This vision center is a disgrace. Its understandable that due to COVID-19 the employees have to only assist a certain amount of customers at a time... But when they clearly see a customer is right there waiting for assistance and dont even acknowledge or tell me they will be available momentarily.. thats a disgrace. Im not that desperate to purchase. I dont know where Im going to get my glasses but Id rather go without or pay more for better humane service
Krystal was very patient and considerate with my needs. She made me feel like family and helped me get exactly what I needed. Would definitely recommend going to see her.
Saturday at 3 pm there are only two workers each with a customer and the line at the cash register is 4 deep. Prior glasses it took 3 visits (one with Dr Boyd talking to them with us) before they got the vision strength correct. Won’t be coming back
Glasses frame broke just needed a new frame. she just kept refused to show any effort at all. Would NOT RECOMMEND!!!Came to FORNEY see if they can help me, they treated me way better and their service is quick.
Among the least useful places Ive been to. Got a bad and useless prescription. Did not seem keen enough to want to help my situation.Just another profit-driven business
