Dr Rafael Garcia has a great bedside manner. Hes very articulate and knows how to explain whats going on in laymen terms. He was great at explaining things and took his time testing both my husband and myself. I was very impressed with him. Great job.

Loved Loved Loved my appointment at Mesquite Eye! Everyone there was quick, easy to talk to and understand, friendly and professional. But the real surprise was Dr. Garcia! Do NOT let the young appearance fool you. He is VERY knowledgeable and has a very pleasant demeanor about himself. I have not lived here long but I can guarantee I will be making all of my yearly visits right there at Mesquite Eye.

Came to Master Eye Associates for the very first today! I had a great visit and I will be back! They were very professional and walked me through the steps of filling out my patient forms online when I arrived I did not have a long wait. Each person I came in contact with was very nice and the doctor was always amazing I get very embarrassed when seeing eye doctors but did not feel that way here! I highly recommend checking them out!

Today I came in for my two children’s appointment. I called ahead and let them know I’d be 10 minutes late. When I arrived the young lady at the first desk, initiated the conversation in a very rude way. She let me know I was late, I let her know I called ahead. She then told me I had no insurance. I advised her I had just been in 2 months ago and there were no changes. She advised she called but still very rudely and loudly proclaimed I had no insurance. I called the insurance company on speaker and they advised I had insurance. She then said “well you kids don’t.” I informed her she was incorrect. Still with an attitude she said I didn’t. Instead of continuing, I told them to cancel my children’s appointments and we would not be returning. I called the insurance company in the car and they advised both kids had been covered since 2017 and no one from the office had called to verify. Her service was horrible. I’ve never had this experience in 3 years of going to Master’s eye. Either she needs customer service training, an adjustment in her attitude or a new job. This is not acceptable!

Dania is excellent really knows her stuff very sweet the testing area is amazing. The front desk lady is extremely kind . Very knowledgeable and great Sense of humor. The doctor was amazing.

I had a great experience today. I meant to leave a review earlier, but I got side tracked. But its crazy, I just read the last review I was actually in the office at that time with the lady and her two kids and the staff was great. The lady Latasha that checked me out informed every one in office that that were short staffed and that we would be seen as quick as possible. Doctor Garcia was hands on today and did a great my pre-testing, and exam and explaining. Although you cant make make everyone happy that comes in you place of business, miserable people shouldnt just bluntly lie about a business. Went today for my exam. Was informed that the retinal imaging was no longer an option. You are required to have it done now or the doctor will not see you. This is because of COVID I was told. They will not dilate your eyes. This is a procedure insurance will not cover. Not one mention of this on their website. Just a way to get more money. So if youre willing to pay for this out of pocket, go somewhere else. Also was not informed of this when I arrived.

Just finished my exam and all the staff was kind and courteous. I would definitely recommend to come here for anyone that is needing to get their exams done.

I was referred to here by my insurance for my daughters appt and let me tell you, I will def now schedule my appointment. Came in early and was seen earlier than expected. Very friendly staff and the optometrist was very informative with my daughters eye condition. Definitely recommend this Mesquite location to anyone in need of eye exam/care.

Ive had a great experience at the Mesquite Town East Mall location. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The doctor took time to really look in to my eyes and talked to me about what was going on what was bad what was good.I saw staff continuously cleaning the facilities everywhere which was very impressive because we know that they care and want to take care of their patients. Latasha was very pleasant and helpful. This is my second time coming and always professional.

The staff and the doctor were both outstanding! It was a quick process with using my insurance and I was back to see the doctor quickly. My prescription has changed due to not being to the doctor for several years and they told me what to expect in getting used to my new vision. What I also loved is the safety protocols they have in place to make sure the office is sterile and germ free. I also love the modern testing equipment they had and how they showed me the pictures of my eye! I will definitely be back!

I had the worst experience here I had to pay 39.00 extra for something I didn’t ask for when my copay is only 10.00 the manager lady in front was very rude and I didn’t have a problem with anyone else. Don’t waste your time or money here !

Have had three appointments at this location and each time was pleasant. The gentleman Mondrel & The ladies in the front Latasha, Natalie and Alicia are so polite and accommodating and the doctor was always prompt. Never waited more than 10 minutes after appointment time to be seen or had any bad experiences. I’ve even referred a few friends and family and they also love the location.

Not a very professional place. The African American lady at the desk told me that I was late for my appointment after waiting there for 20 min and she had to reschedule my appointment. I did tell the other lady when I walked in that I had to do another appointment at 445 pm to be able to fill out the paperwork online. I got there at 450 pm. They should have told me when I got there instead of making fill put the paperwork online. And at the time I was the only there.

African American lady Latasha office manager was extremely rude over the phone she literally hung up on me and didnt let me finish explaining. All I wanted to know is my upfront charges she gave me an attitude and hung up. This would have been my first time here. I am so glad I cancel my appointment, I should have read all the negative reviews. STAY AWAY go somewhere else.

Definitely over priced. Never heard back from them after they got my money. They were supposed to call and check to see how the trial pair was before sending my prescription, never did that either. Receptionist seemed to have attitude whenever I called, just an all around bad experience. The doctor was cool though. 10/10 would NOT recommend .

Cheaper at other places. Lady claimed she was busy the entire day so she couldn’t get me a quote before my appointment. When I got there nobody was there (she was suppose to call me back). Even with good insurance it costed more compared to other places. Didn’t even receive my prescription. Overall don’t recommend don’t even think it was accurate.

I had an eye exam at Master Eye Associates. They are a preferred provided for my health care plan. My explanation of benefits statement from my health care plan showed they paid all the provider was entitled to. Master Eye Associates insist that I still owe something even though my health care plan states they arent entitled to an additional payment. They will turn your account over to a collection agency even though your health care plan has paid them in full according to their contract.

I came here a year ago and half ago and it was great! The staff and the doctor were great then. Easy process.I dont know what happened but I went back for my year exam and also because I tore my last pair of contacts, it was a different atmosphere.Staff is a bit standoffish, took a while to be helped even with an appointment. There was a new girl being trained who has never used the machines before and she literally poked me in my eye.Saw the doctor and he was okay but Im still not sure about him. He told me my eyes were worse which is weird because they have been level for the past few years. I am practically legally blind and I knew it was getting there. So we decided on some different options and I waited patiently for my trials.I called today, thursday would make it two weeks and today is tuesday. A very rude girl answered the phone. Didnt say her name sounded like she just woke up and claimed to be the manager once I asked for an update on my trials. Last time i didnt get a call and had to call myself so thats what I did. She didnt ask me for my name and I kept insisting for her to please check for me just to ease my mind she quickly put me on hold and left me there for a good 10 minutes. I hung up and called back and im sure there is caller ID because she quickly answered and put me on hold again. I gave up and here I am writing this.I would stay away from this office unless they get a whole new everything.I usually never ever write reviews but this time I am only doing it because of how rude this girl was.Good luckz

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND COME HERE ! I got my exam done on the 12/26 and I’m still waiting on my trials. I went up there to get my prescription so I could order them MYSELF and they said they couldn’t give me my prescription.

The receptionist here is extremely rude and disrespectful! All the time! I’m sure they have lost clients having to deal with her

I recently went to this location and it was a great experience. I was a walk in and they worked me in. I didn’t have to wait a long time. The Dr. was really sweet and very patient with me. She took her time in the exam and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this location and Dr. Natalia Temboni. All the staff is very friendly and professional. When I first walked in for my very first appointment here, I was a little skeptical. The waiting area is super small and there were not enough chairs as it was a busy morning for them. But we checked in and continued with our appointment. Everyone was super nice, friendly and professional. The visit couldn’t of had gone any smoother or better. Dr. Temboni was exceptional. She was welcoming and went above and beyond explaining everything. We used to go to one Optometrist in Oak Lawn for almost 10yrs and never had a visit like today. I recommend this practice for your eye needs. Kudos to everyone for making us feel so welcome. We will definitely be back next year or if we have any eye concerns.

I went in for my eye exam today and it was such a pleasant experience! Everyone was so helpful and friendly! The staff made me feel so comfortable. Dr. Temboni seems very passionate about her job and Stefany is the sweetest! The other ladies were very nice too, I didnt catch their name though. I will definitely be back for my next exam! When it came to pay charge my vision insurance $49 for visit about to paythe other lady say no have to charge Health Insurance to husband was diabetes that $257.52 ask to charge vision insurance she said NOshe was unwill to use vision insurance this is fraud plain annd simply had to gave one star inorder to post

Dr. Temboni and her staff are amazing! They were very friendly, very knowledgeable and great with our kids. Our 5 year old had a few questions about the eye equipment and Dr. T happily explained everything. Her office staff, Nickthe, was also great with our 5 year old. I would definitely recommend this location!
