Switch is awesome! Purchased a Chad Criss block from them. It arrived in 2 days. I had a couple issues wiring it up. Called Switch and they walked me through it. Awesome customer service!!!!

I would give them a zero if i could. Bought a set of mud flap delete for my brand new truck with in 2 months one broke to poor quality. The guy who assisted me said they will not warranty their product. If you don’t back your product then what’s the use of ripping people off with junk that will not last. Not the way to do business.

Awesome experience. Asked around at car shows on where to go for bags and switch was the most recommended by a landslide. Went in with a lot of questions and not only did Tom explain the system he showed me one and certain features that pertained to my questions. He was very knowledgeable and never came off as arrogant. Didn’t state they were out of stock, so I paid 2day shipping for nothing. I called 2 times and they can’t seem to find a response on shipping time, they said I can just cancel my order. Smh horrible, so they told me to contact the main manufacturer because they can’t…Unbelievable customer service..

After a mishap with shipping (not Switchs fault) where my lift kit got lost, the owner & Seth got involved to locate another kit and have it shipped out immediately. Its how a business takes care of their customers when things go wrong that separate the good from the bad. Switch is definitely a solid company and the owner takes customer service seriously.

Went here today for a set of rear shackles for my 2013 Sierra and these guys whr cool. I could have gone up to Mesa and have gotten them cheaper but when I called Switch dude on the phone was cool and knowledgeable about wht they sell appose to dismissive attitude received from the other place Thanks
