Love this tire store! They are very helpful and have wonderful service and good prices. I like their free flat fix. I highly recommend it.

It’s time for some time to talk everybody. If you’re not familiar and or on board with discount tire I hope this real review will steer you that way. You can get tires a lot of places but discount tire is so professional so super competitive on their pricing and they get you in and out fast, plus you can schedule anything you need so you have a time slot. They are so very helpful and professional and they will go out of their way to take care of you and make sure you’re a satisfied customer. That being said once you buy your tires there if there’s ever an issue or you just need rotate and balance or whatever you can go to any discount tire, you don’t have to go to the one that you bought them from. They honor and guarantee everything they do and they’re spectacular. Give them a shot, don’t discount, discount tire. Go get you some right now have a good day.

I was in on Saturday and all I needed was a simple reset on my tire light sensor. I am a young women and when I told them what I needed they treated me like I didnt know what I was talking about. The first 2 guys that worked on my car actually didnt know what they were doing and I knew I could go somewhere else to get this done but they assured me that it would be fast since it wasnt busy. They also told me that my sensors were broken and that they needed replacing. I honestly just needed to get the problem fixed so I was like ok thats fine just do what you need to do. $130 and 2 1/2 hours later they pulled my car around after forgetting about it and I get in and my light was still on. The guy told me that if I drove a couple miles it would reset. I drove 15 and it didnt reset so I come back bc I was extremely frustrated to have spent so much money and time and my simple problem was not fixed. When I came back one of the guys came out to help me and then told me that their part was broken so they couldnt reset the lights. Thankfully Omar came out and he took a look at it and was able to actually fix it to make my light go off. Would not recommend coming here and would not come back.

Waited 5 hours for the free tire patch they offer only for them to not to have patched my tire. They required me to drop off my car and when I came back they gave me a weird cold shoulder and proceeded to be rude when I declined any other services or that the man offered. When I left Discount Tire my tire was still getting flat. I decided to take it somewhere else and see what was wrong. When H&J Tire Shop took the tire off we were in disbelief to see that there wasn’t even a patch. They kept my car for 5 hours for nothing. Wasted my time and put my car and even life at risk. Thank God I saw the leak was still there and caught it that same day. I lost my job due to CoVid19 and was thankful to find somewhere that patches tire for free. I’d rather pay next time. Not trustworthy. Bad business. Lied straight to my face. Will NEVER return to this shady place. Maybe I got the wrong guy there. Hopefully who ever worked on my car isn’t there anymore.

Bought 2 new tires. Took 80 east to test them. One was flat as a pancake. Was not happy. Tech wanted to air it up. Told him to give me another tire. Process to serve customers is too slow. Need a better way to get customers in and out.

I have had good experience with Discount Tire in the past. But today at this location what I was told was a 40 minute wait was closer to 1 hour 40 minutes for one tire and they replaced the wrong tire. I discovered after arriving home and it was a safety issue with a sidewalk gouge. Immediately went back and simply paid to have a second tire put on as I had to be somewhere and it seemed easier. No discount on the install fee (the tire was already on by their mistake). Not cool guys. There was also a charge for a warranty certificate that I didn’t know about and had not been charged for previously. I had that refunded. If you want a 3 year warranty on the tire that may make sense. But paying that for four tires almost pays for a new tire. That should have been disclosed and agreed to.

I like the deal he gave me on Thursday for four brand new wheels and tires, which work phenomenally, but dont you think stem covers and clean off the goop would have been a nice touch. (?) Since when would valve stem covers not come with four brand new tires that you just spent $500 on??

Always awesome. knowledgeable, helpful. well spaced. able to drop in or make an appointment. last several time has tire fixed or replaced with the road hazard. got another vehicle and found the tires were not protected from issues like nails, screws and mfg defects. so after waiting till the ran their course we finally able to purchase new ones w/the hazard deal.

It sucked sat outside for 10 minutes NOBODY came to greet me. I eventually had to get my own air pump from trunk and fix tire myself.

Manager Ben and tech Tay really saved my life! I am single and without anyone to call on. I woke on Monday morning with a completely flat tire, with no way to inflate and no funds to get a tow.As I lived just down the street, Ben graciously sent Tay, who took tire off, took to shop and returned with what appeared to be a razorblade that had caused a split in the tread and a new tire. I am so very grateful for their going above and beyond.

Horrible non-communicative service from Ben (manager). A WHOLE WEEK TO CHANGE A TIRE, from Monday morning until Friday afternoon without a car and no word from discount tire1) They did not want to give me my warranty. I had gotten 2 tires with the warranty last year and they were stating that the tires that were busted were not the ones that i had the warranty on. My car has 75k miles on it and Ben insisted that my tires busted tires were the original ones. These are performance tires, THEY WOULD NOT LAST 75K miles2) My order was not placed until the 3rd day. My tires need to be ordered as the size is not common, so i asked to get them ordered soon. I was told id hear back to confirm the order. I called that evening and he said they were ordered. Called the next day to check the status and he said hed call back (he didnt). called Wednesday was left on hold for 20min only to find out they were JUST placing an order to get them overnight. Team member lied to cover for boss stating the order was placed but i found another distributor that can get it tomorrow. If the order was placed on Monday, the tires would have been there by thu/fri anyways. I called on Thursday to verify the 2nd order and i was told they were on their way to be delivered and that the car would be ready near closing time, THAT THEY WOULD CALL ME WHEN THE CAR WAS READY TO PICK IT UP. I did not receive a call3) I NEVER received a single call back, I was told id hear back from discount tire in 4 occasions and did not receive a single call back. The first time from the manager Ben who did not order the tire on monday and the last being from a team member who was going to inform me when the car would be ready on Thursday. I had to call back on Friday at noon only to hear that my car was ready earlier that day.5 DAYS WITHOUT A CAR FOR A TIRE REPLACEMENT AT A PLACE THAT ONLY DOES TIRES, WITH NO INFORMATION / UPDATE / OR COMMUNICATION IS UNACCEPTABLE

Nick was very rude and acted as if he hates his job. I waited over an hour in my car just for him to try and upsale me and lie about the severity of my tire. I had a way better experience at the discount tire off 30. Oh and Nick said my tires weren’t under warranty, in which they were all covered under warranty at the other shop, I believe I was treated this way because I’m a person of color !

I came here Tuesday morning. There were 3 people on front of me. Its very clean, warm and comfortable waiting area here with free wifi. Honestly I did not even noticed time.They found nails in my tires. All done for free.Great service, amaxing attitude. Will cone hete again.

Incompetent people, Incompetent Manager Mike Duckworth...Don’t take your C7 C6 Corvette Z06, Mustangs etc. I have a C6 Z06 with Cup Wheels Satin Black and they scratch, bend making permanent dents on my wheels. They tried to fix the wheels and they made it worst .They don’t want to pay for my wheels, I file a complaint with Better Business Bureau.

Went to get a free air check on my motorcycle tires. I was informed that they could not preform a free air check on a motorcycle due to the fact that motorcycle tires will blow up when air is added and that special equipment is required. REALLY? If youre scared and do not know how to put air in a tire, you need to find a new line of work. Cause since you cant do a simple task like air up a tire, youre NOT getting the chance to go any where near my other vehicles for actual work. So done with your store and company BS. Get out of the repair business!

Everything is on point at this location. The wait time is very good too. Within the hour my car was in the shop. Compared to Firestone where I waited 3 hours for the same service.

When I turned in my vehicle for a nail in front tire. It took them over an hour and half just to get it inside. After an half hour I started to see what was going on. At that time they inform me it would be one and half hour. It took them 45 minutes to repair the tire. If I known that. I would plug it my self. Then take it back next week when I would be off. I have to be at work by 4am at DFW Airport as an mechanic (Have over 45 years as an ASE mechanic.)

The pandemic is still a part of our everyday lives. Its businesses like this one that need to be applauded for their resolve. They respected my space and have a masking policy in place. Quick repair on a road hazard flat. Very friendly staff

Second time being here. Had a nail in my tire and it didnt go through the rubber. Also got my tires balanced and rotated. Took about 45 minutes from the time I pulled in until I left but felt like 15. Easy to talk to employees and solid work done. No concerns. Im a lifetime costumer.

I was in need of new tires for my 2017 Nissan quest van recently called the evening before I went in and verified that the tires I need it made at 8:30 AM appointment they told me to come in early to make sure I could get in and out as quickly as possible. That’s exactly what they did got the new tires on the van in fact I got an upgraded set a tires because somehow they miss placed one of the tires that was needed at no up charge. Three different individuals apologize for the inconvenience and the confusion on their part. Outstanding service outstanding quality of service. Look forward to dealing with him again in the future

My 2nd experience with the store in Mesquite was even better than the first time. They have vastly improved their limited contact check in system-- clear signs, directional cones, prompt greeters. I had a completely shredded tire that they fixed expertly. I was also educated on the type of wheels I had, and encouraged to purchase a more affordable option. My only qualm is that they arent open on Sundays. This location has been excellent.

I’ve gotten better service from my neighborhood tire shop, I shouldn’t haven’t listened to the reviews. Way more expensive here and customer service is not their top priority.

Very frustrated and irritated by the non customer service. I drove up to the air check in, there was a car in front of me. They were very busy. So I said I’ll just wait and someone will her to is. I sat there for over 20 minutes waiting just to have my air checked. My issue is that NOT ONE person including management acknowledged our presence to even say it may take a while or we can’t get to you today. The least someone could have done was let myself and the other 3 cars waiting for air know if we could be serviced or not verses letting us sit there and figure it out for ourselves.I’ve always had great experiences with Discount Tire but this location was an extremely disappointing one. I’m the future I hope you all pay a little more attention to customer service.

My tire and rim were ruined on a pothole at midnight. Next day, nobody could help me get a full sized spare to keep moving on my 36 hour drive to Washington. Discount tires was the first place to help me right when they opened at an amazing price. Aaron was extremely professional as too were the employees working the garage. Very happy!

I had heard a lot of good things about discount tire and this all changed for me with one visit. The sales representatives acted as if they were professionals. They lied to me that my tire beyond repair and the next day another retired tire store fixed it for real cheap. Added to this was the mess that they caused in car by destroying the dash cam mounting mechanism while trying to load the tire on the back. This was my first visit and Im sure will also be the last. Keep away these people aleast at this location are liars!

Get the job done but every single time I’ve been I and everyone else there is treated as not even worth looking at while the people there are on the phone. The guy with the big mustache is just plain rude, but many others are nice once you get their attention.Edit 5/6/2019I want to add that I was actually contacted by a manager who expressed concern about the issue. Kudos to this company and that manager for recognizing their customers and their concerns. Ill return to the fact that this location is great...a star added for sure.
