This place had my car for TWO AND A HALF YEARS. They didnt do a single thing to it.Nothing.I kept asking and was given excuse after excuse. I finally towed it to another shop who fixed it in three weeks.While waiting in the lobby four other customers came and went. All of them complained about poor service.Avoid avoid avoid this place. Terrible!

This shops owner is a caring individual. Has gone out of his way on numerous occasions over the years to satisfy my requests and save me money whenever he could, truthfully !!!

Great place! Very professional, courteous yet gave personal attention. Rios repaired my car perfectly! They offered to drive me to pick up my rental car & then took me back to return the rental when my car was ready. If I know anyone who needs body work I will definitely refer them here!

Ive unfortunately have had two accidents in my life time. One in 2009 and another in 2015. The owner was great in dealing with the insurance and getting me a fair evaluation on my car. Would highly recommend.

We are having to Sue this company for not completing the repairs to our company work vehicle. Johnny Rios has had the Truck for months now and every time he has some excuse why the repairs havent been made. He cant find the parts or they dont make the parts any more. Funny thing is the truck is a 2010 and we easily located all the parts within the first call to an auto parts store. This company is very crooked be very careful to stay away from them. We even told Johnny Rios to just give us the vehicle back and well find another company to actually do the work but he wont even return the vehicle. Every time we call to check on the truck they tell us Johnny just stepped out again and they dont know when hell be back, after leaving countless voicemails, texts and emails we have decided to seek legal action. Again STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!

Thanks Rios Collision for repairing my car, I took it in on late Monday afternoon and by Friday my car was done. Excellent Customer Service I would recommend folks to get their vehicles repaired there.

Rios was on the scene of my accident, he towed my Jeep to his body shop, my insurance company, Geico said he was an approved body shop that they use all the time. It started out with take almost two months instead of three weeks to get my Jeep fixed. I understand, these things take time. But when my insurance company only pays for three weeks for a rental it becomes a problem. Rios was giving me as well as my parents the run around, my Jeep had to be taken to the Jeep dealership to have a few things reprogrammed and he was blaming them, stating that they were taking weeks to reprogram my Jeep.When I finally got my Jeep back it looked horrible. My left hood was crooked and uneven, I can fit my whole hand under the hood on one side. He used the same tire and rim from my accident, my driver side door makes this HORRIBLE screeching sound when I open and close it and the drive itself wasnt as smooth as before. All around the job was poorly done.This is my parents backup car that I would every once in awhile use so when they got it back they hardly drove it. But when my parents and I went to run a few errands we heard this horrible screeching sound coming from inside the Jeep. I took it to Firestone to have it check out and I was told that whoever did my repairs did a half ass job and that the bars that help the car stay on track were completely off. The left side bar is longer than the right side which is causing my Jeep to make the noise and to have it drive horribly.My parents have taken the Jeep back TWICE, this will be the third time however Rios will not help us, he doesnt answer our calls, if he does he hangs up on us and tells us he doesnt care.We are in touch with the BBB as well as the Police Department, we are going after him for Theft of Services. All we wanted was the Jeep fixed properly and he wont even do that. Geico has paid him and he didnt hold up his end of the deal.DO NOT GO TO HIM. I cant believe Geico recommends him to their customers. We are looking for a new insurance company because we no longer trust Geico.Save your time and money, go to your dealership, your insurance will cover it.

Worst place ever!!! dont take your car here, kept it forever and didnt even fix it right. They lent me a loaner car with no insurance and I got a ticket and the owner Johnny Rios didnt even want to own up to it and made me (the customer) pay for the towing fee and ticket. He gave me the run around and made his secretary talk for him, very cowardly if you ask me. Very unprofessional and now I have to take my car to a legit place and get it fixed right and pay for it myself. please do not recommend this place to anyone and hopefully Karma will come around and close this place down.
