0 stars.Horrible customer service. Was told that I would receive a phone call in a week after the part had arrived. After two and a half weeks I called them to ask about the product. I was told it had arrived after a week. I asked why they didnt call me to let me know the part had arrived. I was told it was because it was out of sight at of mind. Had to go back 3 times for the same issue. Finally decided that I didnt want to deal with it anymore. Will definitely not be going back.
Dont take your vehicle here. They dont do any kind of mechanical work. No alignments. The staff is rude and unhelpful. I was sent here by my insurance company and I took my vehicle to another place because of the lack of respect and the fact they dont fix any thing mechanical thats wrong with your vehicle if it was in a accident. Would give 0 stars but I cant.
The type of service all of these individuals have provided from beginning to end has been truly exceptional. Keith is the manager and he has done everything he could to ensure I was taken care of. I had an issue with the rental company and he is even stepping in and ensuring my overall experience is taken care of. Adam and Mike have been very communicative, sharing any barriers they have encountered, why they encountered them and what they are doing about it. Jennifer is arranging transportation for me as my car experienced an unexpected delay due to parts that werent most compatible for my car, but that was because of the insurance requiring those parts. I am beyond impressed by their customer service and their professionalism. a BIG shout out to Keith, Adam, Mike, Jennifer and the technicians for making my car look brand new again.

I took my vehicle in for auto body work to Service King after a collision. They updated me everyday on the progress and the collision experts were so professional and friendly. I would highly recommend using Service King for auto body work. They were very accommodating and made sure I was completely satisfied with their work.

WARNING! Do not expect honesty and good workmanship. I am shocked to see Any positive reviews for this Service King. If unethically shotty workmanship, and terrible customer service are your thing than Service King may be the one for you. If you value quality, honesty and good customer service you could take your vehicle to any other shop and it would be better than attempting to have Service King fix your vehicle. They installed the wrong parts after informing them of the parts they needed since the truck had aftermarket parts on it before it was hit and needed to be repaired. Seems they ignored all advice and lied on the invoice they returned to me. I made it a quarter mile away and called because my truck did not drive properly. They responded with yep that is all normal and it is supposed to be like that. UNBELIEVABLE! If this was a person that didn’t know any better and they accepted their poor Workmanship and lack of care for customer safety it concerns me to think they would treat their own family the same way as they treat customers and think people are complete fools. For anyone that is not sure in the slightest and thinks the negative reviews are one offs. Please use extreme caution if you proceed with them and do so knowing you are gambling on the safety and life if you and your loved ones when you get your vehicle back. Call your insurance, you truck company, or if your vehicle is drivable them go to any other shop immediately and do not waste your time and put your family in jeopardy over their lack of care. Read the comments of the other negative reviews and see they have a generic scripted response and doesn’t seem they ever get a resolution and people to update their reviews with how they rectified their problems.
At this moment I am upset that SERVICE KING & APACHE SANDS TOWING are taking forever to get my car out of the car lot to the collision repair shop. I called USAA on Tuesday to get my car to SERVICE KING for repairs and as of 1630hrs 11JUN2021 my car was still at APACHE SAND lot. What kind of racket games are we playing with peoples time, patience, and personal items! Complete your Missions in a timely manner please you two organizations.
These folks were excellent. No-one wants to have to have work done on their car, but these guys were so hospitable and quick. Made me feel like I could relax about leaving my car with them! Thanks so much!
Service King on Baseline Rd in Mesa just got done restoring my car to showroom new condition after a horrible incident involving my roof rack carrying my two kayaks being ripped off of the car by severe wind while traveling up the Loop 101. I was impressed by how quickly they got my car in and repaired and how smoothly they worked with my insurance company. They even communicated with the rental car company to keep them in the loop on the situation and how long I would be needing a loaner car. They kept me up to date via texts and phone calls throughout the entire repair process... and they even delivered my finished vehicle a day early. As an extra bonus, I was literally able to just hand them the keys to my rental car and jump back into mine and they took care of returning the loaner car to Enterprise and getting it checked back in. In my opinion, they really went the extra distance! I will be definitely recommending them in the future.
I recently used Service King (Mesa, AZ) and I am pleased I did. The repair to bodywork was amazing and done a full day earlier than predicted. They kept me up to date with the repair and the customer service was excellent. they also completed a couple of personal items at a reasonable price .I highly recommend them.

Best experience I could have had in an unfortunate event of having someone back into me. The woman up front I never got her name but she was awesome and Tim was the absolute best and sones my enterprise experience there everything 100 out of 100 my car was even cleaner than before!

Every aspect at Service King was terrible customer service is lacking gentleman named Adam had no people skills and should not be working with the public he approached me without a mask. I had an appointment set up and refuse to allow me to drop my vehicle due to being 10 minutes late and had no room to repair my truck since I was late they took another vehicle in.
I am very happy with this team of people, they make me feel valued and their work is flawless. How I came to know these people is someone hit my car. Every cloud has a silver lining and in my case it is Service King. I needed a rental while my car was being repaired and they put me in a Kia. I loved that car and did not want to pickup mine. Well when I saw my car I had no hesitation bcuz it looked brand new. They detailed my car inside and out. They didn’t get reimbursed for that. They are my best company I’ve had to do business with in a very long time. In a world where skills are lost and honest business companies are few and in between this place is a jewel in the desert. Service King is my go to place .
Took my charger in to get it fixed after someone backed into it. Tim took good care of me and was very enthusiastic about the work and making sure I was happy with everything. I am a very annoying person to deal with because I like to see my car get fixed step by step, and when I asked to go look at it they walked me right back and showed me and explained what they did and what was left. Very happy with the work, havent gotten my car back yet but I am very excited to see it better than how it was when it pulled in. Thank you Tim and Mike for taking care of me!

My car was vandalized. It needed the front right fog light and the whole bumper replaced and painted. Making an appointment was easy. When I dropped the car off I was told I would get texts to let me know the progress. I did not expect daily updates! My car was only there 3 days. Tim and the crew could not have been nicer.If I need car repairs like this again, I will be back.
Im down grading to 2 stars now. I was kept informed of the progress with my car finally. After my first review, Service King upped their game. They started to keep me informed of what was going on. The completion date was pushed out numerous times. Finally get my car back, however, Service King should have recommened it to to be totaled in the beginning. My car is NOT a luxury car by any means. I bought my car last August. Its not worth the money that Service King put into it and insurance had to pay. My car does not sound the same, one side of the hood is higher than the other, I back out and it makes this squealing noise at times, I hear a rubbing noise frequently. My car never had these issues prior to the accident. My car will never be the same. Im very sad.
The service people were very courteous. Shop people did a really good job on my car always kept in contact with me and had the work done on time. They even professionally detailed my car which I did not expect! I would definitely use service King again.

Truck was involved in an accident in April lots of body damage. They had everything done on schedule. Never would know it needed repair. Very professional staff. Has a few minor issues come up this month. When I contacted Service King they got me in quick and fixed the issues quickly. I was very happy with the work . I highly recommend this shop for repair if your vehicle is involved in an accident.
Took exactly how long they said it would and came back exactly the way it was before the damages. All around nice staff and they update you almost everyday as to the stage your vehicle is in. Opt in for the text notifications they are reassuring as well.
I recently had my 2014 Nissan repaired at Service King. I had used a different Service King for repairs on a different car several years ago, and knew they did an excellent job. This one on Baseline for my Nissan was outstanding. Everyone was very courteous., kept me informed on the progress of the repairs, maintained social distancing, and everyone I dealt with was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this Service King again, and will recommend them to friends.
Took my car in on a Tuesday and was supposed to get it by that Friday. A part didn’t come in on time so it got delayed until the next following Tuesday. They communicated well with me throughout the whole process and answered any questions I had. They even cleaned my car inside & out. Whichever lady answers the phone has a friendly tone and Tim was nice and explained everything; overall good customer service and work done on my car! I would go back for sure.

I had a large metal pole hit my new car while on the freeway and do some serious damage to the front end of my car. I was very worried about the repairs, but as soon as I dropped it off at Service King I felt a little better. It ended up taking longer than expected, but I received text updates and regular calls regarding the process and never once felt uneasy. Then when I had to pick my car up in between shifts at work, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. Their customer service is some of the best I’ve ever experienced. They somehow turned a very scary accident into a stress-free repair experience. I highly recommend them.
Anybody that has a daughter or wife dont let them go to this place!!!! My daughter received an estimate from them for $1600 when she took the car in they kept pressing to go through insurance. She did not want to go through insurance for $1600. Well once the car was in thier possession the price immediately went up to $3000. Now I write estimates on the daily and if I was that far off I would be looking for a new job!! There is a way to be honest and do a proper estimate, not here!! Needless to say now we have to pay $200 to have the car put back together to take it to an honest shop. I hope the $200 goes a long way because now I will be exposing their way of business everywhere I can.WoW all I can say is wow. Went to pick up my daughters car and I was verbally assaulted and personally insulted by the assistant manager. I asked to speak to the manager and was told the assistant manager was pulling my daughter car around. When the assistant manager pulled the car up he jumped out the car and I said to him I would like to tell you how unhappy I am with your service he immediately jumped down my throat and told me you obviously know nothing about nothing and proceeded to argue with me. I tried to explain to him that a manager should never treat a customer the way he was treating me as he continued to insult me. I then asked him to hold on a minute so I could grab my phone and record the way he was treating me, he then started to tell at me your making me uncomfortable and if you dont leave immediately I will call the cops and have you removed off our lot. I then decided to leave after telling him he was a joke and the used to call people like him griffters. Now I have worked as a service manager at the same dealership for 17 years and that does not happen by knowing nothing about nothing. In those 17 years I have never once thought about talking or treating one of my customers In the way I was tonight. I will be contacting the corporate office at this time and if nothing is done about this issue it will speak volumes of the corporation in whole.
They kept me informed on the progress of my truck and they did a really good job hope I never have to use them again but if I do get in a wreck I will go see him again

Baseline Rd. Tim always kept me informed on the status of my vehicle. When I called him he was available or returned my calls promptly. He went above and beyond just doing his job. When I wasnt being treated fairly by the other partys insurance company he was a voice for me. My car looks brand new!I would like to add that every employee I came in contact at this collision center was helpful and friendly. The employee Dawn is one in particular who helped me when I forgot to take my garage opener out of my rental car. She was a pleasure to deal with. Fast, Convenient, QualityDrop off of my damaged vehicle to leaving in an Enterprise rental car was less than 20 minutes. Time to return and repair status were communicated promptly. Complete Nightmare!!! Do not take your vehicle here!! This was the second Service King my insurance company sent me to because Service King San Tan damaged my car so badly. They cannot properly paint a vehicle and I highly recommend finding a different body shop! The Service King San Tan damaged my windows on the passenger side of my vehicle so this Service King replaced all the windows but damaged all of the motors in the process. I ended up taking my car to the Toyota Dealership to have them replaced. Now my front bumper is falling off!! unbelievable how poorly Service King works on vehicles!!!

Terrible customer service. I would not recommend the Mesa location to my worst enemy. Took them three times to fix the same mistake. Then cause another mistake trying to fix, intial problem.
I can’t say enough good things about service King. It only took 30 minutes for me to bring my car in and leave with a rental. Picking my car up only took five minutes. Everyone was very friendly, helpful, and professional.

Don’t ever do here they do awful work I took my truck in about a year ago to get the front end fixed from hitting a deer. When I bought my truck brand new it came with color matched bumpers and they decided to put a Chrome front bumper on and paint over it so all the paint on the from of my truck is chipping off and they say the have a life time warranty but when I took it back in to show them they said they can’t warranty it. The next thing is the head light they put is not stock and it already faded and some of the LED lights went out. I’ve been trying to get one from them for about 8 months now and I still don’t have a new headlight. I also forgot to mention the front bumper is loose and rattles when going down the road. I would never recommend service king to anyone in a million years!

Let me preface his review by establishing that I take meticulous care of my vehicles. In fact, I detail this particular car after every drive, so I know this vehicle inside and out.As other customers have pointed out, attention to detail is seriously lacking at this location.SK had my vehicle for 4 days, which is fine. The primary issue is that they failed to reinstall some parts. To add insult to injury the new fender is not a good fit and looks as if they just slapped it on without addressing the glaring gaps and misalignment to the hood and bumper facia. Moreover, the newly painted fender has fine swirls and scratches caused by poor buffing/polishing technique, not to mention the polish residue that was left on black plastic trim and rubber pieces.Sadly, I have to return to the shop for a second time to have missing parts installed. All of this is completely avoidable and is inexcusable for a body shop.My advise...slow down and do the job right the first time. Don’t make “rework” an acceptable part of your customer service model.Signed,A Proud Veteran.

This is the second repair I’ve had done at this shop and they continue to deliver incredible customer service. They assembled paperwork, estimates, work authorizations and all required items at a blistering pace. They were so great at communicating that I was often the hold up. I took my wifes car in for an estimate due to an accident. The other driver got the ticket so I took the car in to Service King at this insurance companies request. The appointment was set rapidly and the estimate was completed on time. Nice clean waiting area, shared parking area for estimates.
Great place. Car was completed within the time frame given and looked perfect! Justin was very helpful and even buffed out some older scratches for nothing! Front Staff including Enterprise were polite and professional.

I recently purchased a 2010 Toyota 4Runner. I noticed a section of the read bumper that wasnt true and stuck up ever so lightly. Mike came out to give me an estimate to fix it. He mentioned that there is a plastic piece that holds the bumper flush. When I asked what the cost would be to fix it he said that there would be no cost and if I could wait 10 min. it would be done. Thanks to Mike and Service King Collision Repair.
This place is amazing! Mike the mechanic updated me everyday through texts how my car was doing and they did an amazing job! My car was in a terrible accident and they did such a great job you would never be able to tell. They were friendly and went above and beyond for me. I would reccomend them! 0 stars. I have had the worst service ever. My car was moved from location to location and not looked at for almost 3 weeks. Then Vehicle was not repaired correctly the mechanic is stating doesnt have to fix issue because it didnt happen from the accident apparently our car filled with smoke before the accident we just never noticed it making us lightheaded and sick. Its a joke. Rudest customer service all aroundI am planning on calling 3 on your side and the better business burrow for more opinions and my treatmentDo your self a favor and just avoid this company all together they did not do their job correctly and will not take responsibility for their mistakes even when childrens health is involved.

Service King contacted me to let me know my vehicle was ready to pick up. Drove all the way out there and waited but instead of bringing out my car they came out and said oops its not done afterall. So promised me I would NOT be charged for the extra day for still needing the rental car due to their mistake. Then after picking it up not only was I charged for the extra day for the rental car but the new tire they had put on blew out that same day on the freeway .
This place is horrible, Ive been trying to get ahold of the service person by the name of Jeff who for some reason cant seem to call back after I blebs several messages over the last 2 weeks enquiring about a vehicle. Do not under any circumstances if you want any kind of decent customer service go to this place

Experience with Service King (and the Enterprise inside) was top notch. I was scared I’d be out of my truck for a month. I dropped it off last Monday and they were done with it by Friday!! Unreal speed and on top of that, everyone was so kind, professional, and efficient. I got text messages with updates throughout last week. They just made an annoying situation so easy and care free. And...I’ll miss that rental...it was nice! I guess I have to give a shout out to Geico also as they directed me here to utilize their Xpress service and wow was it expressed. I literally stopped to write this review before even driving off because of how blown away I was by service!!
