They greeted me as I pulled up, and I stepped in the lobby waited less than 2 mins and they had already got the new tire and rim back on my car before I could even look up! Extremely fair price! Crazy fast! 100% use this place

Fixed my alignment on my 2006 Nissan Altima. My steering wheel sits centered now. I still need to replace my 2 front struts as they are old which they made me aware of but even then they were still able to adjust it almost to perfection considering the old struts. My car drives straight on the freeway now as well if I let my hands off the wheel, before it would pull to the right slightly. Overall very satisfied with the service and professionalism of these guys. Pricing was also very good. Would highly recommend these guys to anyone. 👍🏼

Took in my wife’s Sentra in to get the air conditioner checked. $100 fee to get it checked ( understood, tech needs to be paid) and that the fee would be waved if I used them to replace the system) . $1500 estimate for full replacement. I wanted a 2cd or 3rd estimate before committing to paying that much. The ac cooled on the way to Jordan’s ( outside -75 degrees) but did not when I picked it up, no matter at what speed I drove; this was a major red flag. I took it to anther shop the following morning (6/19/2021) They explained that the compressor had worked but could not keep up with the hotter temps of the day unless at higher speeds, but it needed replacing …Oh, and that Jordan’s had evacuated my Freon and not put it back in when I declined to commit to having them do the job. ( they’re also $300 higher than the new estimate) I want to be compensated for the price of the coolant they took and no, there were no system leaks. Finding an honest shop is a pain

Something popped my tire as soon as I turned onto Galloway Ave. from Town East Blvd. I could hear the air squealing out of it... I do not live around here, but I work in the area and I have my usual place that I go for oil changes, tire rotations, etc. I didnt have time to get there and Jordans was the very next driveway on my right... first place I saw. My A/C is back to new and their prices/service was very fair and quick. $800 less to have the entire system redone that what the Honda dealer quoted for just the compressor. No pushy up sells either. Charged me $18.50 to patch a tire. I watched two episodes of two and half men in their waiting area while they patched my tire. One hour. BUT, they were very nice and the tire is holding up fine. It was a good experience, I came in as soon as they open at 8 a.m., and drop the car off as I was needing a wheel alignment. I received a phone call to come and pick up my vehicle it was ready at 10:45. it was a simple an easy process the only downside I would say is Limited parking space other than that I would go back.

I went here for the first time to fix my leaking tire and they turned things around quickly (less than an hour) and had friendly service as well. Im glad I called the big box tire stores and they said they couldnt get it done without my car staying there for the day. 10 7 19 update: Ive been back 3 times since this first post and their CS is some of the best in town, they are a great local source for car service!

The staff at Jordans Car Care Center at Mesquite are truly exemplary. During the tire buying process we had a mishap where I recieved the wrong tire size for my truck, and had to go back and exchange them for the right size. The service from both Paul and Chester during this trial was both admirable and reputable! They made sure I left with the correct tires and was happy with my service. Floor mats and seat cover needed to be washed. Take a little pride in ones self to be hygienic and if your filthy have someone else get into the car.I will go back I believe if ever needed as the customer service/repairs all around was excellent.

Went in for alignment with all the suspension recently installed they give me a 825.27 quote and told me i needed 2 outer tie rods and the left control arm end up paying 45 dollars just for them looking at it will never go back to this place

Don, the manager, called me (on his day off) 5 minutes after they opened at 7:35am to give me an estimate and set up an appointment. Don gave me a quote for the michelin tires along with 2 other brands that would cost me $100 less. So I set up an appointment to drop my car off.5 star employees- Pat, the man that worked at the front desk, was also beyond helpful. When I went to drop my car off I was greeted by Pat. He took my keys and confirmed the prices Don had given me. When I came back to pick up my car he notified me of a few issues that needed to be addressed and spent almost 30 minutes explaining why and when they need to be fixed. He gave me a detailed print out with my cars needed repairs that included the prices and even numbered the repairs 1-3. 1 was most urgent and 3 was when ever I had the time.I am beyond pleased. Spent $600 on two Goodyear tires, had a flat shortly after and when I called them to ask about warranty the guy replied these tires do not even come with warranty. For the amount of money I spent that should have been communicated BEFORE Taking my money! I have never purchased tires that did not come with some type of warranty. So, I called Goodyears corporate office and they informed me that the information given to me was in fact a lie and my tires are covered for 6 years! Once corporate was called they then doubled back and told me that the tires did have manufacturers warranty in a very unprofessional manner. I will never do business with them again or refer anyone. -0 stars!

Had a not so good experience. Jordans made it right. I also purchased brakes and rotors which needed to be replaced. Not only were the originals sold with a warranty, but since I was not over the restrictions they honored the warranty. Just note they are always busy so expect to wait or drop your car off.

Unexpected...unprofessionalism (from a Goodyear dealership?). I could not believe the arrogance and attitude of the service manager and the way he collected personal information like he was interrogating with a serious attitude. I waited over one hour (for a tire patch - for $18.50) while he played on his phone and never once checked on why it was taking so long. I was the only customer...as 5 employees stood around at the open service garage door openings, playing on their phones... I would/will not recommend to anyone...

I was riding along and got myself a flat tire...just hate that. Driving near Town East in Mesquite, I did a quick search on Google Maps for tire service. Jordan’s was conveniently lose by, just across from Poteet High School. Drove in and, while I enjoyed a lunch at Whatsburger just next door, they patched up my tire. The staff were very friendly, making a potentially stressful situation easy. Highly recommended.

Old mechanic was awesome. Got a new guy breaks more than he fixes. Broke my air intake housing didnt say anything. Taken it in 3 time for check engine. Auto zone told me what it was in 3 min. And the oil leak got bigger when they so called fixed it. 3 months in the shop. I get made fun of when people here I spent 6 grand on a engine and it still isnt right. ill let you guys know if they ever figure it out but for now I say stay away. But they already took my money so im stuck. Please dont be like me. Hopefully they get there problems fixed and if they do ill change all this, they used to be the best shop in town by far.But the level of bs is too much now and the bull keeps lifting its tale. Such a shame!!!
