I got off after their business hours and they stayed open until I was able to arrive. Very respectable services and fair pricing! Definitely recommend.

Shop American these people don’t appreciate American business. Stated to me that they wouldn’t warranty their work that they complete. What shop in America does that? Maybe in China or some other Asian country but not American. If you fix something your responsible for it functioning properly because it was installed by a professional. Take your business and money else where.

Expedient- I brought in my car in the morning, and it was finished by that afternoon.Went above and beyond- Main St. Automotive stayed open later than closing hours advertised to make sure car was complete.Comprehensive- Fixed multiple issues during one visit (refilled tires up to proper pressure, and even washed the windshield too!) Several issues were not related to why I brought in my car, but could become problems in the future, and these were fixed ahead of time.Affordable- Offered OEM parts as well as aftermarket alternatives, and also discounted the end price.Flexible- Talked with me via text about problems diagnosed, suggested repairs, and cost before starting repairs.Polite- Doris the co-owner is kind and explained everything thoroughly to me.Other shops are great, but this place is beyond fantastic. Im not going anywhere else after today.

They were very quick with repair and when I needed a new part they ordered it right away and was very very fast !! They fixed my ac and now it’s so cold and efficient! Very very great service and very friendly people I would highly recommend to everyone!

Who ever answers the phones talks over customers, doesnt listen to them and hangs up on them. Very rude and needs to be patient with people. Will not ever use this place or recamend them to anyone with that type of attitude for a first time customer.

Simply put, Doris and Frank are incredible! Fantastic customer service, and have extremely reasonable prices for the level of customer service they provide.For example, I went in for a simple oil change, they gave me a price beforehand that i agreed to. As they worked on my vehicle, they send you pictures messages of the things they examine, that might need to be replaced or repaired WITH the price of the item, and after tax price of the item, and ask for your approval or denial to replace or repair the part.Not only is the great for someone who isnt sure with the maintenance of vehicles, but they dont pressure you into making you buy the replacement part, or do it anyway without your consent, making the customer feel very confident with continuing business with them. As for me, because of the documentaries and news reports of larger corporations ripping customers off, i have always been hesitant on getting work done on my vehicle, even if it means an end to my car, because i do not want to be ripped off. Main Street Automotive services & Repair has single handedly changed that for me.because of the reasons I listed above, both Doris, and Frank have earned my trust, and i am forever a customer to this garage. Dropped my Toyota Camry Hybrid off for a oil change and they updated me with how my car is doing through the maintenance and even sent pictures! Definitely will be my go to for routine car maintenance.
