Great prices on getting your car fixed. If your car is out of warranty go to Tri-City. They will beat the manufacturer price by a long shot. My family has been using them for years. Highly recommend and trusted with my business.

GREAT PLACE

Incredibly rude and not willing to work with you. They have two locations and are not transparent about that. This is especially irritating because only one is listed on google maps. The two ladies that work the phones are dismissive and rude. Not the type of people you want to deal with in a time of crisis such as after a car accident.EDIT: A year later now the owner is being a petulant child because they cant handle a bad review. What a horrible look for this company. Disgusting subhumans.

Absolute worst service I have ever experienced. The man refused to pick up the vehicle accusing me of it being a personal issue when it was not. My dealership themselves were even the ones to arrange it to be towed to have a key made for it. The guy on the phone was extremely rude, kept cutting me off while I was trying to explain and honestly clearly never learned how to properly communicate with anyone in his life.

They are not interested in the well being of your car. They mark up your window, then make you clean it when you pick your car up. They are terrible with people. Just looking for the quick insurance dollar. Please dont use this company.
