I had a not so good experience AT FIRST.Then Nicky stepped up picked up the dropped ball and ran for the goal.She reached out to me to make it right.And she SO DID.Its warming to know that people still care about great customer service.Truly Nicky did her job to the fullest.Now I will return back to target optical because of her. I will spend my hard earned money there because of her.Thank you Nick at mesquite Texas target optical.

I have purchased a number of eyeglasses and sunglasses from Target in Mesquite. Today I needed to drop in and let them take measurements to get new RayBans. All the information was done on an earlier phone call. I did go in on Saturday at noon but after an hour and 15 minutes, I just got up and left. The young ladies seemed a little overwhelmed and waited on several people who came in much later than I did. Very disappointed in the level of customer service and situational awareness of the staff. Do not think I will be going back.

Only place I go and take my kids to get our eyes checked.

I really dislike their made up policies. If you reschedule your appointment more than once they charge a cancellation fee. I could understand if you called the day of or even less than 24hrs prior but no even if you call a week or days ahead of your appointment to reschedule or cancel. Their excuse is because they have a small office and it takes away from there business... ok.lol It’s a consumers fault that you can’t get that appointment refilled within a week ok. On to a better eye doctor. I dealt with them being average because of convenience. This review is for the optometrist. She’s really nice although average with service.

The doctor was very nice and professional, probably one of the best and nicest optometrist Ive seen. The girls in the optical center are sweet and helpful.The 3 star review is for the quality of glasses. I opted out of the extra packages seeing as Ive worn glasses for almost 15yrs and have never gotten any add ons. No matter what you do these glasses will not get clean you can literally see how all the debri on the lenses is rubbing/smearing. Ive tried cleaning solutions and wipes and it barely does the trick. Im very disappointed, I know the extra stuff make them smudge proof but this is ridiculous. I have never had a pair of glasses that have not been able to be cleaned, when I went to get them adjusted even they couldnt clean them. They have also been scratched already within the first 12hrs of owning them... Ive just cleaned them with the wipe provided and put them back in the case when not wearing.I guess if you have the extra $300 to spend on the lenses with all the extra get them. But Ive also never gotten any added packages in 15yrs and have never needed them.

Still waiting at 12:15 pm and store not even open. Unreliable!!!

One very slowly person with 3 customers waiting. Come on Target, get it to together! I asked of there would be another person to help and her response, O hinehone dont know. I honestly do know that I wont spend my money there.

Never call this store for any Sears Optical after warranty services, they asks co-pay, but the contract with Sears is $0.really got upset with the support and attitude.

Online says they open at 8am on saturdays... they dont open until 9am according to inside target.... WASTE OF TIME
