I purchased a leveling kit and new tires for my brand new truck. When I picked the truck up after they installed everything I noticed the truck bounced pretty bad. I turned right around and had to leave the truck with them to rebalance the tires. I picked it up a second time and still had the bounce. The manager told me the truck was balanced and it’s not their problem now. I went to multiple different tire shops for help and they said I just had a bad set of tires and that 4 wheel parts is known for screwing people over like this. I ended up dealing with the bounce for 16,000 miles until I finally had to break down and buy new tires. I will never go back to a shop with such horrendous customer service.

The first time I ordered shocks at this place Jaime informed me I would get a notification. I was not notified. I called them back 2 days after estimated arrival and it was in. I wasnt too upset about this only because it was the first time. Second time I ordered fr here, fr the same person.... again, was informed I would get a notification. Nothing. Today[06/04] I called them back, well you know. My order was in SINCE LAST WEEK THURSDAY[5/27]! no courtesy call, nothing. I could have had my parts on my vehicle by now. Spoke with Sergio and no help there. Be aware if you are going to order from this place, you have to check up on the status of your order constantly. THEY WILL NOT CALL YOU!!!

Rude and nasty customer service. I was the only customer in the store and stood in front of 2 employees before being acknowledged. I called ahead of time for a part and when I got there this associate says we dont carry rocker switches. I said I just called and he snaps back and says well whod you talk to and I said I dont know. Another employee point out what they had and it wasnt even close. No big deal but the way you treat people says you sure dont need my money. Well I went down the street to Desert Rat and was greeted with a smile and ended up talking Jeeps for a half a hour with someone who made me feel welcome. They didnt have the part I need either but I will return to upgrade my Jeep and Toyota.O

Spoke to Jeff Artibani about an air compressor issue I was having. He told me to bring it by on short notice and he looked into it quickly. He solved it on the spot. Amazing and friendly service. Will be visiting again on heir new location.

I will never deal with this business ever again! The absolute worst customer service on the planet. They had no problem taking my $2k over a month ago and never called us about the ordered parts. We called multiple times to check and were supposed to get calls back. Never happened. The icing on the cake is that we made an appointment for today at 1 pm to have my exhaust installed. Not once did anyone tell me that they closed at 3pm. I dropped my vehicle off at 12 pm and when I got there I was asked if I was picking up my vehicle because it was checked in. I was like no you guys gave us the appointment time of 1pm so Im dropping off. I was told I would be called when it was ready to go. Again never told they closed at 3pm by anyone!Got a call at 3:07 pm saying you need to call us back immediately, your vehicle is ready and we are closed. They called my husband at 3:08 pm and he told them it would take 20-30 minutes to get there. He was told sorry we wont wait that long. You can just pick up on Monday.I called them multiple times at 3:13 pm to say I need my vehicle today. Of course you cant leave a message even!Im so livid. This company has been nothing but a nightmare and now they are holding my vehicle hostage that I desperately need for medical appointments on Monday morning.Please take your business elsewhere. Nobody has any ideas whats going on and not once has there even been an apology.

Lots of products and the staff were friendly. Bobby helped me and gave me some good shock recommendations. No pressure to buy right away but made it a point to make sure when I was ready they would be ready to help. My first time there and a lot to look at!

Went to the store, and the 3 employees were on the phone. The manager asked me politely to wait, I said no problem. After about 10 minutes one of the employees got off the phone and helped me (short guy, skinny, glasses, short hair). Every word that came out of his mouth sounded like he hated his life and did not want to be helping me. I felt like I could have given him a $100 bill and he would have had a terrible attitude about it and found a way to take it out on you passive aggressively. He only had to ask me about 3 or 4 questions, and not one of them came out of his mouth in any way that said this is a place of business and I am here to help you. Id say they were more along the lines of My girlfriend broke up with me and I need to take it out of everyone else on the planet passive aggressively. Needless to say, the manager (taller bearded man in flannel) was insanely polite and very nice in helping me (really not helping me because I needed to return something they couldnt take back, I understood and threw 0 fuss about it). I have been to this store a couple times and the attitude I get from employees usually reflects that of the short man in glasses and sadly not the managers. Ill be ordering online or driving out of my way to go to a different store because I dont need that attitude in my life... Dont let it in to yours either.

Salesmen was rude and seemed annoyed that I didnt come in knowing exactly what I wanted. Being my first time there and with a new truck I wanted to see a few different options. I was only customer in store and he acted like there were 100 people waiting. Left without purchasing, went to another store and ordered my running boards, bedliner, and a few other accessories. Guess they make too much money here to worry about sales.

First of all, to all the people who complain about the staff, you are very confused. I have dealt with every single person in that store and have had nothing but great experiences. From the witty banter and trash talking back and forth, to the complete understanding of any vehicle and part that needs ordering as well as the service department going above and beyond with fixing small things for me, I love these guys.If you can’t read the store hours on the front door or the website, then maybe you shouldn’t be shopping in public... try Amazon.Thanks again to Ricky and Sergio and the rest of the staff for always making my experience in 4WP amazing. I’ve moved out of state and still order through that store.

If i could give no stars or better yet negative I would. COMPLETE TRASH! I called to question and cancel an order that has taken over a month to arrive. I was very calm and professional in my questioning and the Store Manager himself hung up the phone on me when I expressed my displeasure with having to pay a restocking fee on an item that they (not the shipping company) had misplaced and lost after they said it had arrived. Avoid this place like the plague!!! worst customer experience i think ive ever had. I cant believe you treat you customers that way when they are spending their hard earned dollars with you. For the store Manager.... your a garbage human.

Was looking for a sway bar relocate kit for a Tacoma. Was hoping to have it quickly, so I called Mesa 4WP. They said they could have it in by tomorrow. Excellent I thought. Tomorrow came and I called the store while it was having technical difficulties and ended up speaking to Phx 4wp. They contacted Mesa for me and called back saying Mesa had the part. Drove down to discover they did not. Fine, Ill live.Over a week later they finally call me to tell me they have the kit in. I drive down there *again* and *again* they tell me they dont have the part. At this point I declined any further business with them. Ended up that one of the competitors had kits in stock, shouldve just gone there to begin with.I do not recommend 4wp Mesa.

They sent me home FIVE hours away with the wrong shocks. I made it back over a year later (HELLO...COVID!**) MANAGER WAS WAY BEYOND RUDE STILL YELLING AT ME WHEN I WAS AT THE DOOR! I AM SHAKING MAD! THIS IS HORRIFIC SERVICE. I RECOMMEND THAT YOU GO TO THE PHOENIX LOCATION!

On January 25 I had 4 Wheel Parts in Mesa, AZ install Rockslide Engineering’s combination rock sliders and electric steps. The cost of this installation was just over $2500.On the first run we were climbing up through some rocks when I heard the passenger side rockslider open. The doors were closed properly and locked. Several more times throughout that trip the passenger side rockslides opened. The following Monday I was going through a paved parking lot when the passenger side rockslide opened. The doors on the passenger side of the jeep were closed and locked properly.On another trip the passenger side rockslide opened several times. At one point when we stopped to check it we could not get the step to go back in. After turning it off on the power switch and closing/opening the door we managed to get the step to go in. Then latter when we opened the door the step would not come out then the step would go out when you closed the door and go in when you opened the door. At some point the rockslide was destroyed and had to be rebuilt.When I returned the jeep to 4 Wheel Parts in Mesa, AZ they told me that the door was not closed properly, and they would not correct their mistake. Their solution to the problem was to charge me another $400.00 for an insurance policy so that they could be paid to correct their mistake.When I talked to Rockslide Engineering, they would not back up their product. They also blamed the door not being closed properly even though the letter I sent explained what happened.I wish I could say that I would never again spend my money at 4 Wheel Parts but that would not be true. The insurance policy that I had to buy is only good at 4 Wheel Parts and it has a 10% co-pay.I highly recommend that you take your business elsewhere.

Never use this business. Tried to return airbag kit and said they couldnt because the parts had a dirty hand print and the manufacturer would not credit it. Reason for return was part would not work on my truck. Then wanted to sell me more expensive unit and not credit the 1st unit. I would not recomme anybody to use them.

Great price on tires and service guys were great. I ended up not needing an alignment and they didnt charge me. Couldve skipped it and charged me, I wouldnt know. Honesty is always appreciated.

Went there trying to spend $4000 or $5000 on new rims & tires. The 4 employees in there only seemed to care about helping phone call-ins with $15 orders. All four employee men just stood behind the counter ignoring me for 30 minutes. There was nobody else in the store. Worst sales team I have ever seen. Then finally the youngest guy with a beard offers to help, but only because I stood in front of his phone calls for so long. He wouldnt recommend rims or tires. He acted clueless. No advice or anything. Then the bald old guy co-worker just hovered behind him waiting to ask him some question about a $5 dollar part for his phone call. So the younger guy just tried to hurry me along so he could help his co-worker. These guys are clueless. I would fire all four of these phone jockeys. I even asked the younger bearded guy if he would look at my new truck and advise me what to buy. He ignored my request and acted too busy to help me, he just really wanting to answer the next phone call. I literally was going to spend up to $5k and these guys just didnt care. I left and called a couple other of their competitors, who were happy to get my business for new tires & rims.

The staff at this location doesn’t answer the phones in a reasonable time, I called and was on hold from my home in Scottsdale all the time it took me to drive and arrive to the store. When I arrived the staff was rude and acted like you were a bother and i was dealing with the store manager, I don’t remember his name, but he is the oldest looking guy with a mustache goatee.

Be glad I’m putting one star, all of the employees at the store treated me like I was clueless when I went in there willing to spend 3-4K on rims and tires, ok so I finally did some online shopping and the guys have told me my rims were ordered it’s been over a month and they haven’t contacted me or told me anything. I’m honestly never going to recommend a place with this many issues.

I had a great experience here at 4WP bought some awesome new running boards for my truck. They came in with some defects but Jeff who helped me take care if it quickly and professionally. They even let me keep the damaged ones on my truck until the new ones came in. I checked out all the other 4x4 shops before buying here and Im glad I chose them. Because of the way they took care of me and awesome customer service has got me as a lifetime customer now.

Mesa location installed Skyjacker 2.5-3 inch lift kit on my Dodge Nitro 4.0 Heat; PN SKYLIB258K-B. Kit includes front struts, coil springs, bump stops & spacers, and rear Black Max Shocks. I list this information because many ask on Nitro forums if lift kits are available. 4WP Mesa provided outstanding customer service and I am pleased with the results.

Had a rear view camera install. So far so good.

I ordered tires from the 4WP website because they had the best price. They called a few days later saying they were unable to get me the size of tire I ordered so we agreed on a bit smaller tire. 2 weeks goes by and I call them and they said they will have them in the next day. The following week I call them and they finally got them in but installation was way out so I picked them up, paid extra money for the tires I settled for, and took them to discount tire to get installed. Some of the worst customer service I’ve seen in a while. I will never spend another dime at 4 wheel parts Mesa.

I very rarely leave a review unless it’s warranted.These people do not deserve anymore of my time. But I want anybody else to know ahead of time, customer service is terrible, in every single way.

Dont bother calling, you get the feeling that helping customers or answering questions is their least favorite thing to do. I regret buying from here in the past and will go out of my way to shop elsewhere going forward.

Dont let 4wheel parts do any gear work for you. I did. i noticed something was wrong right away. I have taken back to be reworked on 3 separate occations. The rear gears ended up overheating and welded the internals together. Ok prices and good customer service, but learn form my bad decision and go somewhere else.

Walked in and no one greeted me. Walked in the aisles, no one asked if I needed help. Didnt bother me until 3 gentlemen came in a few minutes after and they get greeted and asked if they needed help finding anything. Guys at the register were not busy when I came in. 1st time visiting so I wanted to explore the store before going to the counter.

Very knowledgeable and nice staff. I ran a 2.5 rubicon express suspension lift on my 11 JK (2door) and Chris was very helpful with everything. Turn around time from ordering to installment was about a week and a half which isn’t bad. Love the new lift, thanks guys.

I asked every month for over a year for an update and was always told it would be one more month. After waiting on backorder for over a YEAR!!! Finally I was told my order had shipped. Upon checking the supplied tracking number I was informed it was shipped to another party and my order was cancelled. How is this even possible? 4WP is not the same after they were sold.

Horrible customer service! After canceling my order I was received an email asking me to review my experience. I gave them an honest response and then received a notification a few days later that my review had been “moderated” for not meeting their standards. Lol! The review was polite but honest! Don’t waste your time and money with 4wheelparts!Here is the review I gave them,Horrible customer service!I would give this company zero stars if it was an option. 4wheelparts customer service was horrible! I had to call the company and sit on hold for hours multiple times to get updates on my order. I was finally told that Rancho no longer sold the lift kit I wanted and then they tried to up sell me to a more expensive lift. I called rancho directly and found out that 4wheelparts was wrong and rancho had my lift in stock. I sent several emails to 4wheelparts customer service and NEVER heard back. Ended up canceling my order. Do not give this company your money!

Prices are pretty good, customer service depends on who you get when the time comes.Ive ordered parts on the phone with them and never got follow up calls saying the parts were delayed delivery when guaranteed next day or when they actually were ready for pickup despite being told they would. But thats okay Ill make numerous calls each day to inquire.Never had any serious issues with any purchases, did drop 100 bucks for them to look and troubleshoot an issue just to tell me they needed more time and money, not falling for that...I figured it out myself and fixed it after spending 30 minutes doing my own research. So thank you to 4wp for making me more self sufficient since that experience.

I had ordered a revtec lift kit from them around june 15th and had read that a lot of people had gotten theres within a couple days. I still hadnt gotten a call 2 weeks later and had decided to email them to ask. They were very fast at responding to me and had informed me it was on back order. They continued to contact me Every week or so after to let me know it was still on back order or that it was finally getting shipped. I ended up having to wait a month or so for my item not too bad just a little inconvenient. Also was not their fault that it was on back order.

I drove from A. Z. to visit your store. Im looking for A front and rear bumper and a winch. I noticed the store was taped off so I got in line. I ask the sales person behind the counter if I can go and look at the bumpers. He said do you see the tape and its off limits to you. I turned around and walked out of your store. You lost a 2000.00 sale!

Little frustrating that too many times I have experienced the item I was looking for was not in stock. Even when online showed it available and I call to confirm and they say they have it, only to drive over and it isnt on the shelf. They are always nice enough to offer to order it after I make the trip to them. Its just been too many times of this for me, easier to shop online and have stuff shipped to me.

The whole experience was great. These two guys know their stuff. Eric even came into work on his day off to finish up my rig. I highly recommend this duo to perform your modifications. I came to these guys after another shop wasnt able to repair a death wobble in my vehicle from an accident. they took a look at it and they were able to repair the issue and my jeep is back on the road running great. the only concern I have is related to communication. they are a busy place and unfortunately keeping contact with me didnt always happen, but they did a good job and took care of me. First experience: Bought new wheels from them and had them mount the tires. I get the brand new wheels back all scratched up. Manager made it right and even threw in a set of lug nuts. So I figured Id give them another shot. Second experience: go in for an alignment. They tell me a bunch of stuff needs to be replaced and didnt do the alignment (keep in mind the website says free alignment inspection). I tell the guy I will replace the parts and come back for an alignment. They then tried to charge me $123 for a premium 4x4 inspection that I didnt ask for... This place is a rip off. Dont waste your time or money.

They had what I needed, pretty good selection of Jeep/off-road stuff. Prices are in line with rest of industry and they only carry legit brands. You wanna save 70% and buy the one off Amazon from Xiangshou Electronics LTD... Take a friend so they can rescue you when it fails. Good, knowledgeable staff.

Exceptional customer service. I made a dumb mistake and ordered the wrong size shock for my truck and when I went into the store to see why it was riding so rough one of the employees came outside checked the part number and told me I needed a shorter shock since the one I ordered was for a 3-4 lift. He told me they would just do a 1 for 1 swap and could get the part I needed in a few days. This was 100% my fault on ordering the wrong part but they went above and beyond to get my truck back to where it should be .

Many other places couldnt get them or the prices were outrageous. 4 Wheel Parts had a decent price and they were very knowledgeable when I had other questions about my truck and parts selection. Like a lot of people Ive spent some money with 4 wheel parts in AZ and Colorado. Dealing with the long please hold when you call in store, bringing my truck back because of amateur installs, (which every location is not very convenient ) waiting Forever when they say it will be about a half hour to an hour. Well three hours later, here are your keys. The other day, they tried to charge me extra for having a interlock devise on my truck now. That was the straw that broke the camels back. When I told them I put a new tip On and its easy to blow into, he looked at me like a deer in headlights (Mark) and said it wasnt their policy. Oh, Im sorry you dont have faith in your installers to pass a interlock devise. Instead, lets waste an hour to get it disabled so that our installers dont fail a breathalyzer. I said nope, and went straight to desert rat which one is in north Phoenix. Guess what, no wait time, less expensive, no interlock charge and we got a good laugh at 4 wheels expense. Needless to say Desert Rat will be modifying my toys from here on out. Thank you Mark for saving a half hour out of my trips to have work done :)

I was convinced to buy a superchip flashcal being told I can upgrade it to the flashpaq tuner when I can afford it. Also told I could bring it back when Im ready for upgrade and they would do it.. I live near holbrook without a computer. When I go back, the first person made it very clear (with his chicken right in front of my face) they dont normally do this and he probably cant do it. Very clear he wanted to eat his chicken.. well I left without my upgrade and left with them saying it might not be able to be upgraded. Horrible customer service all around. Go to desert rat. Cant believe Im saying that...

Just bought a jeep and thought we would check this place out. We were looking online for a jeep hitch and found one for a little over $100. Decided to check them out and got the same one for under $100. Saved us time, money, and shipping cost. We will definitely be back.

Tried to buy some steps for my tundra which they had to order so I said fine. I asked how much it would be to install the three bolts it takes being that I had done my research but he insisted it was a very hard job to do, he wanted over 100 dollars for the install I declined. When they realised they werent getting my money on the install he then proceeded to say I would have to pay for freight. I said Amazon is free shipping turned around and walked out. Update: I ordered the steps straight from nfab with free shipping also they have a nice video on their site showing you just how easy it is to do the install.

They wanted almost $200 to mount and balance steel wheels and 225/70-15. $33 EACH tire.... when I bought the rims the guy quoted $12 per tire. Its $15 max at any other tire place. They suck!!!

My experience here was not what I had hoped for. Their selection was somewhat limited and I was not able to find what I was looking for. Did not interact with sales people behind counter. I simply looked around and left.

I spent over 6 hours waiting for my truck too have parts installed on it. The box said around 2 hours, this is way too long. I will never be back.

Took my tundra in to get the smittybilt m1 bumpers installed with a winch in the front bumper & pod back up lights in the rear, after the installation & paying top dollar for the service. On top of having my truck for an extra day I’ve also had to come back 3 times within the past 7 months due to wiring issues shorting out on of the fog lights & since december my taillights on the truck never worked. I was told they didn’t touch anything however when I took my truck to Toyota there was a ground wire hitting a positive causing a short that cost me over $400. Also still waiting on a call back to change out the other fog light due to that one going out 2 weeks after they supposedly fixed the short the first time around. They don’t even shrink wrap or sauder your connections, will not be returning to this location & honestly don’t know if I’ll ever shop with 4WheelParts again.

Stopped in today 2/5/18 at 4:50pm ready to spend some $$$ on my first Jeep was excited too was ready to buy wheels tires and a nice lift kit but customer service sucked circled the store twice with the wife went to the front counter waited and nothing no greeting or customer service I decided to take another look and leave thats when I got my first how can I help ya as I exited Id advise stay Desert Rat is just down the road and knows how to handle new customers

Was told I would have all my parts the next day but that didnt happen. Almost 2 weeks later still waiting on parts and was told they dont know when ill get the. I had to argue with them to get a full refund for the parts they couldnt get.

First time in. Gave them a test. Told them I had a new 2017 Jeep. I pick out a front bumper and asked how much for install. 6 hours for labor. To install 1 front bumper. The Jeep Wrangler bumber has 4 bolts. They must have snails working in that shop.what a bunch of thieves.

Worst. Company. Ever. Do yourselves a favor and take your hard earned money elsewhere. They will rip you off, and sleep well that night.
