While their customer service and overall demeanor is very nice and reassuring this shop scammed me on my repair. I sent my car in overheating. I had driven my car for 30 minutes from work when all of the sudden the air conditioning turned hot and my temperature sensor gave me an overheating warning. When I pop the hood my radiator fluid was bubbling out of the radiator. I take my car to this establishment and believe I have left my car in good hands. They call me this morning and tell me that the only thing wrong with my car is that the radiator hoses connected to it were not secure causing a leak that ended up with my car running hot. They also informed me that they “ran a pressure test and filled it with radiator fluid so I won’t have this problem again. They charged me for a $110 diagnostic fee as well as $25 for the radiator fluid. I pick up my car same day and immediately upon driving realize that my air continued to blow hot. Also upon driving my car began to shudder while idling when it DID NOT do that before. After driving 10 minutes and making it home, my low oil pressure sensor went off and I go to check the oil. When I lift up the hood I see radiator fluid bubbling over once again like it did before I left it with the shop. I am beyond disappointed with this shop after all of the good reviews that have been left on their page. I spent $145 for them to do absolutely nothing. Please be careful proceeding to use them to service your car. I have a video but can’t upload it but I will try and upload screenshots of the radiator. The date will be shown on the receipt and I will try to include the date from my iPhone on the screenshots of the video.Update 8/20- upon speaking with the owner I’ve decided to add two stars based on interaction alone. While I cannot agree with him on his mechanic properly diagnosing the car, I really appreciate he listened to my concern even prior to reading my review and is willing to accommodate based on my dissatisfaction. Maybe I just had bad luck.

I went to Triple A to get my brakes checked. Thankfully they were still good. The staff here was very friendly and knowledgeable. I also felt that they were honest and weren’t trying to take advantage of me. My old mechanic retired last year and I’ve been on the hunt for a new one. This is it for me!

This place is great! They changed my oil and rotated my tires. The job was clean, it didnt take too long, and the price wasnt too expensive. I will definitely be doing business with Bruce and his team from here on out.

Had my catalytic converter stolen. Was able to buy a new one online. I gave Triple A Muffler a call and for $100 they welded and modified my exhuast to get me back on the road the same day in about 40 minutes. Awesome customer service. Id highly recommended this place and Id personally go back.

I usually dont write positive reviews for places, as I just like to let people know where NOT to go. But this place all I have to say is WOW. I went in for a simple exhaust weld, it was cheap fast and done well. But the part that surprised me most was a follow up phone call I received a few days later checking on how my car was doing. Customer service is not dead!

Ive taken all 4 cars that Ive owned to Triple A and every time, the guys there have done a tremendous job. From exhaust leaks to exhaust systems, these guys know what theyre doing. The prices are fair, yet competitive, and they treat you like youd expect any business to treat you; with the utmost respect. My 2nd time here since moving to this area. F250 super duty: these guys have managed to fit me in both times ive needed work done. As Im constantly towing and driving, sometimes its last minute for myself. I dropped my vehicle off in the morning and they offered to take me to work while my car was in their shop. My car was finished by the end of my work day and the price was very affordable. Triple A was great! Showed up without an appointment for a loud squeak on my front tire. Diagnosed it quickly and fixed it within a couple hours and I was on my way down the road quickly for a good price with warranty parts. Couldnt be happier and the manager Bruce and his help

I took my car in for an oil leak and to get new front brakes. I chose this place based on its reviews and I was not disappointed. I was very pleased with their customer service, response time, and how they kept me updated with repairs and estimated time. I was quoted for the oil leak based on a non 4WD but my car is a FWD and they did not change the quote. They honored it! They wanted me back a week later just to make sure everything is good after driving it for a little. I love how they wanted to check on the work that was done. 😍

I have been coming to this location for 3 years now. These guys are great and very knowledgeable. I first brought my Hyundai Elantra to them after taking it to the dealership and almost dying when I got the price from the dealership. They have workers that are skilled in foreign cars and others skilled in America made cars. They always give me options on repairs that are within my budget. I have had times where I was out of town and called them to tell them the problem my car was having and they have taking time to help me figure out what I should do. I also have a Ford F-150. I bought it last year but before I did, I had these guys check over it. They gave me a list of things that were wrong with it and I was able to take to the owner to get the cost down. The outside looks a little old but don’t let that fool you. They have a lot of updated equipment and can do a great job with your vehicle.

These people are scammers. Im a mechanic. I brought a exhaust in for a muffler, he said $125 but have to bring the car in. I was like ok. Good price. Reinstalled took it back the next day, he said it would cost $250. He said it was because it wax5duel exhausted when its not. Too make it better he didnt even bother to look at my car so that he couldnt be proven wrong

I have been going here for years for most all my mechanical problems and have found them to be honest and affordable. I would recommend this place to everyone. I have never had any problems with their work. They always call to make sure I am happy with the service and they only do the work I have authorized. More importantly, they never come up with bogus repairs. When I was younger, I was able to work on my own vehicles and I was employed by dealerships. I know what they do to get work in to their shop. I have never experienced any of that behavior at this location.

Mesquite/DFW metro area come check these guys out. I had a broKen hanging muffler. I appreciate them showing me the problem and providing me an affordable fix. Allen put my hanging muffler back in place and welded it back together and I was on my way with NO MORE LOUD NOISE..Check them out.

Had to replace a stolen catalytic converter off our van. Not only were they Super fast, they are SUPER friendly, SUPER informative, and VERY reasonably priced. Everywhere else wanted to charge me a HUGE mark up for a new converter. Allen and Bruce did me right.
