that my phone was ready for pick up. I’m not thrilled that they did not try to get in touch with me the minute the phone was ready.

I have been here here several times and usually, the service is fairly good. However, today, we have a not so customer friendly person at the counter. She has no social skills and treated us with one word answers and promised a 1 hour repair. We came back a bit past the hour and it wasn’t ready. Her excuse, “well, I was helping with other customers”. As if that were my problem. Do not promise 1 hour repair (it’s on our receipt) of you can’t do it. I lost valuable time when I could have come back. People like her can make or break a business. Suggestion to management, either retrain her to help her understand that customers are the reason she is paid or remove her from the front desk.

-0 I took my phone to this location to replace the screen, A few hours later they call me to let me know that during the repair they broke a part inside my phone but they would order and will take a few days, two days later they call me saying that the part that they had supposedly ordered is not available any more that the only solution is calling my insurance and requesting a new phone. Those people are disrespectful and they dont care about customers at all

My husband had an issue with his Yamaha outdoor speaker, so we called to see if they could help us out. We know that this location mostly deals with mobile devices, so thats why we called to ask first. We spoke with someone who told us to go ahead and bring it in and they would see if they could fix it, and if not they would recommend somewhere we could take it to. After carrying the heavy speaker over there, a woman at the front told me We dont fix speakers. So I told her we called first and explained what the man told us over the phone. She went to the back to ask some other employees at the store, and came back and told us Im sorry but we dont fix speakers at all. We can take a look at it but 90% chance we cant do anything about it so I dont want to waste your time. The person we spoke with in the phone was in the back and didnt bother to come speak with me. If they would have just told us that over the phone, I would not have wasted my time going over there lugging the heavy speaker back and forth. Please be honest with your customers from the get go.

Kid by the name of Carlos mislead me into signing up for a service plan that I clearly said I was not interested, not only signing me up for the plan, but also charging me 28 dollars up front for it, which I did not notice because I was somewhat in a rush. I called to verify that there would not be any recurring charges, and he said there would not be. After getting off the phone with their service provider Assurion, sure enougj they told me there would be a recurring charge. Needless to say I am disappointed at having to make extra phone calls to cancel something I never agreed to. Stop wasting people’s valuable time.

HORRIBLE!!!I’m not the person writing reviews, I think we all need opportunity to learn but the man (unfortunately don’t remember the name) who attended me did not explain well and very intelligently he enrolled me in an insurance even telling him I did not want it. I try to pay with a gift card and he told me that the transaction didn’t was authorized, of course because from gift cards transactions can’t be recurrent, then I pay with my debit card and of course transaction was authorized and he enrolled me in the insurance. When I spoke with the manager because his employee didn’t give me a good service and he did a transaction without my authorization the manager told me that everything was in the receipt in the little letters, I told him that for me the word was enough. QUESTION: PEOPLE WHO GOES AROUND READING SMALL PRINTS IN A RECEIVED FOR $160.“LEARNING”Unfortunately you can’t trust peopleAlso they don’t have word, they don’t care the customer only the paper spoke.So sad that after a pandemic still we have people out there that don’t care about they own people.
Horrible services.... took my PlayStation 4 for repair. First I was told the cleaning didn’t work so they would replace the fan..went to pick it up and turns out they didn’t change the fan they did a cleaning which didn’t work. Oh I also got charged for AsurionHome Plus which I didn’t request. Then I got charged again for a cleaning fee. Been waiting close to a month for a refund. Employees are rude and treat clients horribly. Corporate is not any better either. All are incompetent! If I could give zero stars I would! DO NOT TAKE YOUR ELECTRONICS TO THIS STORE!!!!

On Tuesday 1-19 my Google 4a was brought in tested and they said it worked. except they did not test to see if it could make a call; funny enough it is a phone.OK, fair enough, maybe my fault as the SIM was with me not with the phone as I have to work. Went back today: 1st answer from behind the wall was a bad SIM go to Comcast: NO the SIM works fine in my other phone...After 5m I was asked to leave the phone for 2 or 3 days for diagnosis oh yeah and leave the SIM. Are you kidding? This is an organization that I would recommend you avoid. They should, it is their business, have SIMs for testing the cost for an additional number and SIM Is $10 a month..Now I have to go to Google.

Came in for a yellow burn in for my Note 10+ and spoke with Victor who was absolutely amazing and it turns out my problem was covered by the warranty and got it fixed in about 2-3 hours plus a 90 day warranty which was free too.Very professional and informative will definitely come again if I have an issue in the future.Update: just noticed they also installed a screen protector for FREE. Victor is the BEST!
Horrible service! Avoid at all cost! They use cheap replacement screens, colours are washed out compared to original screen. Started experiencing glitches after a month. Returned and they lied and said that I had water damage and refused to look at my phone. Customer service is horrible, both here and the Weston Branch. Avoid avoid, unless you want a cheap aftermarket screen replacement and terrible customer service.

The Miami Lakes, Fl. store is a fraud..They added a Asurion Plus’s program to my phone without any authorization...Passing my bank info to Asurion in order for them to charge me for something I dint want in the first place, in order to collect their comisión..That’s called packing and it’s ilegal.There into scamming their customers..I spoke to Asurion and they started a investigation..
