I have been wanting a pink car what seems like forever. I ❤ my 2005 Mitsubishi Eclipse GS 5speed manual transmission vehicle even more. My old car is new again and so vibrant.

I cannot say enough good things about Chris! We were in the process of selling our house and had moved into our camper van completely when we got in a wreck the week of closing.We called many shops and no one would work on the camper, and they were all months out. We were so lucky that Chris totally understood our situation and helped us get Louanne back into shape.Not only did Chris and his team do an excellent job of fixing our van, but they were super understanding when we needed to get things out of the van. It took them just two weeks to get us back into our home.If youre in a wreck and need to get your car/truck/van back into shape take it to Maaco in Mesquite.

This is not an ordinary MAACO! They know what they are doing. They had my truck in and out in a couple of days and it came out way better than I thought it would. There is no overspray, runs, or orange peal. The man who runs this place is awesome to work with and he does a great job!

Well I have edit my review. The door ding got fix by a PDR that Chris sent out. But my clear coat is peeling in the door jams . A simple job has been a nightmare. 3 times In the shop and a PDR to my home. This was the worst decision I could of made. Weeks with out my truck and still not right. STIR CLEAR OF THIS PAINT AND BODY SHOP.

I went to Maaco with my mother and had an inappropriate and somewhat aggressive experience. We walked in, said hello to Tanya and asked for Chris. It was not more than a 3 minute conversation and when my mother suggested a price, and Chris told us to GET OUT, angrily. I’ve been to Maaco and have had good experiences before, but this is unacceptable. His response and aggressive attitude was uncalled for and quite disturbing. I’m assuming he was having a bad day, but his aggressive attitude towards us was unacceptable. As we walked out, Tanya looked shocked.

The manager, Chris, went above and beyond to help me. I was given a little Honda that had lost most of its clear-coat finish and looked hideous. The little car runs fabulous and there is nothing wrong with it mechanically. I decided that since it is not a desirable time to buy a car, I’d just have the paint fixed. I opted to just have a “basic” job done. When I saw the finished car I was shocked. It actually looks good. I’m a happy camper.By the way, Chris helped me with everything that was needed to pull off the job (car rental, etc), and I couldn’t be happier. The price is affordable, the establishment is good, and the service is far above expectation.

Chris was amazing to work with because he was a straight shooter. This was the best price out of 6 shops we got estimates for. The job was finished couple days sooner than estimated also. Work was top notch and would highly recommend to others and use again in future if needed.

Tanya is awesome! She offered great advice about my repair and clearly explained every step of the process. They took care of replacing and painting my fender within a couple of days. It looks great and I would definitely come back here again!

Chris Bethany general manager is a straight shooter. Tells you upfront what to expect and thats exactly what you get. He had my car for 24 hours and finished a day ahead of schedule. If I back into something else (which I hope not to) hell be the first person I call.

Brought it in on a saturday, Chris told me he would need it for 5 days, got a call wednesday that it was ready for pickup. My first time experience with Maaco was very satisfactory. My car paint job was outstanding. Tina and her team did a superb job!

Maaco told me they only accept business checks. Thats fine, Im paying with a business check. I get there to pay and I was told they dont take business check. Then Richard called the owner, the owner told Richard he could take my business check but wouldnt release the truck until the check cleared. Wow! They charged me $937.71 for a very minor door dent, that by the way you can still see the dent! I told Richard to come look at this you can still see the dent. Richards response was thats what I paid for. if I wanted it perfect they would just replaced the whole door. Maaco didnt offer different levels of repair work. I wished I could give no star.

Thank you Chris for making this process as easy as it was. If I ever need Paint and Body work ever done again I will be a returning customer.

I had to take my wife’s car in for some body work due to a minor collision and I didn’t want to make an insurance claim. All of my options were explained to me and I was told the range of prices depending on my choice of services. They were able to make it look pretty decent for a fair price and had it done the same day. They also paid for my Lyft rides to and from the shop. I would definitely recommend their services without hesitation.

I got an estimate from another Maaco shop, but I decided to come to this one because it looked to have better reviews. The guy just looked at my car and came up with some numbers that were double what I was quoted at the other shop. He made me feel like I was bothering him the moment I walked in

Had them repaint the hood of my Jeep Wrangler because the clearcoat lifted. They did a fantastic job at a reasonable price and returned it on time when they said they would. A+++ would definitely recommend!

Our car went into their shop for a repaint and the service ended up taking over a week to finish. After receiving the car and doing a walk around, I found several sections of the car had already chipped and were blotchy.*poor initial quality*not on timeEdit: we have taken our car back into the shop, so my final review will determine the quality of the follow up.Edit 2: Car was returned to us two days later and it’s much better this time. I’m still not happy the initial finished product was not up to standard considering the money we put into it, but at least they fixed it again for us. The paint is wonderful and I am glad we made the choice. I most appreciate when a place tells you a timeline and they either stick to it, or communicate what is happening when they need to run late. Also, when my wife returned home this second time, it was as if we got a new car. BUT it turns out my wife had to take some acetone to a few windows to remove bits of overspray paint (you could see the tape had been removed but not all the paint). I have high standards. Some may give this a 4/5 but I cannot do that in good confidence.

I had great customer service from a call to get a quote for a paint job for my truck. And Gill was very nice and talked me through all the different options and explained everything in detail for me. I had a lot of questions about there service that other companies would get irritated with and try to get me off the phone. But she kept a very sweet tone and was extremely patient throughout. I will give another great review when I get my truck painted with them in the future.

Terrible customer service didnt know what they were doing and damage my car, overpriced me. In addition, to over spraying my rims, brake calibers. My paint job is already reflecting scratches. I was also lied to about warranty. If I could give them 0 stars I would. DONT GO HERE PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY.

Ive used this location twice now, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful and the work has exceeded my expectations. I felt well-informed and taken care of through the whole process.

If the only factor for this rating was the end result to my vehicles repairs, I would give 5 stars without hesitation. However, I cannot award anything higher than 2 stars when considering every aspect to my whole overall experience. The lack of communication and poor customer service, combined with the fact that it took approximately two months for all repairs/work to be completed on my vehicle, are the problematic issues I personally experienced. All of which, in my opinion, is completely unacceptable, and exactly why I cannot and will not recommend this place to anyone I know.

They were very nice when we walked in, but when we received the car it was a different story. First of all there was a cup full of change and when we got the car back over half of the change was gone. They didnt paint a part of the car that we had asked for. On top of that there were parts that were not put on. We literally had to tell them to put the parts back on. I would not ever go back. If this is how Macco does things I wouldnt even consider going to another one.

Guys painted my 2006 Chrysler 300 SRT to a all black Really high gloss and I LOVE IT I have never had such a big smile on my face since my daughter was born lol I will DEFINITELY be going back to Philip and Richard when it’s time for a touch up ✊🏾✊🏾

Great experience! Brought my 2011 BMW 535 here to have a dent fixed and fender/bumper repainted. Car came out looking new and paint matches perfectly. Much more reasonably priced than the dealership with better service and communication too!

Customer service was awesome! I bought the middle grade paint job, and was blown away when I saw the finished work. The body work and paint made my old car look brand new. I have a four year warranty and am hopeful that the paint will hold up over time.
