When I arrived I was behind a vehicle that was waiting on a vehicle to be serviced. The vehicle being serviced was done after 8 minutes. The next vehicle was done in 15 minutes. I had an oil change, oil filter changed, washer fluid refilled, coolant checked, tire pressure regulated, and other checkups done very quickly, all for a great price! Miguel and Cosme provided excellent service, answered all of my questions, and let me know when to come for my next oil top off for free (says the sticker given). This veteran is very happy.

I went on lunch break to get my car’s oil changed and fill my car’s Freon up as well. Service by Charles is great- he was attentive, knowledgeable, helpful. There was a miscommunication regarding a Groupon I had, but all was cleared up and I was out of there before 1 hour. This is fast, in my opinion because I had no appointment and I requested 2 services at once and they were done in a great time frame. I definitely recommend the younger guy changing the oil to check the vehicle’s oil necessities, sometimes people don’t know what kind of oil they need for their car. Overall, I’d definitely come back. Charles made it a great experience.

Pulled up just after noon on a Tuesday for an inspection. Was greeted by a man in the garage, I asked if they do inspections, was told to pull my car around the front. Two men immediately started the inspection. I did replace my wipers just before inspection. Ten minutes later, I was paying! The very nice young man even answered a silly question for me! Very fast!

I found this place through my saversguide, that i got from the boy scouts of America, I received their 17-point oil change. They were able to tell me and show me how my alignment was off. They were very quick and thorough. Two gentlemen, I did not get their names but they were very helpful and it was really nice to go somewhere that could tell me what I needed to do, provide the services necessary without doing anything more than what was asked and then they were able to provide me with a recommendation for where to go for services that they did not offer there. I will be coming back for my regular oil change. Thank you Speedee!

I was finally able to give them a try today after having seen their Google rating and reviews, and I’m very glad I did. The two guys I dealt with while checking in and out were professional and quick; I was out in 20 minutes.They already have very decent specials on their synthetic oil and filter (I got the $64.99 Infinity full synthetic oil & filter for my 2011 Camaro) and I was able to slam a Groupon deal on top of that for Black Friday. They also cleaned my windows, vacuumed the interior and added air to my tires. Make sure you tip these guys!

These guys were awesome! Great price. Saved me from a huge over quote from elsewhere. Because of the price I had many overdue services performed beyond what I went in for and still came in hundreds of dollars less than the basic quotes from other businesses. They have my continued business!!

They were rude, and on top of that they punctured the filter they put on my car so all my oil leaked out and I had to have the car repaired and ultimately buy a new car before the engine blew. The owner was supposed to call me back but never did.

First of all I should say that Ive been here before and been happy with the work and staff.Today I stopped in to get an inspection done. I was told it was not close enough to the due month and they could not do the inspection. Went across the street to Jiffy lube. Ten minutes later I was out the door with a completed inspection.Maybe your guy thought he was being honest maybe he just didnt want to be bothered. I dont know.

They didn’t even show it to me the dipstick. No sticker . I liked the service in Louisiana . I don’t recommend

Rosendo and Charles are awesome. Every time I go to have my car repaired without my husband I either get robbed or lied to. These guys didn’t do either they explain my problem with clear understanding. They showed sympathy and understanding when there was a confusion on Groupon. They also were very polite and hard working. They treated me a first time customer Like I’ve known them for years. I highly recommend this business !!

Great service. Driving through town on a road trip and needed a quick oil change. Charles & his crew were fast, friendly, and seemed like straightforward guys. Honored a coupon from their website that wasnt made to apply to the kind of oil my car has to take (full synthetic, damn you Honda!), which saved me ten bucks. Always nice to save ten bucks!

The guys here are honest, kind, and respectful. This is my second trip to this establishment and the service has exceeded expectations both times. First time was for an oil change, second was for new brake pads. Charles provided excellent customer service and made sure my Chevy was running safe. ☺️🤗

Paid these guys $200 on December 6th to install a set of EBC Yellowstuff brake pads on all four wheels. First thing they tried to convince me I needed all new calipers as well (on a 2016 vehicle) I said no, put the pads on and that’s it. So after installing the pads and bleeding the lines, they charged me $200. Fast forward three months: my brakes are scraping as if they’re 10 year old pads with 200,000 miles on them. Pulled the pads and found out they are worn off at a huge angle because they were installed backwards with a metal dimple on one pad placed up against the caliper piston which is pushing the pad in at an angle. So there goes a $120 set of brake pads because of their error. Went in and showed them the pads, according to the guy at the front desk they “can’t do anything because they can’t see them installed backwards” so I was supposed to bring it back to you still messed up and trust that you, the ones who did it wrong are supposed to now do it right and not charge me for fixing your huge mistake? Now I had to buy new pads, I will need to get the rotors turned, and may even need new calipers because of the way they installed the brake pads. Will never step foot in this shop again unless they offer me a refund and I’m going to collect it.

Charles told me to bring my car up so he could check it out, So he could make sure I wasn’t being over charged for unneeded services.Update- Had a tune up done, and he saved me some money by checking my car out. The owner (Jared) was nice too . Reminded me of my dad, good honest guy and that is sometimes hard to find a woman going to get car checked out. Overall I’ll be back to get my car serviced here. If you looking for honest, decently priced work come here.

Over 70 bucks for an oil change is too much for the unfriendly service you get. You feel ripped off when you leave...

Fast and great service. These guys are amazing and friendly and have beat other places with speed. I was expecting to have to be there for an hour or so. Man was I wrong. I want to say I was there for maybe less then 30 minutes. I dont know why other places take so long for an oil change but they I just know I will be coming back to these guys for my oil changes from now one. The quick service and friendly people and they even vacuumed out my car for me. Yeah they have me as a customer from now on.

I have never had any issues with my a.c. Went there today for an oil change with my a.c working good and realize when i was back home within 4mikes away that my car was blowing just hot air. Went there and complained they messed up something and they were not honest enough to admit. They have me quote for $700 to get a compressor replaced.

Location on Galloway mesquite.Called and asked about their state inspection. The person that answered didnt identify themselves but said it was ok to go ahead and go in for the service. Get there and the tall black guy has an attitude says they dont do inspections on rainy days because they need to go drive the car around. Asks the other young guy there and he replies, oh yeah, i forgot. Then the black guy gets sarcastic, laughing and says yeah well, we just dont do it. So have a nice day. Rude and zero customer service. Not only did you NOT earn my business, you lost any of my future business. Got a bunch of clowns working at that circus. No thanks.

Highly recommend this place! They were able to tell me what is wrong in literally a couple of minutes and fix the issue. I was done within 10 minutes! They also have really nice people and great customer service!

This location on Galloway after I had a second 7,000 mile oil change on my BMW X5 was left with a missing piece to oil filter cap. My engine light came on immediately after oil change. I brought the truck back and was told they’re unsure of what’s going on. They ran then computer and cleared the engine light that came back on soon there after. I was trying to being civil about it and come in to get my money back, since after being taken to BMW the engine was fine. But after coming in and talking to the owner who was condescending with me things did not get solved. I am now out of $311.79 from BMW fixing the problem they caused.

Not only was the oil change fast and quality work. They were kind enough to mention a coolant leak that went unnoticed. This will definitely be the oil change place I go to and will recommend to everyone else. I went to Walmart for a oil change and two days later my light was back on. Not even sure if Walmart changed the oil. But for speedees they never disappoint.

I have been using this Mesquite station for years even before the tornado leveled it. I decided at my last oil change to upgrade and put in the oil that had to be changed 6M instead of 3M due to time restrictions. Apparently the service team forgot to set my alert indicator to 6M and when the warning light came on I took the car back to the Mesquite location. When they drained the oil they saw that the oil was clean and I did not need an oil change. Jerry, the new manager, had the service team put in new oil, change the warning indicator to 6M, and did not charge me for my oil change. I will definitely use Jerry and his team again!

They do a great job, customer service is excellent and they are true to their name, speedee !I’ve also had front and rear break pads installed as well as an alternator. I have no regrets about acquiring their service. I will continue to receive service from the Mesquite location.

Service was fast. A little TOO fast. One of the mechanics talked so fast I didnt know what I needed and didnt need. I was told that there was a sale for my particular order then when its time to pay its the original price. I had to explain that I was told there was a sale. Do the mechanics not communicate with one another? None of the things that were suggested to me that needed to be serviced but opted out of at this particular visit were on my receipt like I was told would be. My floorboards werent vacuumed, front and back windows werent cleaned. Extremely rushed job. Lack of customer service. Hoping that there was an actual 17 point check.

Went in for an oil change and the Guys were extremely helpful. I had many questions and they answered every last one. They even gave me extra tips on what to do so that my car lasts longer being that its extremely old.

I went in February & got an oil change. Went to a different place today & they could not get the drain plug out. They were afraid they would crack the oil pan. I went back to Speedee & they said it was stripped. I informed them that they were the last to change it & the manager starts showing me the details of my last change & how things were documented. I said well, either it was stripped & he did not change the oil yet charged me & did not inform me that it was stripped OR he did it & didn’t document it. They got some pliers & a hammer to knock it loose, which they did without damaging the oil pan. That is the only reason I accept the 1Star I have to give. The one thing that makes me mad is how they BROKE my brand new oil cap so when I turned it, it just spins. No worries you Plies wanna be, I already got it off & put a new one on. Pliers are real handy.

Went on 7-6-20 at 10:30am. Entered the lobby. Staff looked at me and not a single person came to greet me or ask me what I was there for. I waited for 10-15 minutes for someone to come speak to me and still no one came. Finally I left.

Speedee Oil Plano Insurance will not cover DAMAGES due to negligence.Regional Managers could not help me at all. Im trying to raise awareness on what happens when SpeeDee damages your car.Brought my BMW 335i for a simple oil change. They forgot to pour oil in. Engine is ruined. Their insurance will not cover, my insurance had to pay for it. Owner would not pay for my deductible.  People make mistakes, I understand, but someone else beside my insurance and my out of pocket deductible, should be paying for this.

I have come here several times over the past year for several issues. From oil changes, to broken sensors, to entire alternator, they fix our car! Everyone here is very nice and helpful.

I always go to speedee for my oil changes. Very often they send offers to save me money on future maintenance. Been going here for years now, seems the staff has changed a bit, but theyre always quick and friendly.
