So far nice and friendly, everyone is upbeat and positive. I should receive my car today since I took it in a little too late. James takes time with you even doing his busy schedule and the coworkers and mechanics seem to have fun during their job. Heck even one of the workers gave me a ride home since my car wouldnt be available. I will give further details as soon as my vehicle is completed.

Great service, came into town for business and my fuel pump went out. James (owner) helped to find the best price possible in a timely manner for the part as it was not in stock in the area. This all happened after 5pm when his shop was technically closed. The staff was great Chris and Jay-cup were very helpful and had a great sense of humor. Everything got done on time so I can drive back to CA!

Over the past couple of weeks the AC in our SUV has been slowing becoming warmer and warmer until nothing but hot air was blowing. It became so hot it felt like the heater was on. I called them with little notice and told them what was going on and they told me to bring the car in and theyd diagnose it free of charge. So I dropped the car off at 1pm and they called a little after 2pm and said the car is ready. A stem was leaking, there was metal shards on the compressor (atleast thats what I think he said) and they recharged the freon. They did all this for $63.01 and had the car back in a little over an hour. Take your AC problems to them. You wont regret it!

Fair prices and amazingly honest service. They never try to sell me on other services like most other places do. They check what you say is the problem then fix that but if its not broken they dont search for something to fix.Will always refer everyone i know to this auto shop!

Took our truck in for an A/C evacuation and a recharge. The system failed a leak check and Desert Heat Auto found one of the hard lines with a hole in it. Something I had missed after replacing the compressor, expansion valve, condenser, and accumulator. Not only did they fix the line but also had it blowing cold air before the end of the day. The shop really pushed hard to get this done and back on the road. Thank you so much!!!

Great, honestly, trustworthy, reliable thank you Desert Heat Auto for making me feel like a part of the family.

Back in February 2019 I had engine problems and took my car into the shop for repairs. James (owner) advised that the vehicle needed a new engine and told me, it would be a used engine with a warranty for 12,000 miles or 1 year from the time of purchase. I agreed on the repair estimate for the used engine and labor cost. After the engine was replaced, James verified there were no leaks of any kind and I was on my way. Nine months later, I noticed an oil leak coming from the engine and I constantly needed to add a quart of oil. I called James and explained what was happening, he asked me to drop off the vehicle to make the necessary repairs. I dropped off the vehicle to be repaired and advised James that he made sure everything was repaired properly since this is the main vehicle I use daily with my small children. I waited for 3 business days and received no information from James about the oil leak, so I asked for the vehicle back. Now the check engine light has come on AGAIN, and no repairs have been done. I have a vehicle out of commission that has an engine warranty, but it seems Desert Heat doesnt have time to repair it. I feel that since this repair is covered by the warranty, its not a priority.

Do not put your trust Desert Heat Auto. We went to their Chandler location with our van and my mothers car. Both were in and out of the shop for over a month, and the problems were never fixed. My mothers car was returned to us in worse condition than when we took it in to them!We ultimately had to go to the dealerships and have them finally complete the repairs. Its not fun paying for the same thing twice! No one at Desert Heat Auto wont talk to us, give us any information, or offer any sort of refund. I hope no one else has to ever go through what we have.
