BEWARE!!! of this particular body shop. They not only kept my vehicle for over two months, but upon returning my vehicle, there were parts missing from the interior as well as the exterior they did not replace or put back on, as well as returning my vehicle with a blown motor that was not given to them that way when they received it !! Extremely poor communication by Mike the manager as well as his professional demeanor in treating the customer as they state on their telephone recording as a priority. A lack of assisting in rental services and upon picking my vehicle up they did not walk through the inspection and processes of the work they were supposed to have done. If you’re looking for perfection, excellent communication, true professionalism, and great pride in their work I would seek out Service King’s auto body collision or Orlando‘s auto body collision. They will clean your vehicle inside and out as well as detail it prior to picking it up. They will make sure that you walk away with a rental vehicle and will return the vehicle rental for you upon receiving your vehicle back as well as following up on any concerns that you may have in regards to any work that they have done were none of this was done by Caliber Collision !!!

I usually dont do online reviews, but I really felt that Brandon and Judy at Caliber Collision earned a 5 star from me. Everyone at this business was friendly and answered all of my questions honestly and promptly. I appreciated their guidance and helping me navigate my insurance company when I was in an accident. I will definitely recommend them to others. I hope I dont ever have the need to use a collision shop again, but believe me, they will earn my business if the need arises. Thanks!!

Hands down THE best experience Ive ever had getting work done on my car. Judy is the absolute sweetest, organized woman Ive met. Adams communication was top notch. Car done a day early. Definition of under promise (which was STILL great) and over deliver. They know how to make you feel like a VIP!

Caliber Collision repaired my car after a car accident. There was damage to my back bumper, back light and back door. They did an excellent job. My car looks brand new again.

Car came back cleaner than before it went in for collision repair, which was right on. Can not say anything about good value because insurance company paid for it!

The work was perfect. Literally. Pricy. But you get what you pay for and this work was top notch. Only thing was I use my car to make s living (delivery/grocery shopper) and was told an estimate of 2 days to do the work and it ended up being 4 1/2. So that was tough having to way to make an income for 4 days vs 2 but Im glad that at least when I got my car back it was done and the work was excellent. All the workers were very nice including Judy the front desk person whom I called 5 times a day for updates for 4 days.

Painted fender has bubbles in paint, where I was told everything was perfect. Hood shocks held hood open, but not now. Spoke with Adam and was told he would get a price and call me back, never did. Car is not as good as before accident, bubbles in paint, and need to replace hood shock, out of my own pocket.

Amazing service, got my car in really fast. Took extra effort in getting my car back to me by picking me up and bringing me to the shop before the weekend. Really appreciated that and they made the whole process effortless

My car was in the shop for a few weeks Back in May/June getting the drivers side all repaired. I left the shop with the expectation that I would get a call to be updated on the repair process of my vehicle as I was told. Days went by and I never received a call, this happened a few times. I had to take the initiative and always call. Had numerous times when they said they would call me back, but never did... So were they just not going to call me back like usual with important information?I called them to confirm pick-up from a text I received and of course, it was not ready (final details of washing and primping) so the following day was the new pick-up date (supposed to have a guaranteed completion date with a SS shop) which was a day were I was working all day and couldnt pick it up, but the last two days I had plenty of time to. Big fiasco that I figured out and was just ready to pick up my car and be done.Well I got my car and everything seemed fine. Got on the highway to only realize it was shaking and vibrating extremely hard, also pulling to the left. Then, I looked in my back seat and saw a mess on the floor, dirty seats covered in this white substance (one picture you can see the white substance in between my panels) that was bleeding into the leather holes (which is still not completely out) and was also on the Bose speaker protector against the door (cant get it off to this day 2 months later). I can understand a little dust but cmon give my car to me the way I gave it to you..SO I had to bring the car back and get another rental provided by them while these issues got fixed that should have never been there if this was properly examined the first time. There was a plastic flap that went over both rear tires, and one was hanging and needed a new clip. When I got my car back a couple days later that clip was fixed and the alignment was Better (why was it given to me if it wasnt before). When I parked my car I examined it closer and saw now the OTHER plastic flap was hanging.. Why dont they examine the car before giving it back?Not to mention the actual repair job was mediocre. There are tiny little dents in the parts they used, and just a C grade paint job. You can tell it was repaired and for someone who takes pride in keeping their car clean, this bothered me. So, for the THIRD time I had to bring my car back to get this flap in place. I didnt even mention the repair job simply because I didnt want to do this again. The only reason this got two stars over one was the lady at the front was very nice and when they did help, they seemed willing to help.

BEWARE DO NOT GO TO CALIBER COLLISION!!!Horrible customer service and unprofessional workmanship! Received a broken, damaged and unprofessionally repaired vehicle. There were rocks in the new paint. Huge gaps in all body parts. Damaged pieces still on the vehicle. Swirl marks in the “new” paint.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR! STAY AWAY!!!!!!

Had to have the front bumper, grill, and front splash guard replaced. They worked well with our insurance, we got in for an estimate right away. Everyone from the receptionist to Adam who did our estimate and kept us informed about the progress, and the people making the repairs were really great. And the facility inside and out was well kept and clean. Caliber Collisions is a great place!

I have used CC in three different states. It was a pleasure to find out here in Arizona that CC has the same professionalism as the states of Texas and Colorado. Michael Burke really did a great job taking control of this job. His team completed some body damage that occurred recently and they realized after the work was done, they didnt like the way it looked. So Mike started all over, stripped the paint back down and redid it. Because they ended up keeping the car longer than anticipated not only did Mike agree to cover 2 days of my rental car, but took care of almost half the rental bill. Id recommend these guys to anyone. Not any body shop would start a job completely over because THEY didnt like how it looked. Thanks Mike!

Just an amazing place

Places where professional Meats personal. Had to use them a couple times do to bad drivers here in Phoenix. Never once did they disappoint, even on Friday afternoon a holiday weekend 30 minutes before close. These guys are the best they go above and beyond and make sure its done right the first time.

Brought my brand new truck in that was in a minor accident. I wanted my truck back to the way it was the day I bought it. They made this happen and it is perfect again . From start to finish it took less than 3 days and I was only without my vehicle for an hour of that time. Paint match was perfect and my baby looks brand new. Everyone at this facility (3860 main st), was great! Judy the front desk receptionist was very kind and got me setup well. Alex my service advisor was also great! I dropped the car off around 20 mins before advertised closing time and Alex let me know they would have an estimate done/close to do the next morning. I received a call around 8:44 A.M with the news that they were done with there estimate due to reaching a high number and explained the next steps and where the car would be going. Its very unfortunate that my Lexus I only had for 10 days is going to be totalled, but Judy and Alex made there role easy to understand and to navigate. Would deffiendtly recommend this shop even though I had very limited interaction due to the nature of the damage my car sustained when I was hit. Thank you Alex and Judy! -Warren

Our car has been in their shop since September. My husband was rear-ended mid-August, the bumper needed replacing and of course painted. We did have to wait for a part to be shipped from GM and naturally GM went on strike. However mid-October we were told the part was in and our Corvette would be completed close to the end of the month, that then turned to the end of November. We were then informed they didnt fully inspect the vehicle and didnt know how bad the damage was; we started to worry that itd be considered totaled. Called December 30th, was told there is a new person managing our car, called the first week of January and they were still working on our car. We kept being told the Corvette will soon be ready. January 10th we were informed the car was almost finished but the hood had to be re-painted because of scratch marks....why was the hood scratched in the first place when the work done on the vehicle was on the back? It underwent a second painted job because it was done incorrectly while being fixed. Finally, January 14th, we were told it was completed. My husband went to look over the vehicle, and when looking over the back-end of the Corvette it was noticed that there was a drip mark on the bumper from the paint job and the Corvette emblem was broken. My husband found these issues, no one pointed them out. Either they knew of those mistakes and figured it wouldnt be noticed by my husband, or they didnt properly inspect the car before informing us it was completed. I believe there was also someone else managing our Corvette at this time, to be honest, Ive lost count.We will be in contact with the Attorney Generals, Mark Brnovich, office to discuss these issues and more. Especially if they continue to perform inadequately, have atrocious managing skills, take their sweet time and try pass off a paint job that was poorly executed. Should fixing a bumper take 4 months long? Should a company known for quality work and detailing cars produce such an abomination on our beautiful Corvette? I think not. Dont bother bringing your business to this company/location, it will only cause you heartache.

Hands down the best experience Ive had with an Auto Body Shop. I worked with Rob who was super on the ball and took great care of me. They got the car finished before they said they would have it time. They saved me money as well. I highly recommend these guys!!

Truck wasn’t ready on time, when it was ready their was dirt in the paint and parts that were unpainted. They had to repaint the bumper. I gave them information to order the hitch that was damaged in the wreck multiple times. Still ordered the wrong parts.Now, two months later I go to use my truck to tow a small trailer and the aftermarket bumper cover doesn’t securely hold the plugin for the wires so it’s popping out.Just poor customer service all the way around, service, quality, wrong parts, and delay after delay.

Im giving it a couple stars becouse up front they will tell you how there going to fix all the damage . Left it in my wifes hand after the initial . Well should of been there on final inspection . Things on report that were to be replaced were not . If your going to paint a body panel fix the entire panel not just the damage . When you do an initial do what you say your going to do . I wouldnt go back here and definitly wont recommend . They will just get you in the door and do shady work . very untrustworthy . Also when they said car would be done it was late .still have damage from the accident now got to fork out my own money . For what the insurance paid could of repainted entire car and fixed damage . Lazy thats what it is .
