Got the 28 dollar deal and very disappointed with the service. I understand I won’t be getting a car show detail but my truck still feels dirty, a good wipe could of done the job, won’t be going back to this place

I was mistakenly charged for the $28 service when I asked for the $24 but I said it was fine and paid and waited for my car. The wait time was pretty long considering they really were not that busy. Then I finally saw my car parked where they are supposed to dry it off. After 6 min of no one has punching my car they finally begin to wipe it down and they only did the windshield and the front of my car, the doors and back were not touched. I get in my car and the vacuum job was not done well at all. My console was not wiped my cup holders were not wiped. My windshield was half wiped, as in you could literally see every spot that was not touched it was insane. And again I paid $28.

These guys are always courteous and do an awesome job! Never disappointed

NoteThis was the worst car wash experience a person could pay for. After doing the inside of my car they drove it around the building and locked the keys in the car with it turned on. They found me in the waiting area and asked me if I had the spare key; one of the workers even offered to break into my car for me. After having to have someone bring me my spare key which took another 20 minutes (and time from their plans) they brought my car around. I had not paid yet and the guy said that I need to go pay to get my key back. I go to the front to get my receipt saying that I shouldn’t have to pay after having to wait another 20 minutes because they left my car running with the doors locked. I already had to call a favor of someone else. The manager says that I already got the service so I have to pay to get my key back. Since I’m not as broke as the people that work there, I decided to go ahead and throw them the little $25 I got my key back and walk to my car to notice there is stuff on my car still I could literally wipe it off with my finger which I did. I get inside of my car to find that there is still trash in my cupholders, a straw wrapper between my seat, and my parking pass which I will have to pay another $50 to replace is gone. I encourage you to not spend your time or money on services this poor. Let’s do better.

Im not satisfied with the customer service of Trina or the short hispanic guy outside in the computer when you first arrive. I think they need to be more friendly, smile more and welcome customers with kind words. Something like Welcome to Royal Car Wash. Trina could smile more to each customer at the register to make customers feel appreciated and motivated to keep coming back. Even thought I was treated poorly yesterday. I still give this business a 5 star review because I believe the owner will talk to his employees and will improve on the customer service. This place has a lot of potential and with a little more love will be the best car wash in Dallas. Good Luck

I have been getting my car wash here for 2 years and Today October 22, 2021 they stolen my flash drive off my radio it had my music video and my mom pictures and videos who is RIP 🙏. The mangers there try tell me there nothing they can do Smmfh. I will never go back to ROYAL CAR WASH again. That was the last thing I got of my mom.

I got a full service car wash with vacuuming the inside and everything and I can say I won’t be coming back to this place.My car was still dirty and I had to HELP the guy to finish cleaning my car AND it still isn’t clean.

My Gertrude (chevy)is always cleaned to perfection and Im forever greeted with a smile every single wash.

Wish I had read the reviews first before coming. My car is literally the same as it was before I came in. The only difference was the great smell My car wasnt washed or vacuumed and that is what I paid for.

I feel like I just got ripped off going here. Took our vehicle to be washed and cleaned out. Was told due to lack of employees that all they had available was the $28 “Ultimate Clean”.. Well their version of clean and mine are completely different apparently. Don’t go here.

We got an express detail for $90, but were willing to pay $250 for showroom detail. They dont have that available. When we picked up the truck, they had broken off 3 pieces of mounding on the back window. We are trading in the truck tomorrow so we asked what they were going to do about it... basically nothing! Said it was an older truck and these things happen and WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE! Wont go back. They didnt even clean the mats!

I have been here multiple times, i wanted to get a nice clean car wash with my new car because it was sure in need of it. I got the $28 wash and let me tell you i wish i didn’t. it usually takes a while to get my car cleaned so i was prepared to wait but right when they took it out of the wash it was less than 5 min being worked on my car. the front passenger floor still had foot prints and the back still had the dirt marks as well.. sad to say wasn’t the best experience

Car cleaning was ok. Windows were streaked afterwards.However, dont go here if you dont want to wear a mask. I wouldnt have minded but their employees were coming and going without masks, plus they werent wearing masks while inside my car. Just seemed kind of ridiculous to me.

Fast but sloppy work. The last 3 visits to this joint has made me decide to go elsewhere. The receipt says that you can contact them with any problems but the website has nowhere to comment...nevertheless, I want my car cleaned properly especially if its costing me $30.

I have to say, Im surprised and happy about how my family SUV turned out. I used to come here all the time before Covid started, and was always content with the services. But after seeing many many bad reviews, I was skeptical the services was still good. Yet after my $28 wash and interior clean, my car is pretty clean. No its not perfect, but its easily worth the $28. Its alot cleaner then it was. I mean who expects a showroom shine for less then $30?

They did a great job on the outside of my car, but a poor job on the inside. I paid $28. and they didnt wipe the dash, cup holders, gear shaft, etc. I wanted the $50. wash, but after the job they did m, Im glad I didnt waste the money. Not sure Ill be back. 🤷🏾‍♂️

I have gone several times and they have done a good job. This time it was very sloppy. The guy spent less than 5 minutes on car. I know that because I was watching. The interior was almost like I when I took it in. Definitely not worth my money and I could have done a better job. What is more frustrating is that I gave a tip for a very poor job. What was very unprofessional was that guy asked me to give tip to him and not put in tip container. Very disappointed especially because I drove out of my way and passed several car wash areas just to go here. Not sure if I would go back.

It does a good washing your car. The tenant was helpful telling me what to do. I love this place I am 76 years old just what a old woman need.Thank you for being near my home. This is my car wash .lol.

I been going there last couple years. They seem to do a descent job for what Im charged for. Of course there in a hurry there usually busy. I really have no complaints and if I do I take it up with them before I leave and I make sure its right before I leave. Thats the proper way to do it not grip after youve done left. Im usually happy.

I were not happy with the cleaning of the inside of my car. The ashtray was not clean, the 2 cup holders were not clean properly, the emergency break area was not clean, the 2 mirrors at the top of my car were not clean. This is the second time I came to this car wash and the first time my car was not clean for a $28 cost. My tires do not seem to shine for the amount of service I paid to get my car clean. I give it a 2 out of 10

Have gone up a little on prices but do a good job for the money.

First time going to this mesquite car wash, don’t really write reviews but C’mon i paid 24$ Car wash that said full detail and tire shine, i spend less doing at a express car wash. YES the outside looks nice, but i got a third row seater and no one bother to pull the seats back and vacuum them, the cup holder area is still dirty. I have leather seats which that’s fine i understand don’t expect y’all to clean them since i dont have cloth seats, but if your only going to do the flooring on the car at least get the whole car and do the little details around the console, now i had to go and pay additional on a self service car wash to vaccum the rest of my car and finish polishing my wheels cause they didn’t even do that. NEVER GOING AGAIN

Get new lobby seats! Your new seats are way too low for adults and very hard for seniors to get out of on a slippery floor. You slide out of silver ones! Big mistake!

This car wash has been really good in the past. Not any more!! Today I did the $18 express wash and they refused to wipe-down the vehicle after going through the wash-tunnel.I’ve been doing this exact same thing for years and they always wipe-down everything nicely. Today the wouldn’t even wipe the windshield much less anything else. Vehicle was still dripping. I called the inside office when I was told by workers they wouldn’t do a wipe-down and the “so-called” manager said they were correct. This manager sounded like a front-line worker posing as a manager. Very poor language skills.When I got home I had to re-wash the whole thing. Will never go there again.

Ive been coming here for over 20 yrs. Seems like every year the quality of the service drops. They dont dry your car after an express wash anymore pay an extra 4 bucks for tire service and its done terribly. I thin k it might be time to look for another place to get my car wash done.

No free vacuuming. And had to wait behind a car for them to clean the wheels of another car to exit the place. There were no other way to exit. Will not going to return there any time soon!

Interior not touched, when I ask, I was told I t was the $50 to get the inside done. Before I ask about the interior and was told it was included. I will not go back or recommend

I initially wanted the $28 deal and changed it to the $50 Deal after I saw the first one did not include wiping down the inside. The first thing I look at to see if they have cleaned the car are the floor mats and when you step into the vehicle. The floor mats are beige and they were dirtier than when I arrived 😔. The tire rims were not clean. Like someone else has said, they were not busy and had plenty of staff. I will continue looking for a car wash that cares about the job they do!

Filed an incident with this car wash after they had scratched the screen in my car (incident was filed with Hugo). Was told I would get a call the following Monday. It’s now been a week and a half and I haven’t received any calls from them. Their work is sloppy and their attention to care is pitiful.

If you want people to return and have a good experience. You need to have people who are welcoming at the register . I accidentally left my ticket in the car and this lady called “Trina or treena” had a face that she could barely stand herself . Just because of her will not becoming back.Good thing you have really nice guys out there helping your business .! 😐😐😐

Went based or recommendations I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone I know. Windows came out dirtier than before due to several smudges and water spots. Picked a fragrance and don’t think it was applied to vehicle. Still smells the same as before. Checking in took longer due to other vehicles getting checked in before me that arrived after me. Floor mats not cleaned either. This is my first and last time coming here. I’m sure there’s way better places near me that can do a better job. Now I have to clean all my windows again myself.

I have a wonderful experience every time I get my car clean. You’re talking about an amazing staff. I just love them and Gary oh my GOD is just awesome. They are caring and considerate and do amazing work. Everyone is great. Customer service is awesome. Don’t let me forget about Paulo, Torres and Quan they do their best to make sure the customers are pleased before they leave. I’ve been coming two years straight and believe me I know what I’m talking about.

Best car wash in all of Dallas County. Drive up staff who write you up are the friendliest and most knowledgeable staff you’ll ever meet. I’ve been going here for over 10 years and never ever have had any issues whatsoever. Just an all around great place to get your car cleaned, which will look better than when you bought it.

My first time here but WOW!!!!! I am so freaking IMPRESSED!!!! My car was a complete mess!!!! I looked outside and seen two Hispanic ladies going at it inside that car!! Don’t know their names(wish I did)!! The outside was terrific!..... BUT THE INSIDE WAS AMAZING!!! They even cleaned my babies car seat 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩 I don’t think I tipped them enough tho cause I’m driving around in a brand new car now!!! Thanks Royal!!!!! I’ll be back🥰

This will be my final time here. I have multiple vehicles that we bring here 2-3 times a week each. Majority of the time we only get the basic wash. That I was told they arent honoring the basic washes that they are only doing the washes bigger than basics. The attendant was rude and told me its the managers decision. If youre not going to honor advertised prices, cover the price or take it down.

Do NOT go here. Save your money, it’s absolutely terrible. Waited 1 HOUR to get my car back. Only to find it look the same. The guy said pay $10 extra and we can wipe it down I payed no problem. I just wanted my moms car clean. The car wasn’t even dirty in the first place I just wanted all the dirt to be vacuumed and they didn’t it was so sad, for an hour wait I even told them and pointed the mistakes. They don’t care this is the second time trying them and it’s the same I gave them another chance. I’m writing This to help someone thinking of going here don’t. Not worth it... going to look for different options.

Horrible experience with service. Had a manager that was walking around after he saw worker was touching up the problems after paying for wash the back of my truck was never cleaned til I saw it not even touched,, but I payed 5.00 extra. did not rcvd air freshener spray . Payed extra for tire shine had 3/4 of tire not even touched.. all the the dirt stayed on top of my Rear bumper. Matt was wiped from the stain that worker did n still had more. But the worst of it, was comment made by the manager. If you don’t like the service wash it yourself at home. Of course I spoke up and told him if he didn’t want to work than he should go home, cause it takes clients to keep the business going where earns income.And my concerns were facts n paid for them, they were odvise. His remark was well over whelm was trying to make it worse. Seem liked he hates his job, or doesn’t care specially about the company, definitely not A person that should work with customers. Or employees . 8/22/20 9:57 am service . Was told later boss was Hugo. No badge so can’t say but was male Spanish wearing black. Walking around.. with covid this is last thing we need to deal with. Hope area supervisor can address this issue.hire those that want a job care about a company.

Have been a customer for years with a monthly plan which allows you to get one wash daily. Maybe management could implement a system (like placing a sticker on the window shield) so the staff don’t have to ask what type of service you’re getting. I believe this would create some time efficiencies.

They always do an excellent job, and the car always glistens and smells great (Pina Colada today)

WENT TO JUST GET THE INSIDE CLEANED PAYED $8 FOR THEM TO CLEAN IT AND ANOTHER $10 FOR THEM TO USE THE CLEANING TO MAKE IT LOOK BETTER SO I WENT WITH IT. IT WAS FAST SERVICE BUT, WHEN INSPECTING THE CAR LATER ON IT WAS STILL DIRTY THEY JUST WHIPPED IT DOWN AND DIDNT EVEN GET THE DIRT OR SPOTS IN THE CAR. THERE WAS STILL DIRTY. THE SERVICE WAS FAST BUT IT WAS DONE POORLY. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. THEY WERE NOT EVEN BUSY AT ALL.

Ive been going to Royal Car Wash for years. They do a good job and usually pretty quick even when theres a line out to Towneast.
