Talk about exploiting the elderly. My elderly mother went into the Miami Lakes location at 57th Avenue on 2-20-2021 to replace my 70 year old dads phone. GRECIA told my mother the cheapest phone she had was $139 but told her she will give her a $90 credit. Then told her she need it to have a $ 37.45 screen protector and charged her $23.57 for replacing the phone and upgrading my mothers service. GRECIA told her she had 7 day to return the phone. Well guess what now that my mother went back to return the phone she was told that they couldnt take the phone back because it was an upgrade. DO NoT USe this location is the worst franchise and they take advantage of the elderly.

You have to read their policies if you dont want to be deceived. They dont tell you whatthey dont want you to know. Dont trust themwhenever you want to make any changes. They change their policies and send you a link in a text message. Whatever you were used to do might be different next time you go. I regret being with them. If you dont want to go through a really bad experience avoid this company.

Visit there they gonna make you fool. Make a line and stand..wait for 20 min. They are not gonna recommend have a sit. But they care the sitter first not you. If you ask something about switch telephone company. the answer is I dont know I dont work for them(other telephone company). If you want to waste your time or feel foolish. Strongly recommend visit there.

They don’t answer the phone like AT ALL... so I take time to drive in - no parking ~ wait a goo min the only to be told nothing can be done for me basically .... na na man not a good vibe
