Timely on the oil change but, I have tan interior and I told the guy at the front counter about it and he pulled it in to garage. However, he did not pull it out of garage and the person who did touched my tan visor with greasy hands and now I have to figure out how to clean this. Pretty upset considering they were warned about it. Not sure I will go back now.. I deserve it being cleaned and this issue to not happen again in the future. Doubt it will happen though.

Made an appt. 10AM Monday my car was overdue for oil change. Dropped it off and it was ready on about an hour. My tire pressure light was on and they put air in my tire! I knused a online coupon which was great! I will definitely go back again. 😁

Bought a Groupon for an oil change and tire rotation. Waited in the lobby while the work went on. Had it done quickly, a bit too quickly.I never noticed the tires being taken off. Juan said after about 25 minutes that the car was ready I asked him if they rotated the tires and he said yes. I said ok and went out to the car. The tires had not been rotated so I came back in and told him. He went out and looked at the car and said they couldnt be rotated because they were worn. This after he said the tires had been rotated.It also appears that the oil filter was not replaced as I had been told.If you cant trust what they are saying then I cant go back or recommend them.

My vans air conditioner worked pretty well. Unless I was in idol, and then it would start to blow extremely hot air. I brought my van in to see if they could figure out what was going on! Not only did they figure it out, they fixed it, and a few other things as well. They were kind, courteous, and professional. I will only be going here from now on!

I had a tune up done. They took my car right away and did my tone up. They kept me updated and showed me a filthy filter and got my permission to put in a new one. I have used meineke before and loved it. I will keep using them.

This place is an absolute HORROR!!! Dont come here!! They had my car and called me too tell me my tire just popped when it was in the rack!! That I drove there with a flat tire!! That was a lie!! I’m writing this review because I wanted people to know the real service. Tbh it was great! Even though I waited extra for my oil change they made sure that my window cleaner fluid was full. (Something Walmart’s always forgets) I really appreciate the detail especially when the manager informed me off some areas I’ll have to fix on my next visit!

Just saw this was down the street. Made appointment online and showed up little before and gave my info. What I wanted, never pressured me. Only thing was I never got a call,text, or an email that my car was done so I called and they told me. All good vibs around they were busy.

They ordered the wrong light at first but they ordered the correct one right then and there and with in 3 days it was delivered and replaced. Gentleman quoted me the day before for a $30 oil change. When I came in I agreed to a full synthetic, not realizing it was twice the price. When it came time to pay I vocalized the discrepancy and he was nice enough to allow me to pay the $30 and just continue with synthetic oil changes in the future. Thank you!

I went to Meineke hoping to have someone look at a rattle underneath my Saab 9-3 some shops will not work on a Saab so I was surprised by the enthusiasm of the Manager Aaron he got the car in straightaway and found I had damaged a heat shield around the catalyst. He straightened it and secured it back in its correct position. Furthermore he did not charge me!!! I was very grateful and will definitely go there again. Aaron by the way drives a European car so dont think you can only go there with a domestic product. Thanks Aaron and thanks Meineke.

To be honest the people there are friendly enough but I really dont think they know what theyre doing... In the end I took 3 days off of work went in three different times to still not have my problem fixed... This last time the third time they finally thought they had figured out the problem made me an appointment and wanted to keep my car the whole day to do the work... Only to call me at the very end of the day to tell me they couldnt find the part... Like seriously why make an appointment keep my car the whole day and not even have the part to even do the work to begin with... I am beyond frustrated and I will not be back...I have wasted more then enough time to literally have them do NOTHING...

Wonderful service! The gentleman who I spoke with to make my apt over the phone was Aaron and he was super nice said a couple people canceled today so I immediately made a trip down to this location! The gentleman who checked me in and out his shirt said Beowulf I think (could be wrong) but he was just as nice and sweet! This was my 2nd time coming to this location and have had zero issues! Not a long wait at all, quick and painless! Would definitely recommend!

My vehicle is difficult to find parts for, and difficult to find people to work on it. These guys took on all the challenges and kept my budget in mind. We’re definitely going back.

While the service people were efficient and knowledgeable, no one working at this location was wearing a mask. Additionally of the four customers that came in while I was there, only one customer was wearing a mask. And no one seemed to mind. Arizona has the highest rate of covid-19 cases in the entire world. I dont understand how people can believe that it doesnt matter. For their service. efficiency and knowledge, I would have rated them five stars. But, based on their nonchalance about a very serious pandemic situation in our area, I was very generous in giving them a three. I will not return to this location for any reason until after the pandemic is over.

I went to get my oil changed and I was welcomed 30 mins before closing to get my oil changed. The person in front was very friendly! The price of the oil change was cheaper then anywhere prior. Id usually spend about 85 on a oil change and it was only 60, he even gave me a coupon. I was very pleased with the service.

I am satisfied with the service, 3 star because they charge high profit on parts, they charged me around 80% on top of original price. I would recommend to buy part by yourself if you could

Horrible... told me my ac didnt have a leak and that it was fully charged. Took my car to Honda nation who was able to find the leak within two minutes. I dont recommend Dayel at all, doesnt know what he is doing

Was this the cleanest and best smelling auto shop I’ve ever been in? No. But did I get an oil change for less than $20 in half an hour? You bet. This was totally worth it. I got a coupon in the mail for an oil change and this was absolutely the best deal. Employees were kind and service was quick. They didn’t try to upsell me and I felt that my service was appreciated.

Ive gotten oil changes here before with different vehicles using a Groupon. Theyre always fast and get it done and dont hassle me about anything. I came here today needing a oil change and brake inspection after calling in first and being told to come right on in. Aaron called me to let me know I needed immediate brake replacement. It was done in a timely manner, didnt take long at all. He also discounted it without me asking, understanding that I have children. Ive had a brake job done before that costed way more (even with a coupon) than what he quoted me and I paid exactly what he said it was. I really appreciate it, I can definitely tell the difference from before I brought my van in. Ill be continuing coming here for my oil changes in the future. Highly recommend this location.

If its cheap theres probably a catch right? Thats too good to be true I thought to myself. Nope not at Meineke on southern and power! Every other shop wanted up to 100 smackeroos for a full synthetic oil change on my Malibu. Only 45 bucks. Dale was extremely helpful and you can tell he is truly a good person that actually wants to help you . If I could give 6 stars I would and I know where Im taking my car from now on.Alex Holder

Let me start by saying I purchased a Groupon for a really good deal on an oil change and tire rotation and I have never been to this place before. I came in as a walk in, despite my appointment time being scheduled for 2+ hours after walking in. Aaron made sure to take care of me, walk me through all my other questions I had that didnt Involve an oil change or tire rotation, even took the time for me to visually look at what I had questions on (break pads and rotors). On top of that, him and his team noticed a nail in my tire, and took the initiative to take it out and patch it up. Aaron and his team pay attention to detail, all while serving up incredible hospitality and making sure you understand what your car needs, while remaining honest without trying to upsell. I will come back to this location solely for Aaron’s customer service alone. If I could give these guys more than 5 stars, I would. Thank you so much Aaron!

Because it took longer than expected he gave me my oil change free of charge which was a pleasant surprise! Ive been using this location for my vehicle for almost 2 yrs. Theyve done a great job and explained all the work each time. Maintaining a vehicle can be pricey but they have fair pricing here compared to other places.

Theyll tell you when a minor repair is all that is needed and if something unexpected happens after they repaired your car, theyre the kind of place that takes responsibility and takes care of the new problem for free (within reason I assume). I cant recommend them more highly.

Bought 4 new tires a few months ago. 1 blow out and one other one leaking air. They do not stand behind their tires or work. Do not recommend this place for any thing. Go to discount tire. I did call Meineke and they did not offer anything to make this right. I had the tire probably less than a month when the 1st one blew. If I get a nail or any road debris in my tires. Discount covers them. You would not do or

THINGS ARE NOT WHAT THEY SEEM HERE.I just had some SilverRock Warranty work performed here and then had my vehicle re-inspected at the dealership after this shop had my vehicle.They used spray paint to make my old suspension look new. WOW !! Old parts re painted then re installed back on to my car. Insurance paid for this !!That is not good business.Why would you lie to customers?

I came in on Tuesday for an oil change. (They didnt vacuum my floorboards which was a slight annoyance.) There ended up being a bunch of things wrong that needed replaced. It came out to about $3,000. I couldnt afford it but they had an option for a SNAP loan, so that was helpful. After getting it all set up, the manager, Aaron, gave me a ride home and bought me breakfast along the way. He acted as if we were already friends, which was a little off-putting but definitely not complaining about the free food lol. Later that day I was picked up again by Aaron to go get my car. The next day, the check engine light was on, so I took it back. They said nothing was wrong and cleared the code. However, when I went to drive again the next day, the light was back on. I didnt get a chance to take it back for a third time until today, Monday. After waiting for a while, they said the valve cover gasket needed replaced and would be another $140, but it was on the long list of things they had already fixed last week... So yall didnt do it right the first time or what? Everyone I talked to was nice but I do feel a little played here and dont want to have to pay to replace something again within a week. Also, no one was wearing masks 👎Update (a couple days later): they did call me and I got the last repair done for free. The check engine light hasnt come back on since so hopefully were done for a while.Update (a week later): The check engine light came back on AGAIN after like 2 days and I continued to have problems and my car almost broke down on the way to Flagstaff from Phoenix. The car would not accelerate and had all kinds of warning lights flashing. I did not want to go back to Meineke at this point because after 3 times they should have fixed everything wrong with my car. Really displeased. I dont think Ill be going back.
