Brought my car in to get repaired. They communicated with us every step of the way by text and initially by phone call to see about parts. Was an easy process, car is looking just as good as before. And would recommend them.

Julio was great at keeping me informed of updates, where they were at in the process, when my truck would be finished and ready for pickup. It was ready early! Damage repair and paint was perfectly done in the 5 days with life time warranty. I would definitely use them again. My parents were the first to refer me to them and I have now told my other nearby family and friends. Thanks Service King @ Mesa!

Did not communicate or do the included everytime detail, then lied to my face about it. He said they never did details. I was just in a different car accident 6 months ago and took it to the San Tan Service King, which was amazing. They called every other day to let me know how it was going. Gave me an immediate quote. Let me know what was happening with insurance (other party was at fault, but thats still super stressful!) This Mesa location did not call me back or ever let me know how it was going. Never reviewed the damage with me. I didnt think twice about my car being in mom mode when I dropped it off, but they kept it for 2 weeks without a single phone call to let me know or call me back. I got it back and it smells, plus isnt detailed. Windows arent wiped, dashboard isnt wiped. Seats arent wiped. Outside isnt cleaned. Ugh. I asked about it and the guy said they dont do it AND San Tan doesnt either. I just transferred from that location. So am I a liar? I wouldnt care as much if this lie didnt happen; not cool! This isnt how to treat a customer... I googled and Service King website says every time a detail is included. What a disappointment; I will be contacting management tomorrow because of the lie, and letting USAA (my insurance) know not to contract with them. Go elsewhere!

Service King did a great job on our car repair. They were very professional throughout the whole process, kept us continually informed as to the progress of the repair, and the car looked perfect when they were finished. We would go back there if we had another auto body repair, and recommend them to the highest degree.

These guys were super professional and kept me updated of status of the repairs for the week they had my vehicle. Would highly recommend them. Their painter did an excellent job in matching my metallic paint...way to go!

This is the type of place you hate to love. Bringing your vehicle here means it needs a repair, which is unpleasant for any car owner. However, if you do need a repair, this is the place to go. They are courteous, communicative, personalized and attentive. We have been coming here for years, and we dont expect to change auto repair shops any time soon. They have never done us wrong.

I was sent here after a GEICO insurance customer hit my vehicle. I went there to drop my car off at my scheduled time. Finally a man walked out and looked at the damage and told me that they would send an estimate to GEICO and they would make the decision about repair costs. I asked what if GEICO did not approve the shop estimate and the repair person told me then you come and get your car and take it some place.I did, I took my car to another shop where they took care of everything in a very professional manner. Service King is a typical repair shop where they feel they can be rude to customers. I wouldnt take my grandsons bike to this place to have them put air in the tires. GEICO you need to recommend better shops that are professional like the one I found on my own.

We highly recommend Service King Mesa! They have fixed a couple of our cars in the past and we have been very pleased with the quality of work and customer service. Today the Service Manager actually went above and beyond and helped us out at no cost! Great Customer Service!

Very impressed with professionalism and service. I called when having an issue near the shop and to bring my car in. From the person at the desk to the manager I was treated very well. They got me in and out and took care of my issue. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone.

First Impressions are great. If you are a USAA member I definitely recommend this place. I received a call from their customer care (comes from Illinois so dont ignore the call thinking it is a robot). The lady scheduled our drop off time and arranged our rental over the phone which made it easy for my wife to drive in, drop off, and pick up. I look forward to updating the post after service is complete.

I have a very stressful life and mostly feel like things are always a fight uphill. But my experience with this shop has been one of the easiest interactions I have ever had with a mechanic shop. They were kind and honest to me and my sister. Especially Mitch who we worked with, went the extra mile to help us solve all the problems that come with orchestrating rental cars/car eval/putting my sisters car to rights. Definitely recommend them to anyone I know !

I took my SUV in to be repaired from a car accident. It took about 22 days to fix my vehicle. That’s not the worst of it though. Service King lost my keys and had to order new ones. I called them back and we agreed that I should bring the spare key. After driving 30 minutes to drop off my key for them, I’m informed that they didn’t even need my spare anymore. Once my SUV was finished I picked it up after work when it was dark. Only the next day did I notice that an entire plastic chunk under my drivers door is missing. Now I’m driving back to Service King. After arriving I’m met by someone who I’ve never met before. He proceeds grab another one of the employees who is telling me how, “the car was like that when I got it”. Both men are looking at me like I’m trying to commit plastic fraud. Luckily 10 minutes later the missing chunk of my car reappeared and I drove off to never return again.

I brought my car to Service King after being in a pretty bad accident. The front passenger side of my car was in VERY bad shape and, as I am sure most people are after an accident, I was very distraught. The team at Service King could not have been more helpful. Abel was my main point of contact and he was so kind and professional throughout the whole process. He contacted me twice a week (or more) on updates and they completed my car even earlier than expected. I know they worked overtime to get it done for me before the holidays.They were complete pros in working with my insurance and making everything as low-stress as possible.I am so impressed with how great my car looks now. I had really done some damage and they truly made it as good as new. I would give Service King Mesa 10 stars if I could!

On my way home from work I ran over a stray metal pipe in the road which damaged the skid plate of my car causing a piece to dramatically hang and drag. As I live in Glendale I did not want to chance driving home. I pulled into service king on a whim, without an appointment at 4:00 pm and explained my situation. The woman at the front desk was wonderful. She got me some water and asked me to hold on while she got someone from the back. Mitch Spofford came out immediately and said lets check out your car. He took a look and pulled my car in back. They resecured my skid plate and sent me on my way. All in under 20 minutes. They are Lifesavers!! Thank you so much. This is the type of old school, personable service that is missing from many companies.

Visited Enterprise which is inside Service king.. took a while to get my rental but service was great

They gave me an estimate that is going to the insurance company to determine what the cost of the damage to my vehicle is, but its so incredibly low compared to others I know who have had the exact same work done on the same vehicle model that now Im going to be shorted by the insurance company. It should be 3-4 times more than the estimate they gave me.

Due to a repair ordeal with my truck, Ive dealt with Jessica Martinez at Enterprise on multiple occasions (at both Superstition and Mckellips locations). She is a wonderful representative of Enterprise who has eased my frustrations. Enterprise is the way to go if life happens and you need a rental!

Very dissatisfied! I brought my car in after a collision and had countless issue with this location. They called a few times to inform me how progress was being made which I liked. Then after about a month, month in a half, my car was finally done. I received a call from one of there mechanics saying I could pick up my car after 12:00 p.m the next day. I showed up at 12:30 p.m to get my car and had already returned my rental and to my surprise is wasnt ready, as I was told it would be. They said I could come back in an hour if possible and they would have it done then. I agreed and returned in the hour. My car had dust everywhere on it and there was still glass in my back seat from the accident that they didnt bother to vacuum up. At this point I was in a rush to get to work and didnt have time to properly inspect my car and noticed unfinished work a few days later. So I went back and they fixed one of the issues. The other issue was that one of the panels they put on my car was damaged. The man I talked to, Jim, said they forgot to mention it to me and they ordered a new one and would contact me when it was in, which took two months and countless calls for it to be fixed properly. On top of this every encounter I had with Jim he made me feel uncomfortable. He would call me hun and sweetheart VERY UNPROFFESIONAL and gave me very little personal space when speaking. I will never be going back to any service king/ auto body world locations ever again. Best luck to you.

I did not care for the tow truck or driver. The name. of company was duct taped to the door of truck. Not very good advertising of your company and I had to drive van up onto the flatbread did not like how he tied the van down.
