If I could give this optical store less than 1 star, I would. I am a certified optician with my own store in San Antonio, TX. In trying to help one of their patients that recently relocated here, I called their store for help. I have never spoken to such rude, condescending people. I eventually got what was needed for the patient, but not without considerable aggravation. What has happened to excellent customer service?

Years ago this was the best place to get prescription eyewear but now there bad service and bad attitude towards customers precedes them. I paid $300+ up front and it took them almost a month longer to get my glasses back and the prescription wasnt even that good. In addition to taking them forever to get me my glasses as if they were being sent from outer space to planet earth they had given me an attitude to top it off.
