Went to Discount Tire on Main today first time here. As soon as I walked in the door one greet me and took care of me. I had a nail in the tire of my daughter-in-laws car. Adrian took and Patch the tire and had it fixed in no time and had me back on the road to take care of my grandkids. They didnt charge me anything but they sure do have my business now. Thank you for the fast and friendly service this morning I really appreciate it.

Im a snowbird and was leaving tomorrow for Wisconsin at 9am. Around 3pm today I discovered a nail in my tire. I went Discount Tire and they fixed it. I only had to wait 20 minutes. Thank you guys so much. He brought the bill out and it was 0.00. No charge. Wow!!! Thanks again. I know where Im buying my next set of tires.

I ordered tires online, showed up to my appointment early and they were glad to take me early. Had my old wheels & tires off and new tires mounted and balanced in less than 30 minutes! The price was right, store was clean, the service was out of this world and you can tell they have a superb staff at this location! This is my first time using Discount Tire but will make sure the next set of tires I buy are from this store, you should too!!

Dont go here if you have anything else to take care of that day. I dropped my truck off and was told it would only take an hour. The employees lied to me about how long it would take multiple times. Their excuse was that other people had showed up, so they just kept pushing me off till 30 mins after close.

Wow what UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE IN MY EYES!!! I took my motor home in to have the tires rotated and balanced. I purchased 7 tires two years ago for over $2,000 and have had nothing but trouble with the service from Discount Tire. The most recent experience was when they rotated the tires and put the spare on the vehicle since I wanted it rotated because it was a new tire. I discovered today when I took the hub cap off to put air in the tires that the right rear inside tire was low and needs air but they put the spare on the outside right rear with a different rim that has very small holes to access the inside tire. I cant even get my smaller hands in the hole to access the inside tire stem and the gap between the dual tires is way too small to get any kind of air inflation tool on it to inflate the tire. The motor home will have to be jacket up to remove the right rear outside tire and I cant drive it with a low tire so I will be contacting Discount Tire to fix their problem. I am about to throw one of these tires through their window like the old commercial and return all 7 tires. The only thing I feel can be done is get a heavy duty tow truck with the powerful jack to jack the motor home up enough to switch the tires out and then have Discount Tire change the rims after. This is total irresponsibility of the technician. They did other unacceptable things while rotating my tires but this issue leaves me no way to move my vehicle with a low inside dual truck tire that cant be accessed to inflate. UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE IN MY EYES!!! I wouldn’t give any stars but you have to give at least one! You can see from the pictures that I could only get two fingers through the small holes in the tire rim on the right rear outside dual tire but all the other rims have a much bigger opening where I can easily get my hand through to reach the inside tire stem. There is no way to access the inside tire stem between the tires. I dont even know if a child could get their hand through the small holes on the one rim. Does Discount Tire really know how to work with dual truck tires? They sell them so they should know how to service them!

They broke lug nut by not putting socket all the way on . Just changed tire on side of road with lug wrench. They said it was to tight. They are a wack shop. I well never go to another Discount Tire again . I had to drill lug out and replace . 5.5 hours plus lug and set of 32 lug nuts . Stay away if you cherish your ride.

This Discount Tire is great. We bring all of our vehicles here and have never had any complaints. The customer service is second to none, their pricing is fair, and their warranties arent a scam. I want to especially thank Preston for taking the time to explain to me how a tire is actually balanced, and made it understandable!Update - This is still THE BEST TIRE SHOP IN MESA! Ive come here a few times since this original review and every time they exceed my expectations. Just today, right now actually, my son and I came here with a specialized tire that needed swapped out and they took care of it.Thanks Titus! I know you went over and above to get that done.

I had a small nail in a tire causing a slow leak. They had to take it off the rim to find it and fix it. There was no charge. Service there is always great.

I will update this review and still would not give even 1 star but that is required. I went to the Discount Tire on Main Street in E Mesa, where I purchased the tires in May to have the tires balanced and rotated. I had scheduled an appointment but still had to wait. Why make an appointment if they take walk-ins before you. I was watching the tech as he was putting the hub caps back on the tires, and I told the tech that the hub cap on the front left was hard to get on tight and he proceeded to put it on. I left on my annual trip in June and when I stopped at a rest area to walk my dogs I saw that I was missing the hub cap on the front left tire. I am sure when we hit some ruff road in California it came off because it wasnt on tight. I have had this motor home for 4 years and never had this problem since the hub cap was securely installed. The tech also left greasy hand marks on my spare tire cover. I had just detailed the vehicle before this service and I really didnt appreciate seeing great on it. Photos attached. I will not recommend Discount Tire to anyone nor will I return there for future tire purchase. There are plenty of tire stores around that I am sure I can find one that provides better service.This store doesnt even deserve 1 star but I couldnt do a review without choosing at least 1 star. I wasnt told anything about breaking in the tires either.I was hoping to have the quality service I expected from discount tire but it hasnt happened with my current purchase of 7 Continental tires recommended to me from their E Main Street store in Mesa, AZ a month ago. I was getting ready to take my summer trip to WA and purchased the new tires to have a worry free trip. When I stopped in Southern Oregon for gas I noticed one of the tires air pressure was very low so I added some at a machine at a truck stop there and headed to the Salem store since it was right off the freeway. I specifically asked the attendant working the tire check station there to check the low tire for a leak and ALL OF THE OTHERS for I wasnt going to be near a Discount Tire in WA and I didnt want to have to drive out of my way to go to one. He did say the stem of the tire was leaking and he fixed that. He was blaming poor installation of the stem on the Mesa store. He (I think his name was Joe) told me he had checked all the other tires and they were fine. I arrived at my destination about 4 hours later to see that a different tire on the opposite side of the vehicle was leaking and getting very low. I now have to go find a air station and see if I can get the leak to stop or drive another hour one way to get to a different Discount Tire to get it fixed. I did go to another Discount Tire to get it fixed and that experience wasnt much better for they didnt put the stem caps back on all the tires. This has not been a pleasant experience to say the least and I am not going to recommend Discount Tire to anyone or buy any more tires from them. I expected peace of mind with the new tires and it has given me much stress instead. I dont like driving a motor home with a tire with low air pressure. POOR QUALITY SERVICE AT THE SALEM, OR AND MESA, AZ STORE.

These guys are great. They have been helping my family for years. They offer lots of options and dont make you feel bad for buying the product that fits your needs. Also, they top off the air in our tires when needed. This may seem like a small thing, but it keeps us safe and extends the life if our tires.

I needed to drive to Florence from Mesa when I realized the wires were showing on the front two tires. It was 5:30 and they close at 6. I called to make sure I could just drop it off and they can fix the tires the next morning because I know how it is when people come in last minute for services. They told me they would fix it right then and there 😭 great customer service and prices. Thank you for being so amazing! 10/10 would recommend.

Had a newer tire repaired due to a nail causing a slow leak. The tire was fixed but had to wait for about an hour because I didnt have an appointment and there were many people in front of me. But it was worth it, all the employees were very polite and professional and did an excellent job. Recommend this Discount Tire, and will be back for any tire needs.

Not the most capable crew Ive ever seen.. not that I expect much from Discount. My new tire went completely flat by the time I got home. Good thing I didnt die on my high speed drive home on the freeway. Took the new tire and wheel off at home in 105 degree weather on my day off. They tried again, now the wheel is grinding, most likely mounted incorrectly, again. I will just do it myself tonight. Overall I got some exercise, time and money wasted.. oh and I guess a new tire plus install.. sort of.

Totally friendly and efficient

I dislike this store, once they messed up my wheel lugs but it was my fault they use an impact gun.. Today I was told you have no mileage warranty you need to pay 540$ for two tires! I waited for a while thinking then drove off. Went home googled called another discount store they said you have 65000 miles we prorated it both tires 270$ out the door! Wow you lost money again . The employee woman was not wearing a mask what was that about???

They treated us very well, put 4 new tires on the car. They send us emails to come in and have your air pressure checked and to rotate the tires. The guys were great.

Clean store. Very pleasant staff. Calling ahead of time to verify they had the tires and checking the waiting time made this a nice experience.

Dont go too early for just air...usually a line but do go early for new tires. Good bunch of people working there!

Discount Tire may be the best place to take your factory stock car for tires. Predictably pleasant service and excellent honest pricing. One hint, if they try to substitute a tire for what is in stock, have then check the stock for near by stores. They can usually get exactly what you want in two days. My problem is most of my cars are not stock and they often balk at working them. So for me 2 stars.

Let me tell you a little bit of a secret about Discount Tires. They got the best customer service of any Tire distributor that Ive ever gone to in my life. They go out of their way to make the customers happy. Generally speaking I would have to guess their pricing is in line with everybody else including Sams Club and Costco. But theyre kind of like the Home Depot of the tires. You you cannot you cannot drive 5 miles in any direction without running across a discount tires that are everywhere and you never know where youre going to get a flat tire
