Dino and his crew were awesome! Someone back into my vehicle at The Grand Canyon. They damaged my car just above the left headlight. Dino gave me a reasonable estimate and told me how long it would take to complete the job. It was all done within the given time frame. My vehicle looked like new. You couldn’t tell it was ever hit. My friend went to get an appraisal an was greeted by Mr. Dino, who examined the damage an presented an appraisal estimate. he showed my friend everything in writing that would be done an how long it would talk. i was abit impressed by his manner of talking TO him an not as a salesman.

I purchased a used 2018 Toyota Camry that was repaired by these guys. Quarter panel was replaced and the paint match was good but there’s water leaking through the gas door pocket. This part is sealed to the quarter when installed. Upon inspection in the trunk I could see all the metal shavings and pieces of metal cut out when they installed it. It was just sitting in there. Mig weld wire left on all the welds. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

I purchased a new 20017 Toyota Tacoma from Big Two Toyota in Chandler. A man backed into my rear driver’s door. His insurance paid close to $2000.00 in repairs to Big Two Toyota. I took my 2017 Toyota to Big Two Auto Body, Because of the Big Two Toyota’s name and Big Two Auto Body asuured me they could match the paint color because it was a 2017 Toyota. After a week at Big Two Auto body I got my truck back. The color was perfect but the bodywork was subpar. I spoke with Rich who asked me to give him a chance to make it right. After 2nd attempt and another week I go my truck back the body work was much better. But when I picked up the truck it was under canopy. I got home and realized that the rear door paint color was not matched well. I also noticed that the dealer installed door guard was not replaced. Very disappointed

Every time my wife and I would call no one would answer. We had to leave voice mails asking for a call back each time, then wait hours for no one to call. When contact was finally made we were told they werent accepting any new work until January 13th. When we called the 12th we got told theyre not accepting anything till the 27th! I give you, were just going to cancel our warranty and use the refund to do the work somewhere else.

They stand behind their work. We had an unfortunate accident of a semi side-swiping our car on our trip down to Arizona for the winter. Not knowing which auto body shop to trust, I decided to bring my Toyota Highlander to Big Two Body Shop because I have been pleased with the service at Big Two Toyota. After the work was done, there was an issue with the paint finish when we went to pick it up. I was not pleased, and asked them to make it right. It could have been an uncomfortable situation, but the team graciously agreed it was not right and assured me they would make it right, and they did. I think the important message here is that although a mistake was made (which can happen), they were willing to stand behind their work and made it right, even though it meant redoing the paint job. It was a teachable moment for their paint person, but more importantly told me you can trust them to stand behind their work.

Provided a very detailed quote. Upon fixing my bumper they realized they did not need some of the clips and deducted the cost from my quote. Originally estimated a 2-3 day repair and did it in 2. I am very happy with the service.

We have had probably for repairs made at this body shop. Im very picky. They do a very good job. They are not perfect but they come very close. They guarantee their repairs for lifetime, so what does it really matter?

Workers tone come off strong, rude, untrustworthy & somewhat disrespectful. Would rather go elsewhere, as Im not ready to deal with unlikable people. Some people are just not cut out for customer service.

First off I would like to clarify that the saleman did an awesome job. His sales manager was unprofessional and hard to deal with and initially my thought was that I would NEVER go here again.Less than a year later, I had a young woman drive into the back of my truck while texting. I thought it would be best to have the dealer do the bodywork. BIG MISTAKE! One month later I go in to check the status of my truck since I have not received any calls from them on the status. WOW, they have NOT even started working on it and gave me some excuse about only having 1 frame machine and I was third on the list. What? Are you kidding me. This is the DEALERs bodyshop. I called the insurance company to complain and by the way, the check they sent out on 10/23/17 was STILL sitting in the envelope, uncashed. Just reinforces my original thought. AVOID BIG TWO TOYOTA!
