My son dropped off wheel that needed to be fixed. After 1 week he calls and they say its not ready...now today is 2 weeks later nobody has called. We call for status & its not fixable. I asked why did he not receive a call instead its been 2 weeks he hasnt been driving his car which has affected his job & they said I dont know the rim has been sitting here they wouldnt take it. Thats bad service.

Did great service for my tire that needed a patch. I had a nail and accidentally told them the wrong tire. He found the correct tire and showed me the nail and patched it quickly. They were busy but still pushed out vehicles rather speedy. Will go back for tire issues

Needed Tpms replaced and programmed in a 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe. They had the OBD2 adapter to fit the programming tool. Owner was very helpful and extremely reasonable on the price.

Amazing service! We are evacuating from hurricane Laura and had a boat trailer tire pop. They sent a man to come get the tire off because we didn’t have the right tool. He put the spare on and we followed behind to the store. It took less than 5 minutes for them to put on our new tire and bend the rim back because it was bent. They helped so much and we are so grateful they helped keep our trip as smooth as possible considering the circumstances. Thank you H&J tire for the awesome service!

These are my go to guys for tire problems.They are well staffed, with people that know tires, and have caught many things, that I missed on our vehicles. They are fast, and efficient. A great place to stop by if you have tire problems, but you are in a hurry. They also offer mechanics services, just in case you need some thing other than tires. We had one of our cars in for a full alignment a while back, and they were very reasonable. I am always in, and out quickly, and I dont have a problem with that. Lots of places to eat, or shops, and a bookstore close. Stop in, and see them the next time you have a problem. Thank you...

Had a lousy experience, went to purchase a used tire as I have done in the past, however one of the workers communicated totally incorrect Information. Had me waiting at least 45 minutes, said they had my size then they didnt, then they did but only 1 and quoted different prices. The tire that was supposedly put on their didnt seem to fit right. Didnt check my air pressure, and didnt care about my concerns. I did not receive good customer service at all, and I was treated as if I caused a problem....Thanks, but no thanks.....

Didn’t have a favorable experience on my last visit there. About two months ago I bought a used tire there and it cost about fifty dollars with mounting and balancing. Lucky me I found a tire online that matched the others on my truck. I decided to go back to this shop, so I could get a matching tire mounted. I was going to try an AARP tactic of saving money by asking for some credit on the tire I had previously bought there. This tire was still in good condition and I figured they would be able to sell it again for a profit. I could also save some money. From the hired help I received answers that they couldn’t offer a credit. I even spoke to a person that claimed to be the owner and asked him about a credit from the tire I bought from there. Any credit seemed reasonable to me. Well, I didn’t get a credit for the tire they sold me. And I was not going to leave it there, so they could probably sell it again. This was not a good business deal because I lost some money, and they just lost a regular customer that would have spent hundreds of dollars on flats and tire rotations in the future. If you read this, I sincerely hope you have better luck there, but you better try another tire shop.

Had a blow out on our trailer on a Saturday at 430pm. Being from out of town this is first place that popped up and we are super pleased it did. Excellent customer service, price, and we were out of there in 15 minutes replacing 2 trailer tires.

This business took care of me real quick. Had a shop balance my wheels in the morning and were shaking real bad. Came here in an emergency stop because I couldnt bare the tremor. They knew exactly why they were off balanced and fixed me back on the road within 20 minutes. Highly recommend.

Fast and Friendly. Had to buy two new tires, they told me my back tire was also bad but my pocket book wasnt hearing it. They gave me a good deal on the other tire and told me to come back to replace both back with them when I could.

Ive been going here for years. Always good customer service and advice given on tire service. But today was the WORST, and sadly it wasnt the employees. It was the prejudice manager. He was RUDE and did not give the service that I asked for. Attitude is everything even not spoken, your body language speaks for you. I was so frustrated that I ended up giving him a piece of my mind because whether the service is free or charged customer service is what brings your customers back. I will NEVER go back to that place nor will I refer anyone like I have in the past. If I could rate without a star I definitely would have. I am still pissed!

I pulled up to this location with intent to buy a USED TIRE. I was informed that there was no available tire(s) of this size except new. Apparently my tires are abnormally rare. At this point, the initial price of the tire was way more than I was intending to pay, the brand was unfamiliar and the gentleman had no knowledge of the product. After this experience, Im not so sure I will be back or recommend it.

Shop has no integrity! Had 3 trailer tires put on and they messed up 2 of the rims and werent even going to tell me about it....they just tried to load them up in my truck hoping i wouldnt notice but i did! I will see them in court shorty!

Been in Mesquite over 20 years and have had my fair share of mishaps with their tires and servicing. Poor quality and I just had a tire plugged (patched) and it went flat the next 2 days I had to go poo at another shop to fix their once again poor service.. I will not be returning. I thought by now they would have improved. But nothing but rip offs to keep u coming back

These people are amazing I had a question about a sound I was hearing coming from the tire that the guy didnt know what it could be so he ran across the road to there sister shop and had the mechanic there in no time... now Im not gonna lie I got concerned how much this was going to cost but he assured me nothing drove it around the block and put it on the lift and got to the bottom of it told me what was wrong and how critical it was and how long it could make it till now with all this being done to my van I was bracing to hear the bill I mean the car was on a lift and they took off the tire to tell me all what was wrong when I asked how much it was they wouldnt take a dime ... shout out to the tire man that helped and the two mechanics yall are amazing I will be telling everyone I know to go here for all there automotive needs! Yall go above and beyond!!! We need more shops like you!!
