Buyer beware !!The air distribution block air valve system has failed on my truck with very low hours .The Circuit board WILL burn out and FailI called to inform them of their problem and see what the warranty was and of course my truck is not a daily so it was passed the “90” days so Zero warranty for me. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money on good equipment not this junk. I have learned my lesson the hard way.

So im out of luck I guess, thats what I get for trusting this company. Not that it matters to you all but you definitely lost my business and any future recommendations. I am a technician and I dont have the proper tools at my disposal to fabricate something like this. But I will say I could do a better job myself if I had the equipment you guys have not only on that but I would have a better customer service team. What you currently have is a joke I wasted 500 dollars on something that isnt functional that I had to make functional. 500 dollars is what made you lose me as a client when I will spend well over that with another company. Thanks for wasting my time.

Joe morrow is as unprofessional as they come. Wouldnt buy from this company, customer service is a joke. Oh yeah good luck or returns/refunds. They beg you in multiple place not to give them a bad review, must be because they know its coming.

Ordered online and received them promptly, installation went well about 8 hours total to install air bags and in-cab controller. Nice hardware, everything fit together well. Would recommend to others.

Unfortunately, I’m am very dissatisfied with the whole experience dealing Airbagit/Chassis Tech as they have been unprofessional throughout the entire transaction. Because of their mistake of sending me the wrong size spring, I paid $315 to get the front lowering springs and rear flip kit professionally installed. In order to get the correct springs installed, the shops were asking $160 in labor. I asked that they do what is right, by abiding by Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s 100% satisfaction guarantee and compensate me for the labor costs that you guys are accountable for as it was Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s lack of professionalism and attention to detail sending me the wrong springs(twice) and unnecessarily costing me money. The company not doing so is the exact reason why I am disappointed working with this company and have 0% satisfaction at this point. Not only did they send the wrong springs twice, they were not genuine in their communication. Joe (the manager) stated that they were going to take full accountability and compensate me for the mistake but then proceeded to not respond to email communication. This type of business is what destroys Airbagit/Chassis Tech’s reputation and is toxic to the motor vehicle and business industry as a whole. This has been a distasteful, low quality, zero star, horrible experience overall.

Called Airbagit for new suspension kits for my SUV. The sales person was very helpful and extremely friendly. Didnt know what kind of suspension I wanted so I asked for something quality but mid-range; he came up with a solid choice at a price lower than anything I saw online. I’m very happy with what he recommended and I’m thinking to get some 4 link kits next.Definitely recommend these guys.

Great experience ordering. Very poor after sales experience. Order 2 air bag shock for the front end...one wasnt machined out properly and the pair never came with new seals even though I confirmed during ordering that they also would be supplied. Had problems ever since with one air bag, and no customer service, no returned emails or phone calls, just alot of smoke. Advise to pay more for quality and service!

Im really happy customer..from airbagit..aka chassis tech..I been buying lowering parts from them since I use to live in Phx Arizona.customer service its great..never had problems with them at all..always got the best service that they could give me. There lowering product fit and works great. My 99 Yukon looks bad ass.!!! Whit there lowering spindles and lowering hangers. Looking forward to keep getting all my lowering parts from them.

Got 8 1/2 air valves from here and let me tell you all they are F××king garbage screws keep coming lose all the time and air leaks out i gotta keep tightening them and some how they come lose and they are fake brass then i called them and they told me they never had any problems with them.. YEAH MY ASS, anyways yall save yourselves a headache stay away from this place....

Owners are abusive to employees and provide a hostile work environment daily. Most disorganized and hellish company Ive ever seen.

Recently, I needed to purchase a towing kit and Airbagit was given as a referral. I contacted them, spoke with a sales rep, who was very courteous and knowledgeable in assisting me.

Bad service.they dont send the right parts. Air valves are junk!!!!

Ordered a drop kit they gave me the hangers and shackles at the warehouse been waiting for almost 3 weeks for them to ship my drop coils (WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE)
