Long story short my car got hit by someone and I had to get it repaired.. I figured I got my car from trophy Nissan center so why not go through their collision center... I had my 1yr old son when I went in to drop off my car... I had gotten assigned to Leeann Lopez and from the very beginning she was very informative and very helpful.. to say I was having a bad day would be the least BUT she saw I was struggling to move my stuff from my vehicle to the rental and she helped me carry my stuff.. without ANY hesitation what so ever... and before this I was having trouble getting a rental confirmation from the other parties insurance so what did she do? Leeann went out her way and said don’t worry I will call them now and get that fixed and she kept her word not even 5mins later she told enterprise to set me up with a vehicle. I could have literally cried... she was so helpful and if you’re her boss reading this please please make sure that y’all keep her around. She was so kind and genuinely cares. There are literally not enough GREAT things I can say about this place. I will never take my truck anywhere else. This last trip was over someone hitting my truck in a parking lot, they got it back to me today....5 days ahead of schedule. The work is always amazing, but the biggest reason I kept coming back is because of Dustin Abbott their Assistant Collision Director. He is the ultimate example of customer service. He knows how much my truck means to me and kept me updated through the entire time it was in their care. He was even sweet enough to send me progress pictures, because he knows being away from my truck to me is almost like being away from my child. Any shop can do good work...but Dustin makes you feel like family, and there just arent many places left that can do that. Thank you so much for taking care of my baby. You have my business forever.

I’ve taken my cars here (nissan or not) for several years and Dustin has always taken excellent care of any and all needs my vehicles have had! Experienced a vehicle total loss this past week and Dustin helped me out through every single step of the process. I cannot say enough good things about Trophy Nissan. I recently needed some work done on my 2019 Nissan Altima and I didnt trust any other body shop to take care of me and my car! Every staff member is friendly and professional. They communicated with me throughout the entire repair process to keep me up to date on the repairs being made on my vehicle. My vehicle was ready right on time! Of course my car was beautifully clean and detailed when I picked it up and every repair was done perfectly. The staff at Trophy Nissan treated me like family and I will never take my vehicles anywhere else for repairs!

A few weeks ago I was in a car accident. I’m a teacher and so I reached out to a former student who has been in the automotive industry for over five years. Edgar Rojo was incredibly helpful in recommending me nowhere else but Trophy Collision, as well as helping me prepare for the nearing task of purchasing a new vehicle. Thank you SO MUCH Edgar! I also had faith he wasn’t going to steer his ‘ol teacher astray. ;) I had the pleasure of working with Dustin Abbott. My experience with Dustin and all those at Trophy Collision has been nothing but excellent (and I can be a tough critic, ask Edgar). I was stressed... they handled the tow truck, got me in immediately after work at 3pm, worked with my insurance directly & Dustin even sent my insurance the repair estimate before he left for the day. This greatly expedited my insurance claim. Turns out it was a total loss. Dustin went above and beyond teaching me how to do research on my totaled vehicle to ensure I wouldn’t get ripped off by the insurance company. Sidebar, I currently teach the basics of buying a vehicle, insurance & the like to my seniors in class, but Dustin taught me MORE that I can now share during my lesson this spring!Dustin wasn’t the only great employee I encountered. The mechanic generously removed my recently installed and undamaged towing package and wrapped it up with all assembly parts so I could install it on my next vehicle. He was so polite & helpful.In addition, my insurance only slotted $30 p/day for a rental. I have 3 kids in car seats and the well known car rental companies couldn’t provide me a rental in that price range for the size I needed to transport my littles. But Trophy Collision & Trophy Nissan came in clutch again. They got me into a Nissan Rogue via their in-house rental company and for only $25 p/day +tax. Every penny counts on a teacher salary.Another thing I noticed is that everyone consistently wore their masks, no one was ever waiting in the waiting area (customers helped immediately) and all the employees were kind & helpful to both customers and each other. I’m a sucker for good culture. It’s obvious their turnover percentage is probably small.I could literally go on, but hopefully you get the point and I can now go clean the mess my children made while writing this review (it was worth it). Seriously, I won’t take my car anywhere else now. They have made a lifelong customer in me. Thanks for all the support team & special shout-out to the real MVP, Dustin Abbott. I originally purchased my car from Trophy. So after being hit from behind, I went to get an estimate. I spoke with Arturo, and he gave wonderful customer service. Dustin was my Collision Advisor, and he kept me up to date on repairs. I was told three days by Arturo, unless they found other damage when replacing the bumper. They did find more damage, which I was expecting. However, they finished the repairs sooner than expected. Dustin was wonderful! Amazing customer service, a bright smile, and gave great advice. Dustin was great! Also witnessed great customer service from other representatives too while I was there. Dustin/Trophy made the repair process easy and hassle free and kept me updated throughout the process via a few phone calls and text messages. They even finished ahead of schedule and went above and beyond by cleaning the interior before returning my car to me. Enterprise on site and Hertz picks up. State Farm set me up with Hertz. Was able to leave rental at Trophy when I picked up my car. If I have another accident, I’m definitely reusing Trophy’s Collision Center again. Anyone else should too!!!

Leann was an awesome coordinator when it came to getting my car repaired. My parked car was hit by some company truck, and their insurance adjuster was very incooperative in corresponding in getting authorization for my rental use as well as paying the cost of the damage done to my car. Leann was there with me every step of the way, calling and emailing that companys insurance adjuster, making sure my car got the coverage and repairs it needed. Leann also kept me updated with not just the status of that insurance adjuster, but also the status of my car. Leann did service with a smile, and addressed any concerns I had. She was very professional, yet empathized with the customer. I definitely recommend Trophy Nissan Collision Center for any car repairs and service. My car looks AWESOME! Thanks again Leann!

I haven’t personally worked with the the collision center since I just bought my car from Trophy Nissan but they did walk me over to the department to give me the outlook of it. And honestly by the way they weee handling their customers on the phone and with insurance you can’t go wrong with choosing this collision center

I had the pleasure of having Dustin Abbott as my service advisor twice for two different repairs on my car. Each time, communication with him was quick and productive. He kept me up to date on the status of my repairs and kept me in the loop. The repairs were always done well. On my recent repair, there were a few lingering issues, and while it was inconvenient to drive back out to have it fixed, Dustin made sure everything was properly fixed to my satisfaction and in a timely manner. I cant speak to other car makes, but if you have a Nissan, you should bring it here.

My experience with them was absolutely abysmal. Not only was my car not ready by any of the three different estimated completion dates I finally got after having to call them each time (because they never called me and informed me of any changes or estimated completion dates on their own), but they kept giving me the most unreliable reasoning as well. The adjuster himself was nice (when I could get him on the phone), but I definitely will NOT ever be returning to this establishment!

I would like to thank Trophy Collison for the hospitality and courtesy I was shown. I was extremely satisfied with the quality of the repair compared to my previous experience with another dealership a few years back. I was kept informed step by step from the day I dropped off to the time it was being cleaned up and ready to be returned to me. I went into the collision center the other day trying to get a magnet off my truck thinking it was gonna be expensive. Back story, when the temperature reached 110 degrees it melted to my truck and no one not even the service department could get it off. But a nice gentleman in collisions name Derrick came out and after two pulls it was more than half way off. I just wanna thank him again. This was the second time they have worked on my truck. Love this place.

Excellent service provided by this Shop. I had an accident last January. My car is a Nissan Versa, and it is from Mexico. I went to another shop and told me they couldnt fix it, due the parts they needed were mexicans, so when I came here, they told me they could get the parts, brand new. And fixed my car, in my opinion, they did a great job while doing their work.

The shop posted many delays due to staffing issues and then passed the blame onto my insurance company. Mike Holland was a complete arrogant jerk when talked to about their inability to accept responsibility for this problem. I do not recommend this place if its customer service that you are seeking. They are unfamiliar with it and you will not see it at the end of the longer than needed process. They are completely dishonest and recommend that you find a better shop that leaves corporate greed out of the picture. I will never use them again and will discourage all in my circle from doing so also. #unhappy #crooks

I made a trip from DeSoto all the way to Mesquite Trophy Nissan collision center. I received an estimate from Jeremy one of the collision advisors. After making arrangements for a rental car, and driving back to Mesquite to have the repairs completed, only to find out that Jeremy left out $1500 more from the quote, which was an entire side panel cost. I was levid! How does someone miss pricing the main damaged part. The weather was clear, it was early morning with plenty of daylight. This is what he gets paid to do on a daily basiis. This is unacceptable and I will never do business with them again. Poor customer service.

Very convenient and did a good job

Avoid this business. They are dishonest, greedy, and mislead the customer at all times. My $10k hail repair at the collision center took almost 40 days and not once was i kept in the loop. They made up lies to try to calm me down when i finally had the nerve to call and ask if things were okay...because the had not even started on my car. They provided misinformation about my car, never showed respect or sympathy, and didnt care that i had to waste time and money to give them my business. They damaged my window tint when i picked my car up, and then proceeded to replace it with tint that DID NOT MATCH because they said my tint was illegal...MY TINT WAS A LEGAL APPLICATION AT MY OWN NISSAN DEALER! WARRANTY AND ALL! IF you do not know the truth-do not make something up! I have YET to receive even a smidgen of remorse or apology for the hell they put me through.

These guys take care of you quickly, informatively, and never make you feel rushed.
