Keep receiving junk mail from this place. Never been here. Never signed up for anything. Their only solution is to cal USPS and have them stop it. A company who deliberately sends junk mail, and then expects you to do something about it. Instead of having a good system of being able to simply remove an address from their system. Not a good business. Would not recommend anyone here, since they’re lazy.

Very unprofessional! I’ve never been treated with such disrespect ! I was waiting in the waiting room for more than an hour. I’m not one who reviews places but I just had to here! It took me 2 months to FINALLY get my glasses! If I could give zero stars I would.

I had 4 pair of lens filled with my own frames. My specialist “Carla” she was AWESOME and provided FANTASTIC customer service. But, I absolutely hate the lens. They smear and extremely blurred. Due to Pandemic, health & winter storm I’m stuck with these lens.That’s a unfortunate situation..

Wow this place was horrible. I ended up calling in to work because how long I had to wait for them to eventually have the wrong information and now I will have to go back again but no thanks I am going somewhere else.

I love this place. excellent customer service. My prescription was wrote wrong. I turned then in precarona shut down. Picked them up then everything shut down. I couldnt see with my glasses. I called they said go back to my Dr and get the correct prescription. I did as soon a they opened. Turned them in and i could see. But my glasses were defective. They replace them. Im so happy i can see my glasses fit perfect and they are no longer loose. Thank you so much!!!!

When I went to order my glasses, the employee was very nice but when I went to pick them up it was a different employee was very, very rude. He just hand that out our glasses without looking to us, he was trying to ignore us. Never come back at this location again.

We called this afternoon to check on the availability of some frames. We spoke with Evelyn who wanted to know what store I was from and was rude. Ive been in there three times to shop their frames and was prepared to get my glasses there as we were informed by the store at Fire Wheel that they could get them quicker. Ill go back to Fire Wheel and wait.... Money is money, but mine is hard earned. Its apparent Evelyn isnt ready to earn our money.

I picked up my glasses from them, and found an issue with the right lens. Upset and frustrated, as I was, the store director, Ryan, stepped up & personally took charge of resolving my issue. From going to pick up a pair of temporary lens, and placing the correct lens on an urgent order. I went on a Saturday early afternoon was helped rather quickly. Paid almost 500.00 for 2 pair 1 sunglasses and the other top line lens. The problem been a week still havent got them they tell me another week. In hurry to take myoney but no one cares to get me what I paid for. Bernice was very pleasant, professional and helpful. Superb selection of frames. Picking ONE was the hard part, fortunately there was a BOGO event. Completed glasses came back in just over a week, Christmas included and with minor adjustment, they fit perfectly. The exam was performed by Dr Natalia Temboni, next door, she was GREAT, as well!

I like so many other people dread having to get new glasses.After a suggestion from my younger sister and her daughter I went to Vision works in Town east.They told me if you go look for Carla who works there. I finally drug myself in I grinning and baring it.I asked for who Carla was with another customer so as I attempted to make my escape but nosooner than I’d passed the counter a young lady named Evelyn said sir Carla can see you now. Dang!So, I sat down and I have to admit I was pleasantly surprised by Carla’s pleasant personalityKnowledge of her products and helping me pick out what looked good on me so much that I bought two pairs of regular of glasses and some safety glasses for hunting.Vision Works thank Carla.

Great customer service with obvious years of experience from employees, quick and great service, had my glasses ready in less than half an hour

For some reason they could not get the tint equal in both lenses. One would be darker than the other. After a few attempts and even sending them off to be fixed at their lab (they said) the tint was still off and the sales girl said it was the technician s fault but nothing could be done. Then I noticed a hairline fracture in the frame near the lenses. It started near the lenses and ended on the cheek. And a very clean crack at that. My mom said it came from them popping the lenses in and out trying to get the tint right. Then having the audacity to return them to me tinted unequal and now broken.

We were there for my new glasses, we got there a little late at night, almost about to close, but they took care of us anyways, they went through all the options, and they have a ton of variety so you can get to choose the perfect ones for you and they even got them ready the next day.

My elderly husband stumbled and stepped on his glasses. We didnt know if they could be repaired. Vision Works Manager worked on them for a long time and now they are as good as new! They didnt charge me anything for the repair!

Bad experience. Took an hour to select glasses....i asked the staff how much my insurance covered and where i could pick from that the frames would be covered and no one gave me a straight answer. There are no prices on the frames. When i went to get my sons glasses they added so many things without telling me to the lenses, different coatings, poly lenses, and add o on, just because it was a dr.s recommendations. They didnt even ask me or go through the rx and ask hey is this something you would like to add. I found out after the fact that i paid. I was angry with the staff because i kept asking for a breakdown and she would just speak lowly as to what i was paying for and once i figured out what she aas doing i told her why did she take it upon yourself to just add extra things to the lenses without informing me and unless i make that decision. Well turns out they make commission off every item so thats why she was so aggressive in just adding items to the bills. Now i order off zenni optical online. Dont have to deal with the aggressive staff. My son only had reading glasses, he is 10, thats it. If she could of she would of added transitional lenses and told me he had to have them. You know i am dissppointed there are employees like that. She is a shark in sales. Oh and they never called me to tell me his glasses were ready. I happen to check after 14 days.

I had a great experience. The employees were so friendly and helpful. The optometrist next door, Dr Prediger, was wonderful and did a thorough job, and the tech, Mohamad, did a thorough job measuring and fitting glasses for me and my son. Im sad to see these lousy reviews because my experience was terrific. Maybe those jerks left?!?!

Worst..wait for a very long time. associates just standing and not doing anything. They should fire their employee because they look at you and decide if they will help you or not. The only guy that works there is the worst because he sit in the desk while the supevisor is doing all the work and just talking to one of the assoiates that work there

The front desk staff was extremely RUDE!! I will not recommend anyone to them. I was hung up on before I even made an appointment. I was questioned about my paperwork as if I wasnt aware of what I wrote down. I was questioned about being diagnosed with Retintis Pigmentosa in front of other patients that were in the lobby. My spouse and I will not be coming back as long as they are employed. the Doctor on the other hand was AMAZING!!
