I absolutely love Anderson Automotive. Staff is great, friendly and genuine. I just needed an inspection done and even though I work close to their shop, they came and picked up my car, cleaned it after the inspection and were going to bring it back. That is customer service and going way beyond their duty. Thank you Anderson Automotive, yall are definitely a breath of fresh air.

Stay away from this place! Bad bad bad. This place should not be allowed to repair automobiles. They may have been good once but that era is long gone. Do not do it! Do not let them work on your car. If you can imagine all of the characteristics of a bad auto shop they are here at Anderson. Dirty, broken, rip off.

The worst automotive shop I have ever dealt with! I took my pickup in for tail lights not working. It was diagnosed as bulbs being burnt out and some wiring issue. After I picked it up the issue was still there. I did not return to be ripped off again. The shop is very dirty and cluttered with junk. A direct reflection of the work they fail to do there. This shop could not fix a sandwich by themselves. Steer clear!

Anderson was paid in full but wouldnt release my car without signing a mechanical lien and they still have my Infinity FX35 at their shop. I am trying to get hold of owner to release my car.

They helped me inspect my oil filter and make sure it was tight free of charge.

They wrecked my car and refused to make things right. When I called them out on it the owner said she wasnt responsible for damage that occurs when they have my car, and got confrontational with me. I also left the place with double the bill I was quoted.
