These bozos wasted an hour of my time. I had to ask a hundred times what the final price for the car was. The so-called manager was not listening to a thing I said. When they finally gave me the final price the car was $6,000 over market value. I walk smooth out of there and went up the street and bought me a Camaro 2SS (same car).. 5k less a year newer. And the same miles.. dont even waste your time to go here. Bad salesmen bad โ๐ฟ๐
Very impressed with this dealership. I was originally working with Roger Beasley Mazda in Austin, but they continually ruined the deal we had for the car, as well as my relationship with them after them telling me they wonโt sell me a car because I had been there too many times. This dealership helped me out, got me an amazing monthly price, and even got me a discount since it was the exact color I wanted. Once I got there, everything was ready, i just had to go to finance. Everyone was so friendly and amazing. Jason helped me out and would totally recommend him. Eric in finance was also amazing. He threw in some complimentary extraโs which was awesome.
My mother has a Mazda so I usually go here to get her maintenance done. The workers are very helpful and attendant to your needs. They are really here to serve the client. Plus the inside of this building looks so up to date and modern. It is so welcoming that they have free snacks, free water, a TV, and a kids room. Service can sometimes take a while, something as simple as an oil change can take around an hour if you do not make an appointment. I like this dealership, seems honest.
I was able to secure a great deal on this 2017 Ford. Jeffery was very accommodating and responsive in the buying process, and the dealership was flexible in its pricing to fit my budget. I arrived right before closing. I thought they closed an hour later. Anyway, a gentleman stopped me outside as my friend went inside. He was interested until he learned that I wanted an inexpensive car. I walk inside and he says he will be right back. Next thing, a woman walks out of the room and says she can help me. I asked if the guy had traded me to her. It was obvious. THEN! She tells me that she was explaining to my MOM (i dont remember the words after that). My friend and I looked at her and she informs the lady that she is younger than me. Honestly, it went downhill even more after that and we walked out. Then I found out that she told my friend that they were closing. Im sorry for your bad luck. Im not exactly trying to spend $10 on a cappuccino. Lock the door if you are closed. Insulting does not even BEGIN to tell you how we were treated. That is the second time. I went there before I bought my Kia and had a similar experience. That explains the Kia. NEVER AGAIN!

My experience was awesome. I purchased a pre-owned vehicle and was very straightforward with what I needed and sales rep Gabby was phenomenal in helping in every single way. She even drove to my house 30 min away to finish paper work because I had to go. It was a very pleasant car buying experience.
Worst car buying experience in my life. Ive 2 other Mazdas in the past, an RX7 and a Mazda 6. I went in to purchase a CX30 2.5S MSRP $23,225. I sat down to talk numbers and next thing I know they added $2600 in insanely overpriced add ons I didnt want. $500 for tints that werent even on the car, $500 for door edge guards that was just a strip of clear tape which was already bubbled and coming off. $800 for seat stain protection, kind of like Scotchgard. Which leads me to believe it wasnt actually done since they were already charging for tints that werent even installed. Another $800 for GPS tracking in case the car got stolen which all new cars are already equipped with. I adamantly expressed I didnt want any of that but they insisted that they do it to every vehicle as soon as it comes in which was obviously not true. Then they dragged the financing experience on for about 4 hours giving me a horrible APR, while all of this is going on the vehicle was sold to someone else. Then they tried to step me down to a CX3 for almost the same price with the same insanely overpriced add-ons. At this point I was hungry and exhausted and I reluctantly agreed to their prices. However thankfully McGavock Nissan, the dealership I visited the day before called me and made me a fantastic deal on a 2021 Sentra SV MSRP $22200 without any unwanted add-ons, less than half the APR, $60/month less, half the down payment and free tints to boot. So I told Mazda NO and went straight back to the Nissan dealership. If this how Mazda conducts business these days, they have lost a loyal customer for life. Do yourself a favor read the other 1 star reviews and you will quickly notice a pattern.

Worst experience ever had. I went to get a cx-5. They gave quote of 7k more than market price(compared with other dealers ). Manager was harsh and shows his frustration on customers and forces to pay more for dealership includings. They actually say that we will give a better deal than what we have but doesnโt, itโs a trap to bring you in. My suggestion is not to waste you time by visiting to thus dealer.
SERVICE DEPARTMENT: manager says his crew is new and he doesnโt trust them to do complex work like a compression test without the master tech - who works a second job.Besides taking more than ten minutes on hold more than once to get ahold of anyone - They lied.I had an appointment for a compression test at 11. I confirmed twice (2 phone calls) with the lady (Molly I think). Explained what I needed and that I was driving FOUR HOURS in. When the car gets there, I find out that the โmaster techโ isnโt in. They literally told me they couldnโt help, period. The manager said he didnโt trust his crew and the master tech works another job an is only there certain days.If they are not going to do anything other than oil changes on certain days, they should communicate that with the schedulers.I would have known if I was allowed to talk to the mechanicโ. But THEY WONโT LET YOU TALK TO THE MECHANIC!!!!
I was here with a friend to look at 1 car. It seems here that the goal here is to try to make you leave with a new car that day. My problem is that I wasnt looking to buy at that time. They tried so hard that they literally made an offer right when my friend and I where getting in my car running out of the dealership. If your looking for a cheap new car, I would consider a Mazda, I think the company makes solid cars. But If you dont like being pressured, I dont suggest this dealership.
Lots of negative comments about this dealership. Unfortunately right when Iโm most interested in a new car. Most concerning is the report of modification of vehicles the instant they arrive on your lot to force customers to pay for options and accessories they donโt want and may never use or need; vehicles that are reserved for a customer then disappear by the time the customer gets there. And most alarming: excessive vehicle price changes at the last minute. Why should I choose this dealership and face this type of aggravation especially when the vehicle Iโm looking for NEVER seems to be on your lot?

I just recently got maintenance for my car in this location, and this place exceeded my expectations. I usually get uncomfortable at dealerships but I was greeted by Lali Valiente and automatically I felt super comfortable. She knew exactly what she was talking about and explained everything that I had to do for my car in detail and that made me really happy because other places just rush like they donโt care about the client, she made me feel like we had already met before. She gave me the pricing in timely matter and the service was done quick and everything looked great! I believe the technician was called Mitch, so thank you to him also! I will most definitely come back and get all my services done with Lali again, she is well worth the drive! Whoever hired lali has amazing intuitive skills to know she would be a skilled asset to the team. That person needs a raise and praise!!

My purchasing experience at Metro Mazda was great! I had originally brought my previous Mazda in for service and my service advisor, Jeremy, was great! I decided to look into purchasing a new CX-5 and put in an internet inquiry. Emily was my initial contact in the internet department and she was super friendly and of great assistance! She was very responsive to my email inquiries! I returned to the dealership to look at the vehicle I had interest in and Jason Jenkins, my salesperson, did a fantastic walkaround vehicle demonstration and was very knowledgeable about the vehicle. He even delivered the vehicle and documents to me the next day which was a huge plus given my busy schedule! The sales Manager, Randle, was readily available and very helpful as well! The Finance Manager, Joe, was friendly and expedited the finance process!My hope is that this review is helpful to those looking to purchase their next vehicle and that they will have as great an experience at Metro Mazda as I did! Best Car Buying Experience Ever! So Ive been buying new cars for 45 years. Ive purchased about 30 new cars (for myself, my wife, and/or kids over the years) and at least 6 used vehicles. Ive worked with dealerships in several cities and several states. Ive had some really good, positive buying experiences but most are the more typical, high-pressure, we cant get you THAT car but we can get you THIS car or well how much payment can you afford. Ive literally had to take out a phone and threaten to call the police to get my keys back after the dealership makes an appraisal of my trade-in, because they dont want me to leave until theyve sold me a car! Not so at Metro Mazda. Everything was very low pressure. Ashley new her stuff and was so courteous and articulate. She listened to me and really wanted to help me. The leadership (Jeff) and the finance folks(Joe) were just as awesome. I also met Paul who runs the service department and he gave me a tour! Metro Mazda is low keyed, wanted to help me and get me a vehicle I wanted. And the CX-5 Grand Touring is a fantastic car. All the bells and whistles I wanted and then some. Great ride, good acceleration, good mileage and incredible safety. I love the vehicle recovery capability (15% insurance discount), the Heads-up Display, the protection plan, the maintenance plan, the interior protection plan and the whole nine yards! I hope to do business with Metro Mazda and Ashley again in the future.
I went today August 12 2021 to pick my car up. I dropped.it.off.again on 7 30 2021 and they have not contacted me.in update. I left my.mileage written down.in.the car and it was 85501 in 7.30.2021 and today it is 85502 when.got it. I told.them.they lied.because Teresa informed.me.that they had been.driving.mmu car and just was talk in bout my car. She lied.or.the head of.the mechanic guys in.which he came.to my.car.n tried to say.thst they only drove.my.car on their lot I asked him why he do.that cause they kno they dont hear anything on ground their lot. I.told.him.they lied.they been.letting car just sit n.thats why they decided to.rinse.it.off. all the other time.u.have dropped.the car off.due to they didnt fix.my car right.it.has.never been washed off. LIAR.Not.good.cuatomer service at all. I initaially brought my car in. Bout July 1 2021 and the had it through July 29 2021 indicating its fixed and wad not. They had.my car for.sevetal. times.bout.my.xar same problem. The last time I went got it August 12 2021 they had it.just.sitting.n collecting dust and they had not did anything with my car NOt called me to follow up. I will NEVER take my car back there Again! The worst car buying experience Iโve ever had. Vehicle was titled incorrectly and took several months the get action from the dealership to correct the error. I ended up having to handle the correction myself. Donโt expect a call back or communication from their finance manager Joe all the way down to the sales team. I can strongly NOT recommend car shopping with this bunch and I absolutely dread working with the Service department if the front of the house was this difficult to work with. One star only because you have to, but two thumbs down.

While we initially had some miscommunications around our first visit, we were finally able to speak with the service manager Paul and he did help provide clarity around our concerns.There were some new options presented that are better than where we left off.I appreciate the extra effort that was put in to address the problems we had previously by both Paul and our technician.

*****DECEPCION*** $3,000.00+ ADD ONS on used vehicle.If youre going in to see a vehicle that is advertised for sale for a certain value. make sure to tag on the 3-4 thousand dollars they add on top. They say theyre not legally able put on the advertised price which is true but we all know this is a another way to make more money. For Example: if you go in to see a $26,000 car then expect that vehicle to really be a $29,000.00 car because theyve cleaned it, added new tires, tinted the windows, added tracking and protection.now dont get me wrong. i do feel like some of these add ons are attractive but they should be only optional. These tactics are not consumer friendly. They work all in the benefit of the dealer and i guarantee for those who were looking to purchase a car a the advertised price. 100% theyll end up with a lot of buyers remorse and honestly.. i didnt buy a car but I 100% wouldve if i didnt like i immediately was getting ripped off when i sat down to see the numbers.Plus side. everyone was nice but everybodys nice when theyre trying to sell you something so i dont know if that weighs anything
BUYER BEWARE - During my recent car buying experience I learned there are 3 types of dealerships. 1. A dealer that charges no dealer fees/add-ons and you can expect to pay ~7.5% of the purchase price in taxes. 2. A dealer that has add-ons that are reasonable and they are disclosed up front.And 3. Dealers that charges 3k plus in dealer fees/add ons and do not disclose till after youve already picked a car. This is one of those dealers.... If you purchase a car from here, please expect to pay 3k more than any price you are expecting for add ons including a tracking service which is just a little better than what Mazda already gives you with their Mazda Connected Services. This location does have a large inventory so they feel they can do this. They will tell you not to worry about the 3k but in my experience they were not flexible.Banks used to charge fees, but now that is a thing of the past. I hope dealer fees and un-asked for add ons become a thing of the past as well.

Metro Mazda of Mesquite has taken care of my vehicle multiple times and appreciate what yall have done for me. When it gets busy things get overwhelming miscommunication can happen. But the fact that you saw this review and spoke to me personally says alot. Thank you for taking care of my vehicle and for speaking to me.Dropped my vehicle off at 2:55 for a scheduled service at 3pm, oil change and tire rotation. 6pm rolls around I have not received any notice if my car is ready to pick up.i check my emails and I see one saying that I missed my appointment and they canceled it. When you call it says they are open for pick up till 8pm we go to see about the car its 7pm the place is locked up. Inconsiderate of there customers I scheduled that service at that time to have my car for tomorrow and now Im without a vehicle. Poor customer service very very disappointed. And I have no clue about my car if its even been serviced.

BEWARE! Do NOT trust the advertised prices or discounts. Very misleading. In spite of having questioned and confirmed the final price we received a contract with โother aftermarketsโ charges of additional $2596 in spite of the sales man confirming our price with no additional charges.They very much conceal the additional costs in the monthly finance package presented. They are not transparent up front.When we came back to question them about the figures, there was no ownership of their mistake in the least. Dodgy salesmanship, Do not visit.
Purchased a car in April and to be honest these peoples interest is just to sell and after thats done they dont care about anything anymore. I have been asking these people to mail me a copy of the documents i signed and till date 8 months later still havent received anything after asking multiple times. 0 customer service. Went to purchase a used 2020 CX-5 that was listed on cargurus.com for $25,750 and rated as an excellent deal. When it came time to purchase the car, $3100 was added to the price for options that were already installed on the car. This is an extremely deceptive tactic and you should be wary of buying anything from this dealership and cargurus.com is going to be notified of their shady business tactics.
Just bought my daughter a used car at MMM. Jeff Holland and the back office were very easy to work with and took good care of us. I did my research and got a great car, super low miles and met my requirements. They helped the price fit our budget. I bought a new car there 6 years ago that Im still driving. Good service.

Our service advisor Teresa greeted me by name, and was ready to take my vehicle.The general manager stopped by twice to make sure we were ok.40 min later and we were out of there.Highly recommended!!!
The guy working at the parts department is super rude! I am warning you, if you want to have a good experience while spending your money DO NOT GO HERE!! I was here around 6pm to pay for parts. It started with the guy at the parts department talking to me WITHOUT A MASK ON - if you want to support a business wherein every employee follows a Mask mandate during a pandemic then do not go here! And then in the middle of our conversation he decided to walk towards the computer, his back facing me while I was still talking and at the same he was shaking his head - if professionalism is important to you then DO NOT GO Here! And he was doing this just because I ask that a name be printed on the invoice, which is not rocket science! Invoice is 32303- so that you know that this is not a fake review.
Colin was great. Quick, polite, professional, and negotiated in our favor. We appreciate the fast turnaround from start to finish. Car was clean and ready to go, took about an hour and we were on the road. Thank you for a good experience, we will return.
Almost 3 hours for an oil change and tire rotation is ridiculous. Every time we go itโs slow, but today was the worst. The sales department is amazing but unless youโve got 3 hrs to sit and wait for your car, you may want to go somewhere else for service.

Very upset with my purchase from this dealership, as part of negotiating the price of the car they would not go down in the price, which is not a problem that is totally their choice and my choice to buy or not period but as part of the negotiating where they will not go down on the price but they will include some add-ons which was the window tint, they said the purchase will include the window tint, when I agreed on the phone to purchase the car depending on that they said they will have the car ready when I get there detailed and filled with gas. I went to the office and finish the process of buying the car without looking at it first before the actual buying, when I got in the car it wasnโt filled with gas but I said itโs okay not a problem I was just excited to have a new car period by the time I got home I looked at the car and you can definitely tell it was not detailed, I went ahead and bought polishing tools to remove The dirt that was on the car and also what made me most upset was the car wasnโt tinted. I then called the dealership and told them why wasnโt the car tinted even though thatโs what we agreed on, they went and told me that the representative had told me the car will be tinted without their permission . I am the person buying the car, how was that my fault that your sales representative would give me a word and then your company doesnโt stick to it, that is really what I am upset about. I hate writing negative reviews but this dealership really does not know how to deal with customers, because I spoke with management there and they absolutely did not care about customer satisfaction.

--- THIS DEALERSHIP USED TO BE GREAT, BUT NOW ITS BEEN RUINED ALL BECAUSE OF ONE GREEDY SALES MANAGER ---To summarize it, I was mislead/tricked into returning to the dealership (after multiple consultants offered me essentially the same deal) I decided to sweeten the deal and buy two cars in one sitting. The reason I didnt go through with any deal is simply put, terrible sales management -(At this time, I believe its Ryan). Its very clear to me that he doesnt see customers, he sees bags of cash and hes hungry to pry you open and take everything he can. If you want a good deal, either wait till he leaves this dealership for good, or find a different dealership. Trust me. You will not be respected if hes the one to get your deal active and live.Apparently a multi-car purchase, loyalty, and a fantastic trade-in is not suffice enough to sacrifice some profit off the top to keep a customer loyal and happy. He didnt budge in any way, shape or form.My one warning is this - if you must come to this dealer, be careful to not get taken advantage of if Ryan is the deal approver. Like I said, youre a bag of cash to him. Since purchasing my CX5 in 2015, I have only used the Metro Mazda of Mesquite for my service needs. I have always received good service, but since it recently changed management, the service has gone from good to excellent. Everyone, from the first person who inquired as to the purpose of my visit, to the technician, to the manager was kind, attentive, courteous, and helpful. I came in for an oil change. They checked my belts and filters and tires as well, changed out what needed changing and let me know what might need changing out upon my next visit. I trust Metro Mazda for my service needs.

We were looking online at a blue Honda Civic EX. It was priced at $14,995. We are cash buyers. The vehicle should be out the door at a price of, $16,395. The sales guy said the vehicle would be $19,000 total out the door. I then asked him where did he get his figures. He couldnโt give me a straight answer. What they are doing is illegal.2 days later I bought the same exact model from another dealership at the correct amount. Remember people, DO YOUR HOMEWORK. Always look at the total price of the car and add TTL and maybe another $200.00 for in house fees.Iโm sure there response will be something like, we are sorry for the inconvenience. Those are internal fees that blah blah blah. Donโt fall for it people.
April 2021 Update: The General Manager from the Metro Mazda of Mesquite dealership reached out to me and we were able to come to an agreement that resolved the situation.--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------Buyer Beware โ Do NOT purchase a used car from Metro Mazda of MesquiteI live in MN and like to buy my used cars in the south because of no rust. I purchase from โreputableโ dealerships to mitigate any risk of purchasing a lemon from a private party. I purchased my daughterโs first car (Subaru Legacy) from Metro Mazda of Mesquite in late January. They did a great job selling this vehicle to me. I closed quickly and had the car back in MN within a few days of closing.Within days of getting the car back to MN, the check engine light came on, it idled rough and we could smell gas. My mechanic performed a review and found 7 issues that need attention. The first major issue was a damaged gas line that required my mechanic to drop the gas tack to replace the entire gas line. This was $800 to repair.It wasnโt 6 hours after I picked up the car from my mechanic that the โCheck Engineโ light came back on with a P0011 code. This is a low oil code to the turbo. It is $1,000 to repair the oil blockage and another $1,500 to replace the turbo that is most likely damaged because of this.I reached out to Metro Mazda of Mesquite on February 25th to report these issues and ask for their assistance to correct the situation (I know this car was purchased โas isโ but this is above and beyond what anyone would expect from a used car). I quickly found out that the sale person I purchased the car from no longer worked for the dealership (high turnover). I explained my situation to the salesperson I was routed to (Randel Shahan) and he assured me he would bring it to the attention of the dealership General Manager (Art Morales). I followed up with Art a dozen times (e-mails and phone calls to the dealership where they would not forward me to Artโฆonly would โtake a messageโ) from February 25th to March 13th with no response to the issues I am facing with the car I purchased from their dealership.Art Morales at the Metro Mazda of Mesquite is making it clear to me that when you purchase a used car from them, it is truly โAS ISโ and they will not stand behind their vehicles. As far as I am concerned, I would have had better luck purchasing a car from a private owner and not from Metro Mazda of Mesquite.My 16 year old daughter spent her money on a car, from Metro Mazda of Mesquite, that does not workโฆand Art Morales is not willing to stand behind his vehicle.New cars are low risk and come with factory warranties. They might be fine to purchase from Metro Mazda of Mesquite. But, do NOT purchase a used car from Art Morales and the Metro Mazda of Mesquite team without a 60-day warranty. If they are not willing to provide this warranty, then you know you can not trust the vehicleโฆbecause they donโt!
Angry, frustrated is an understatement ! I purchased a vehicle on Feb 6th 2021. I agreed on a price ( $26,800 ). $2500 for add ons which I still have no idea what the add ons are. Plus $1025 for GAP totally = $30,325.When I received my first statement the amount was $32905 !! I paid TTL cash & had no negative equity in my trade in ! I did not receive an invoice/purchase order showing the breakdown etc. I have been trying to make contact with Alex but to no avail. I left messages but still no return call ๐ก๐ก๐ก๐ก

My experience here was great! Went in with a minor issue, or so I thought. Ended up with a horrible electrical problem with Pearl, my beloved Mazda 6. But Metro Mazda was great, especially my sales rep Gabby. She was awesome, very nice, patient and explained everything. Ended up driving out with a CX-5. She made the experience great. Easy, fairly quick first service oh my CX-5. I had to purchase my car from another dealership but this is the closest dealer for service. Polite service rep and helpful.
We looked at several Mazda dealerships in DFW and decided to go to Mesquite Mazda because of their great inventory. We came in with a list from their online inventory of the specific models we were interested in, did the test drives, and were able to leave with a car that day. We are happy with the overall service and experience with both the sales and finance reps. However, as someone in a COVID vulnerable population, I was really troubled by the amount of people either not wearing masks or only partially wearing them. At one point I was uncomfortable enough to step outside only to be greeted by employees taking smoke breaks right at the entrance door. Aside from the lax COVID protocols and secondhand smoke, we are happy with the vehicle.
The service department has damaged my car door on the drivers side. The manager name Joshua in the service department keeps telling me and my husband parts are on backorder its going on a whole month now. They made sure they took my money before I looked at my car first. Im a very unhappy and upset customer I will advise anyone if you get your car fix there please take pictures of your vehicle before you release it to them. Instead of ordering a new part for my car, they order a used part instead. I will be calling my warranty people to let them know about all this stuff. Your service department has put holes and all types of deep dent marks on my door panel and the master switch to the windows was a used old part that wasnt sealed down to the door. You can pull it straight out of the door. Ask for the tail light to be replaced it was never done. I take care of my cars I dont care for cars that look beat and old looking. I liked my car until I let your service department ruin my car.
Slow slow slow I scheduled an appointment for a oil change. I arrived 15 minutes early itโs been over an hour and a half and I still havenโt herd anything about my car. I didnโt realize I needed to schedule an entire afternoon for a oil change. I donโt think I will be back
Best car buying experience Ive ever had! I got a good deal and the buying process was smooth and quick even when signing the papers in the finance dept. Robert Villa was awesome and I love my new Mazda 3!
Worst dealership ever. If I could I would give these guys 0 stars. I had been talking with the sales person for 2 weeks negotiating over the price on the car that I wanted. That salesperson finally agreed to get me the car for the price that I wanted and invited me to visit the dealership. Since I work 5 days a week between 9 and 6, I had to take half day off so I could go and get the car. Keep in mind I drove almost 40 miles one way to get there. When I got there one of the sales manager walks to me and gets me the price of the car as $39K while I and the sales person were on the agreement to get the car for $32K. They wasted my half day for nothing. I am actively telling people to not to go these guys for buying a car. There are other dealerships that respects your time and effort.PS: For the dealership, I bought a different brand car from Irving for a pretty good price and I got a pretty good deal on my trade as well.
I was very disappointed with my visit at Metro Mazda in Mesquite, Texas. The sales manager, Ivan, did not want to sell the car I was interested in for the cost listed online. He was extremely insistent on adding an additional $2500 for an after market tint and upholstery warranty that wasnโt listed online and that I did not want. I ended up walking out and purchased a car elsewhere, problem free. Will NEVER go back to Metro Mazda!!!
I had an excellent out-of-state buying experience with Emily and Ted! I worked with Emily primarily, but they were straightforward, communicative, efficient, helpful with my many questions and requests, and just fun to talk to! Meeting them in person you quickly get the sense they are just genuine, great people.I would recommend buying from this dealer purely based on the caliber of these two people and the smooth/quick purchase process!
The car buying experience was fine. Didnโt see anything that would set this dealership apart from any other.The window tint and paint protection film install was a nightmare (and still is). I made an appointment for the install and it took almost 4 hours before my car was even pulled in to be worked on. The window tint had bubbles on one window and none of the ppf was installed correctly. Took my car back in and again waited over 4 hours. The paint protection film was still not fixed correctly because nobody there knew how to do it. The window tint has since formed small bubbles again on multiple windows. Cheap tint. Itโs not worth the hassle, take it to a professional company that specializes in these installs. Donโt waste your time and money at this dealership.

You didnโt honor your price to one of my friends that drove 3 hours one way from Lufkin TX to buy a car you quoted $19K in writing. He gets there and you stick to $21K. He then moves to $20K and you still said no. I call that โbait and switchโ and very poor sales management. He got back in his truck and drove 3 hours home. Wow. 6 hours agreeing to what you quoted and you didnโt honor your sales persons price.

It was quick and painless. They even did an awesome job at making us feel comfortable with the current COVID19 pandemic going. We will be going back for our next car for sure!

I drove past this place for years and decided to stop by just to inquire about a work vehicle. I met a Sales rep named Dalen M.and am i glad i came in. I came in looking for a business car and Dalen took me around to look at different cars. It felt great to actually hold a conversation about my likes, dislikes and sports and actually draw down on what i was looking for in a vehicle. That felt like it was a friend i was talking to that i had known for years. I didnt purchase a vehicle but Dalen sure pointed me in the right direction. I know for sure in a couple weeks i will be back to get a car and im not shopping with anyone but him. I am definetly recommending him around my building. You guys should stop by and get the great experience i did.
Please do yourself a serious favor and sort these reviews by lowest and start reading why you want to stay far away and go somewhere else. They advertise cars for one price and then add $2596 to the price in aftermarkets like fabric guard that are well known dealer rip offs that you dont even want and refuse to take them off. I wasted hours of my time trying to buy a a car here they advertised for $15,688 but wrote up for $18,284. They are NOT honest and will take advantage of you and talk down to you when you question it. They will also lowball your trade below even a KBB immediate cash offer. Ive purchased many cars over the last few decades and never had an experience this terrible before. And you can tell they dont really care because their reviews show the same repeated issues with the same generic responses. RUN FAR AWAY!!!

Not only did he thank us and show appreciation for us being there call but he also offered up his time for anything that we needed as well as offer amenities. He truly showed world class service. My service was quickly done and done right the first time! My advisor Jeremy was prompt in greeting me and taking care of my needs. The cashier was friendly and overall just a wonderful visit! If you have an enemy or perhaps an ex that is in the market for a new car, I HIGHLY recommend you send them to Metro Mazda of Mesquite!Since I have traded in my car back in May of 2020, Iโve spent countless hours making phone calls and sending fax after fax to the NTTA and DMV trying to fix an issue involving this dealership not disposing of my previous license plates, which Iโve come to find out is illegal according to multiple conversations Iโve had with the DMV. That being said, you would think that Metro Mazda of Mesquite would not have downplayed the seriousness of this situation.I found out that this was going on when I started receiving hundreds of dollars worth of toll bills under my old license plate. I notified this dealership immediately and I was told that โit would be taken care of and not to worry.โ Four months later, I find myself in the same situation due to negligence and have even been sent to collections for refusing to pay toll bills that are not mine. I will consider myself lucky if this is all that comes from it considering the fact that my license plates could very well be being used for illegal activity and Iโll have no idea. This dealership most likely has no idea where my old license plates are either.You know this is a big issue when the DMV, out of all people, is on your side and recommends filing formal complaints and to pursue further action. Very disappointed on how Metro Mazda of Mesquite has handled this issue.
Janeen, the service coordinator, made sure my cars issue was fixed. She called shortly after I paid and left the dealership to make sure the car was running well. Another auto service shop had failed to repair the car properly, but Janeen and Metro Mazda got it right!
