I have used Ace Auto for over a year now, its great when I go in and they know who I am. The location is always clean, the service guys are friendly and so helpful. I dont know into many public restrooms, but theirs are always clean and smell fresh.. The work has always done correctly, and being a woman not knowing too much about cars they never try to sell me something that is not needed and price is just right since Im on fixed income. Very pleased with Ace Auto.

I could see the quality of the place starting with the amazing tile and cleanliness in the large comfy waiting room. I had a free cup of coffee while chatting with Alan and it was a great chat. Very friendly guys there. The mechanics are top notch as they fixed the issue others couldn’t or didn’t want to. I took my car in to get an oil change. The mechanics checked everything and discovered that my axle was torn along with a few other issues that they showed & explained simply & thoroughly to me. Since I had previously taken it to another mechanic who completely missed all this which could have cost my daughter and her friend their lives since they were driving across county, I was both upset at the previous auto shop but grateful to Ace Auto. They took care of me and gave me a very affordable price. I am at ease and am so grateful for all of the mechanics here! This is the type of service that creates lifelong customers and they have found one in me! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Incredible place! Great deals & wonderful local neighborhood shop to get vehicle work done. The waiting area is, OMG!!! Leather reclining chairs, free K-cup coffee, water, snacks, candy, flat screen TV...I almost didnt want to leave! LOL They even hooked us up by doubling our coupon & NEVER tried to push unnecessary or alternate work! I HIGHLY recommend!

The guys at Ace are amazing. It’s hard in this day and age to find proper trustworthy shop. I bring both of my vehicles here, one a Toyota Tacoma and the other is an Alfa Romeo Giulia. Point being is no matter what the vehicle is, they can take care of you. Ask for Richard, and he’ll make sure to get your vehicle taken care of in a proper and timely manner.

State inspection was done. It was prompt, accurate and waiting area was clean and inviting. The staff parrot was very fun and funny! Staff courteous and friendly. They offered me a cold water on a hot day! I recommend this shop.I was hugely satisfied with the work done! A year later I returned for State Inspection. They inspected my car so fast it made my head spin! Great place, friendly staff and they showed yet another kindness. A little girl was having trouble with vending machine. They helped her get her candy bar and let her have it for free!! I again got my usual cold water!

With winter coming, I was in need of new tires. After calling a few different tire shops in the area, by far Richard here at ace gave me the best deal possible!! I can’t thank them enough for what they did. Times are tough right now with Covid, so getting the best deal means a lot! Richard took care of me from the second I called to the second my car was done! I went for 4 brand new tires and alignment. Couldn’t be more happy with the service and professionalism. Best 1st time customer experience ! I got a really bad flat on the way back from work during a really bad storm. I was barely able to make it to this shop. My tire had literally came off the rim. This skillful gentleman named Bewar made my day. He was able to lift my car on a slope and install a used tire really quick. He put on a poncho to do it in the heavy rain and even banged the rim back into shape all while I lounged in their clean and comfy waiting area. Over the last couple times I visited I didn’t get the same type of quality I did the first time so I think they try to do a great job for you if you’re a first time customer to gain your business but after that it’s just a regular shop trying to make money..

They are honest and reliable, and FAST! They treat you like family ( even with getting on to me about being over due for my oil change). I got my car serviced. They informed me about needing a new battery because it was eroding or corroding. I said I have been aware of it. And i have, the issue just started. The next day I attempted to clean it. I wanted to move my car towards the garage. And guess what car doesnt start. Smh. I findthe time frame inconveniently odd.

I been coming here for years paid a lot of money they charged me to fix my wipers and didn’t fix the speed instead of checking they gave me excuses why they not responsible for fixing it when you turned it on shouldn’t you have told me something else was wrong it’s to expensive to fix cars to pay so much for stuff and then it’s not completely fixed I will have to find a new shop... I was coming here since 2009 maybe before and this will be my last time don’t make excuses if you see it in your system

Alignment has no warrenty. Got mine done less than a months ago, had Firestone check it and it’s way out.My alignments hold true for over 3 oil changes when done properly. So that tells you they did not do proper procedure, nor could I get a copy of the paperwork.Drew was really the glue holding this place together. Now he’s gone.. there will be another place in this building not too long from now. This is the 2nd time I’ve had an issue. Let the first one go... but I can’t let y’all get conned.

I came in for an oil change & these guys managed to point out additional things on my wife’s vehicle to ensure I would not have any complications down the road.Sean was not only informative but also friendly and entertaining during my wait time. The rest of the staff was also friendly and had the opportunity to hear another customer share that has been coming here for years for their vehicle service, how she loves the service here and I can see why.This location also does alignments, brakes & state inspections. They were so nice to me I am now going to pick up my vehicle now to get it serviced as well. They even made a recommendation on where I can get my cracked windshield replaced to save money, definitely went above & beyond - highly recommended! ⭐️😁⭐️

Horrible service ! I wouldnt even trust them for oil change!Walked in for oil change, was promised 30 minutes but I end up leaving in 1 hour and 30 minutes. After I drove few miles I smelled something weird and luckily I stopped to find out that they havent put the oil cap back in place and the motor oil is all over the place! I called them very angry for their carelessness and the answer was Sorry, we were very busy seriously you risk my safety because you are busy! Ill never be back again!
