First of all, Coach Works Auto Body is a local business which is always a major win for someone like me who likes to support local businesses to the best of their ability. I believe this business has been open locally since about ’86 which I was personally informed of through casual conversation, but I also noticed the year date proudly stated on the business sign on the premises. It didnt take much to find them online either. A simple google search will do—I was particularly looking for collision repair when I ran into Coach Works (CW) on Google. In fact, this has actually been about a 2-3 month-long search prior to landing on CW. Previously, I had been going to auto shops nonstop asking and receiving various quotes. When I pulled up to CW for a quote, not only did they provide me with a long term solution, but they did the extraordinary and also gave me a full array of all my options which also included a short-term solution. This was never said or done with any other places I had gotten quotes from prior to visiting CW. This piece of information was extremely pertinent and considerate of my situation without CW even knowing it and that is what outstanding business does for you. Quality business is honest, transparent, and masterfully critical of your situation; that is something you will find with Coach Works Auto Body. Not only is this business’ heart in the right place, but so is the wit for the craft. It takes heightened, critical expertise for one to be able to assess my car the way that CW had handled the analysis. As I mentioned earlier, I was provided a full array of all the avenues I could take to fix my car and that takes a heightened level of expertise. Additionally, CW immediately corrected a prior diagnosis that had been given to my car and reported to me anything else found in the car that seemed skeptical—and that takes a critical level of expertise. I will for sure be mentioning Coach Works Auto Body to all my family and friends in need and for all my future needs as well. It is comforting to have an auto body shop you can genuinely reply on.
Saying that Coach Works is one of the best things that’s happened to me in my life is honestly an understatement. From The City Beginning they were very clear and communicative along every step of the way. They presented me with several options and told me how each one would turn out they assisted me with the insurance company so that I wouldn’t get taken advantage of. How long every step of the way the insurance company tried blaming them for problems the insurance company had created. Thanks to their quick communication and keeping me in the loop along with clear understanding I was able to reach a conclusion and demand justice. I highly recommend the shop
Recently had to use Coach Works to repair my F-350. Highly recommend their services. The damages done to my truck were very severe. The initial claim to fix my Super Duty was a measly $10,000. With more investigation we come to find out the frame was bent, as well as much other damages and it was going to be substantially more than that. Not only did I get taken care of as a customer, I felt as if he treated me as family. I was kept updated with every piece of information proceeding forward with the claims process with both parties of insurance and was not made a middle man. Most importantly, with safety in mind and having to replace parts on my vehicle, they made sure everything put into my truck was in good quality condition. My insurance tried sending them a used radiator to put into my truck and Matt inspected it and noticed it was in very poor condition and made sure that no junk like that was put into my vehicle. Honestly I think my truck drives better and looks better now, than before it was hit! I can’t thank them enough for taking as good of care of my vehicle as they did (as I take very good care of my vehicles and take deep pride in them.) As-well as how they’ve treated me as an individual. 10/10 will recommend Coach works to any of my friends or family.
Coach Works Auto Body is fantastic! My car had some things going on and I am not very educated on car issues/parts. I had just moved to the area. I gave Coach Works a call and Nicole spoke with me about what could have been going on and was so friendly and patient with my lack of knowledge. She was transparent about potential diagnostic costs and assured me that they would be happy to help me out. From the moment of the initial call to now driving my fixed car, the experience was nothing short of fantastic. Matt went above and beyond to work with me to get my car fixed and was incredibly friendly. He kept me in the loop on all things and got the job done quickly and well and with my best financial interest in mind. I’m so thankful I found this family business. They are honest, friendly, and great at what they do!
Matt and his team at Coach Works have done a number of projects on my Silverado. Everything from insurance repair to tinting my taillights. Most recently I tasked them with installing fiberglass fenders and bedsides on my Silverado. This was a task that the team had not attempted before. I am so extremely happy with how everything turned out! Matt kept me updated on the project extremely regularly and with plenty of photos of the progress. The factory silver metallic paint is very hard to match but Matt was able to do it with ease. The paint is even better than it was from the factory.I get compliments on how great my truck looks all the time and have Matt and the team at Coach Works to thank.
I cannot say enough good things about Matt and Coach works! My wife and daughter were in a collision and although the vehicle was totaled we took our vehicle to Matt for an inspection. Upon review Matt found several areas of the vehicle that were improperly repaired previously that may or may not have resulted in the extent of the new vehicle damage! These guys are top notch and extremely thorough look no father when seeking a trusted shop to take care or your vehicle!
Matt and team were easy to work with. I felt I was in good hands from the start. Matt was honest and fair with this estimate with no hidden charges or surprises. In addition to using only manufacturers parts. My vehicle looks terrific! Thanks again Coachworks. I’ve already referred a friend.
Matt Radman was extremely helpful and highly professional in replacing one of my front headlights. He fixed it immediately and I did not have to wait at all! Matt saved me a ton of money as I was planning on going to the dealership. I highly recommend Coach Works Auto Body and will be going back again! Thank you!
What more could I ask for? Professional, honest, communicative, knowledgeable and very helpful in dealing with the insurance company. I couldnt imagine a better experience. Thanks to Matt Radman and the company as a whole. Ive worked with several body shops in the past, and hands down, Coach works is my one and only recommendation.
Everything was excellent. They kept me informed of the process, everyone was friendly and courteous, and my car looks great. I would recommend Coach Works to everyone!
Horrible experience with this company! Unresponsive to texts and phone calls! Tried to charge me $1350 for storage while my car was there for an estimate!! And they charged me almost $1,900 for an estimate which came back more than twice what my closest estimate was!! They did not inform me when I dropped it off that I would be paying for an estimate ever!! I would not have agreed to this!! Most shops will provide an estimate for free!! I had never even heard of a body shop charging for an estimate. The first time Matt even mentioned a fee was after the vehicle had been there a week and I was told by the other party that we only had the rental for another week. I wanted to come pick up the car to get the second estimate myself and Matt said they had $500 into measures. I was shocked when the bill was for almost $1,900. We were hit by a postal worker and their driver was cited so we had no reason to use our insurance. Post office is privately insured and requested two estimates. Eventually I had to open a claim with our insurance co and got two additional estimates for less than 10K. Parts on all three estimates were very close to the same, where Coach Works inflated their estimate was in the labor costs...no frame damage all parts Coachworks were replacing are being replaced. When I told Matt the post office may require a 2nd estimate from a independent party that I picked and not one that he wanted to use, he told me I just shot myself in the foot. Also told my my car was not drivable but in fact I was able to drive it home, to a new body shop for a free estimate and back to another shop so it was drivable. They never insisted on it having to be towed nor did they offer to make any arrangements to have this done. These claims are completely false. Marina told me the spare tire compartment was completely collapsed which was also a lie. I did not come to the shop unannounced either, I have the text message that I sent to Marina stating that I needed to come and get the car. The only part on their own measure that showed off was the impact bar which was being replaced. They wanted to total this car for no reason, didnt want to do the repairs and just collect the estimate fee and storage fee from the insurance company because this is how they make their money on totaled cars. Unfortunately this has damaged my relationship with the owner of the company and I cannot in good conscious refer anyone else to use their services.
Thanks to Matt and the Coach Works team! They took care of me as if I were family. Great people that only do the best and most professional work!
Matt and team: All of the quotes for work were not only reasonable, but accurate to the final work. Matt always consulted me to insure I was the one making the important decisions. He helped me obtain the paint color that I dreamed of putting on. He bent over backwards to help me get this project done. His expertise and knowledge was obvious. I cant think of any person Ive hired to do work that I have trusted more to be honest and treat me fairly. Up until the very end, Matt went above and beyond my expectations. From putting parts together, to helping me load and unload, to fastening on final pieces of hardware to transport it safely, to calling me to make sure I made it home safely with my Scout, he worked to make the experience exceptional.Project: I started a restoration project on my 1971 Scout II and began to strip paint to bare metal to identify rust spots and get them cut out. I live in Northern Arizona and quickly ran out of time with the season turning to winter and feared my bare metal Scout body might rust out over the winter. I called many shops in Arizona and Matt was the only one willing to take on this project on my terms. He took the job to prime it to protect it and then deal with the rust spots. I had parts shipped to his shop and we worked closely to get the work identified on the body. After the initial work was done I was able to come up with funds to do full paint on it as well. I had trouble getting the chassis finished and down to him and he was patient and went out of his way to help me get it into the shop. The rust removal, replacement, and body work is beautiful. My project would have never been this successful without his help.
My family and I were hit by another car and Matt and his family did a fantastic job taking care of us. Unfortunately the truck was a total loss, but they provided us with detailed pics beyond what they put into their packet for the insurance company for me to take to USAA and argue for a higher condition rating on my truck. To cap it all, they took off my Chevy emblem to have as a keepsake before it got hauled away to the junkyard.Lastly, Matt has looked at another potential truck purchase to give it a quick inspection to help bring me peace of mind before buying it. All in all, they’re an awesome mom and pop that goes above and beyond in what they do to take care of their customers. Don’t hesitate to take your vehicle in.
My car was totaled in an accident and the entire Coachworks team took care of me like I was one of their own! They were very nice, professional & upfront about any and all costs. Im not too familiar with cars and they made everything seamless and explained everything to me in detail. They even helped me clean out my entire car and bagged all of my belongings for me. HUGE thank you to Marina, Nicole and the whole team!! 🥰🥰
I am so happy a friend recommended Coach Works Auto Body. They have helped me get my company cars back on the road and kept me from settling for anything less than a quality repair. Coach Works is the best!
I love this place! Our family has been going for years. They are so nice and friendly, some of the most honest mechanics I know. They do amazing work! You wont be disappointed!
Matt is so great to work with! Very professional and honest which is hard to come by in this industry!
Felt like bringing my vehicle to a professional friend who was attentive to detail and accuracy.
Good quality work he stayed on top of my insurance and they did a wonderful job on my van
Matt is a very genuine guy! Recommend to anybody in need!!
Great service & Great family business! Coach Works helped me when I was rear ended in my minivan, Matts first priority was to make sure my family & I were ok and assured me that he would do everything needed to make sure I was taken care of. That was exactly what happened, every step of the way Matt, Marina & Nicole helped me with everything start to finish with my claim. I cant thank everyone at Coach Works enough!
The reason I chose this body shop years ago was simple. Its a family run business with attention to their customers needs. They have been in business in the same location in Mesa for many years. That in itself speaks volumes in todays world. I know if I need anything automotive related I can call Matt who is the owner, and he will make it happen. Coach Works Auto Body delivers on to time and within budget. If you need auto work call them. You wont be disappointed. I wouldnt go anywhere else.
Everything about my experience here was amazing. Matt communicated with my insurance company and made sure I got top quality parts for my car. It looks and drives like new. Even with matching paint!! Great job and thank you!!
Coach works was amazing and super helpful during my two car accidents Nov2019 and Feb2020. They were understanding that I needed time to gather myself and make decisions. They were also genuinely concerned for me and my family’s safety above all. They went above and beyond to ensure they did everything they could to try and fix the cars(even though they both ended up being totaled). They still put in the work to try. 10/10 would recommend them to anyone I know
On the recommendation of a friend, I took my Honda CRV to Coach Works for the first time for some much needed repair. The first person I talked to on the phone was Marina, the owner. She was kind, patient and asked all the right questions and then listened. I immediately felt like I could trust her and that I would be in good hands. I was able to take my car in quickly and was informed of a realistic timeline. Matt was equally as nice and easy to talk to on the phone. He explained exactly what the problem was and gave me some economic options for how to get non-urgent items done in the future. For example, You might want to wait to get the highlights cleaned out and polished and have that done at the same time as the bodywork and that will SAVE you $$$ on labor. I really appreciated Matt telling me that. When I came to pick up my car, Matt showed me the part and where it had been leaking. The employees at Coach Works are like a family! I have to drive 30+ minutes to get there, but it was definitely worth the drive! These guys are knowledgeable and trustworthy and reasonable!
Great family business and really took care of my Mazda :-)
Good people. Great service.
I’ve had a bunch of experiences with repair shops, and the folks at Coach Works were hands down the best I’ve worked with in 37 years. Efficient, dependable, and most of all, operating from a basis of integrity. Matt and co there did incredible and timely work for me for several of my vehicles. They said what they meant and meant what they said. That’s all I ask from a person, and that’s what they gave me. I highly recommend them!
Matt helped me, I found him to have great knowledge & skill. The service was top quality at a fair price!
Matt and his team do great work. Communication is much better than his competitors. I’ve seen a lot of the before and after work and it’s always been excellent. He did a repair on my Mercedes and full metal (Weld and fit) on a classic that came out as promised.
My wife and I love going to Coach Works for our paint and auto body needs. Not only do they do great work but they happen to be really nice(hard to find in the auto body industry). Over the years we’ve had everything from custom paint to small dent repair done by Matt and his staff. Everything is done in a timely manner and to our specifications. We plan on using them again in the near future.
If you’re looking for great quality work, impeccable customer service and just a great team. Go check these guys at Coach Works out. Matt and his team to care of my truck like it was there own. Highly recommended!
Auto Body did a complete restoration of my sons 1967 Mustang. The restoration was a gift from his mother and me for being a good sonand having two tours in Afghanistan. It was important to us. I metwith Matt at Coach Works a bit more than 4 year ago. We planned theproject and I turned the car over to him. Shortly after I was diagnosedwith cancer and spent the next two years in severe treatments. Then Ispent a year in Germany, all this time not being able to engage as muchin the project as I should. But, Matt kept the car, worked on it as Iwas able to engage, and completed the project. A big project like thisis like building a house, there is a period after completion where youfind the bugs. Matt was very responsive and engaging, and a nice guy.The car is now beautiful and near perfect!
Matt and his team did an awesome job on my car that was in a fender bender. It was done in a timely manner and a quality job! I will definitely use them again for all our cars and I will be referring all my family and friends to them! Thanks for everything Coach works!!!
Matt was very professional and took the time to explain the process for fixing a dent in the car. He did an excellent job and I would highly recommend this family owned small business . Thanks Matt for a great job!
These guys are wonderful. They helped me with my car that had been in an accident that was not my fault and also helped me get, finally, a fair payment from my insurance. If it was not for Matt and Coachworks I would have gotten $2000 less from the insurance. They have since done great maintenance work on both my cars. Most of his work is autobody but I trust him so much that I take my cars to him for all things. Customer for life.
So I had my car at the dealership and was told my service to fix my car would be $1300 and my car may overheat and catch fire if I didnt fix it. I asked if they could just disconnect the woofer that was making the noise and was told no it would be too difficult. So I called Coachworks and Matt literally took maybe 10 minutes to pop it out and disconnect AND at a less than a fraction of the cost.*2nd opinions are important call Coachworks, they are honest and professional.
Coach Works Auto Body repaired our vehicle after an accident. The work was excellent, done professionally, and in the timeframe indicated. Was recommended to Coach Works by a friend. Would recommend them in the future.
Great work done, very friendly personal.
There is a reason why Coach Works Auto Body is still in business for all these years! Their customer service is amazing & my vehicle got a top notch quality repair! They are upfront and honest! They have no problems with walking you through the whole process of dealing with the insurance company. I am truly thankful that there is a body shop I can trust and count on!
Go here first! In July of 2014, my little Mazda 6 was rear-ended by a Nissan Titan. The damage to my trunk and back bumper didnt look bad but it totaled the truck. I took my car to a DIFFERENT auto body shop and they told me it could be repaired (despite the entire frame being bent in) and I waited the typical 2-3 weeks to get my car back.Once I got my car back, I noticed the trunk and the back bumper didnt align the way it used to. I shrugged it off and didnt think anything about it.In March 2017, I took my car to Coach Works to have them look at a ding I put in my bumper when I backed up into a tree and they noticed the alignment of the back bumper the way I did. They asked me if I had ever had work done to the car. After I told them yes, they asked if I cared if they took a look at the work they did to make sure it was repaired properly and safely. After one look, they called me a rental car and they said theres no way were letting you keep driving this car. Had it just been me, I probably wouldnt have worried about it, but because the repairs were done improperly, if I had got rear-ended again, the back end could have potentially buckled in (not absorbing the hit the way it was designed to do). I have two young boys that sit in the back, and one is still in a car seat. I couldnt imagine if I WASNT aware of this and just happened to get rear-ended again. After several weeks of fighting with the original auto body shop, Coach Works was able to get me an insurance settlement and into a new vehicle that was safe for my family and I. They stood by my side and fought for me and what was right. Their passion and their commitment to safety is UNHEARD OF in todays world.Coach Works definitely has the customers BEST interest at heart. Before you go ANYWHERE else, PLEASE go here first. If you feel like you had repairs that were done improperly, take your vehicle to Coach Works. They will fight for you to get into a safe vehicle.Thank you Coach Works, I am eternally thankful and I LOVE my new vehicle!
The crew at coach works cant be beat. Not only is their work impeccable, the price is even better. My car looks even better then before my fender better. Fast friendly and reliable.
The repair on my vehicle was done in a timely manner and it was very clean nice work. The owners were friendly and nice to me and they gave me a feeling like I was not just a customer but a part of their family. Since then I have sent other people to them and they all have called me back to thank me for sending them to this location.
Spoke with Matt to explain my situation with vehicle and sure enough Matt was grateful on reaching out to me and giving me options. Giving superior service than what I had with previous auto body shops. Definitely recommend Matt and his shop for any body repair.
I was rear ended in my Titan, and Coach Works fixed her right up! They did a beautiful job matching up the paint and fixing the entire back end of my truck. I was very happy with the service! I highly recommend taking any vehicle to them!
I encountered Coach Works when it was referred to me by my insurance agent following an accident. The service performed for me included a tow of my car from a Hyundai dealership many miles from Mesa and then a detailed inspection to give me an estimate of the damage and cost to repair my fairly new car. Matt kept in constant contact and provided the comprehensive inspection documentation as well as a verbal explanation that helped me understand that the car had substantial undercarriage damage and, ultimately, needed to be totaled. Everything this shop did helped me get the info my insurance company needed to determine my automobile was a total loss. Coach Works’ Service was professional and all-encompassing and helped ease a difficult situation for a retired, divorced, single woman! I highly recommend this business!!
I’ve used this business several times over the years. They do awesome work! I love the family business atmosphere! You guys are great 😀
Great service at great prices. They are fast and friendly. I highly recommend Coach Works!
Coach Works always puts customer service first. First rate family run business!
Great company, great experience. They took care of me and walked us through the whole process after an accident
Coach works is great. They were professional and quick in diagnosing my steering problems. I would definitely recommend them to everyone. Thanks Matt for your great service!
I would definitely recommend Coach Works Auto Body for accident repairs or any vehicle repair. Their customer service, communication, and quality of work is amazing. I always refer people to their shop for any service. Get ahold of Matt, you wont be disappointed.
Matt and everyone I came in contact with at Coach Works was super friendly, helpful, and attentive. Not only was the part that I needed received overnight (after expecting delays due to COVID-19 delays), but replaced install took approximately a ☝🏼 minute. NO JOKE! Not only did Matt do my replacement install, but he also did a full walk around my vehicle informing me of potential hazardous dings in my car. Something I would assume is small, that could lead to something very large - WITH COMPLETE DRIVER AND PASSENGER safety in mind! Don’t take your car to the dealership. Locally owned and operated. Go here over anywhere else!
I have used Coach Works Auto Body for accident repairs twice. Their customer service, communication, and quality of work is second to none. I will always refer people to their shop for any service that they offer.
Matt quickly took care of my truck, same day, in and out quickly and super awesome to work with. Honest and dependable, don’t hesitate to use them.
I had damage to my right side back passenger door. I thought it was all cosmetic. The technician at Coach Works showed me that the door had actually been compromised and was definitely a safety issue. I have small children and we were in a horrible accident in 2019 where we were T-boned. I couldnt imagine having another accident and not having the proper safety features of the car intact. I was truly grateful he showed me this as I wasnt sure whether or not to go ahead with what I just thought was going to be a cosmetic repair. The door was changed out and so was the back quarter panel. They did an amazing job with the paint and it was like I had a brand new car again. The quality of the work was excellent and the front office staff was wonderful. They took care of everything with the insurance and even gave me a roll of toilet paper during the shortage! lol I will be taking my familys vehicles back to Coach Works for any other car work that arises!
Matt and his crew at Coach Works are the best in the business. My family and I have been helped by Matt for over 15 years.Great company and great service.
I have worked with Coach Works twice now and will never take my business to any other shop. Not only are they professional and knowledgeable they also have the back of their customers!! Matt is wonderful to work with and is prompt with returning phone call and explaining the entire process from start to finish. They are full service right down to being able to notarize your paperwork. I highly recommend this establishment!!
Coach Works has been my go to body shop for a few years now. I have had experiences from vehicles totaled in accidents all the way to getting custom paint on my truck. Matt and Marina are Very professional and knowledgeable. The clients safety is priority and that’s why I will always come back.
I was in a hit and run on a Saturday when the shop was closed. I called Matt the shop manager of Coach works and he called a tow truck over to my location and came to inspect the damage on his day off.He got right to work on my vehicle the next day and kept me updated throughout the process. My Insurance company would not send out an estimator to look at my vehicle so Matt sent detailed photos and talked back and forth with my insurance. My Insurance wanted to do the cheapest repair job possible on my vehicle which would put me in an unsafe vehicle. At the end of the process my insurance finally listened and followed what Matt advised to do who u was total the vehicle. If you’re looking for a trusted shop in your local area these guys will take good care of you.
I took my 2006 Mustang to Coach Works Auto Body after it was rear ended last year. They made it look like it never happened! Thank you, Matt (and others who worked on it) for the fantastic job on my car!
There is no better body shop in AZ then Coach Works. Matt and his crew are far superior to those other shops, who are in your ins cos in back pocket! Go to Coach Works. You will be very glad you did!!
They did a fantastic job and were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. They made the headaches of a bad situation bearable by providing customer service that is second to none. Coachworks has been and will be my go to for any auto body need.
My business relies on a fleet of 17 vehicles to stay in operation, Coach Works has always gone out of their way to keep me from losing my revenue stream resulting from disabled vehicles. Their focus on quality workmanship is apparent and their attention to their customers needs is more than appreciated.Dennis Poulin, President, R&G Vent Cleaning Services, Inc.
Great family owned business that treats you like family! Kept me in the loop every step of the way and made sure my truck was fixed right! Marina, Nicole & Matt Thank you again! and you have a customer for life!
Matt the owner did a great job keeping me informed and making sure my truck repairs were done correctly without cutting corners.Jeff the painter did a phenomenal job, truck looks better than when I first purchased it.All around good honest company. Would def do business with them again if I’m unlucky enough to be in another accident.
Everyone at coach works was really friend and professional. Matt went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle was fixed to its pre accident condition. I was kept informed every step of the way with the status if my vehicle and its process he explained everything to so i knew exactly what was going on. They truly have their customers back and best interest at heart! My insurance tried to cut corners and do the repairs the cheap way and Matt fought them tooth and nail to ensure my vehicle was repaired properly. I will definitely be returning my business to Coach works. I Would definitely recommend Coach works for anyone with auto body needs you will not be disappointed
Took the time to get paint perfectly matched for new front trim on hood. So freakin happy
The owners are as genuine and honest of business owners youll ever come to meet. Most body shops take as much of your insurance money they can get away with, cut corners on repair, and pocket the bulk of that money. Leaving you and your family unknowing and in an unsafe vehicle. Not here. These people care about doing it right or not at all. Had a couple jobs performed here and have always been pleasantly surprised and impressed by their attention to detail and honesty.
Coachworks is by far the best auto body shop I’ve ever done business with. I would, and have recommended them to anyone needing auto body work.
They gave a great evaluation on my toyota 4runner and did all they could to help me get the vehicle repaired rather then totalled. They treated me like family and i am confident they will do the same for anyone who visits them
Great service and customer service. Being a small, family business shows through how they treat you. Would highly recommend.
I had previously took my car to get work done at a different shop and wasn’t happy with what was done so i took it to coach works and got to work with Matt radman and i couldn’t ask for a better experience! He listened to my issues with the previous work done and kept me updated with the progress of my car the whole time from beginning to end! Would recommend coach work and specifically working with Matt!!
My 2013 Fiat Abarth has been rear ended, by an F150. Matt’s first question was, “are you ok?”. That was very important to me. I took my car to him and felt confident she was in good hands. Unfortunately, the damage was so severe, she was a total loss. He treated us with respect and offered great advice on what to do next. We will continue to work with and seek vehicle advice from Matt and Marina at Coachworks auto body in Mesa, AZ.
Down to earth family business that puts the customer first. Quality work. Thanks Coach Works
They were very friendly and easy to work with very knowledgeable about the work that needed to be done and worked well with my insurance company to get my truck fixed beautifully after my accident!! Highly recommended!!
Matt Radman at coach works is probably the only auto body mechanic in town who truly has the best interest of his customer at heart. He will make sure that your car gets repaired correctly or he will die trying. Even though my vehicle was a total loss. He walked me through the process. Told me how to deal with the insurance company and even took a look at the new car I was going to buy. One thing he helped me to realize was that when looking for a new car. The internet price is typically the best price youre going to get from a dealership. So if the Internet pricing for a vehicle is out of your budget dont waste your time trying to talk them down. And dont let your insurance tell you that you can talk them down, its just not true. Thanks for your help and support Matt.
Best company I have worked with in the valley, if you want a team that knows their trade inside and out; gives you honest and detailed assessments when you have collision work; puts your interests and safety above all else; and is willing to walk you through any questions you have than this is company for you. I found them through a friends recommendation and since than have never went anywhere else when I need car body work done.
Great service. Informative even drove me home.
Full auto inspection and services after accident. Great help in dealing with insurance and getting all matters resolved quickly.
Matt was great and fixed my truck in only a day or two after ordering a part and diagnosing what was wrong. It works great now and was flexible with the schedule of drop off and pick up
Took my 2018 Ram 3500 Dually PU in after an accident. I am very glad I selected Coach Works to complete the body work and repairs. The Insurance Adjuster tried to down play the amount of the damage because on the surface it didnt look like much. However, Coach Works fought to make sure that my truck was returned as good as new. Matt was very professional, courtesy and kept me informed as the repairs progressed. They delivered my truck in excellent condition and within the time frame estimated. I would strongly encourage anyone who needs body work to select Coach Works!
When I lived in Mesa and had a mechanical issue on my truck Coach works was One of the places I trusted most. Matt is honest and won’t tell you to fix anything that doesn’t need fixing. That seems to be a rare thing when it comes to mechanics.
They just looked at my car and noticed it wasn’t repaired correctly by another body shop. They took care of me like family when that other shop didn’t perform quality work. Which essentially put my life in danger. They ultimately saved my life! I will forever be a customer here!
I recently took my car to Coach Works after hitting a deer, 3 hours from home. Matt worked with me to arrange my car delivery to his shop and quickly began working with the insurance company to get the work authorized. There was quite a bit more damage than I would have expected, and felt that Matt had my safety and best interest in mind as he made sure not to cut any corners with my repairs. I felt like I was in good hands and my car is now good as new! I would highly recommend Matt and Coach Works for any collision repairs.
This place is AMAZING! By far the best service I have ever received from an auto body shop. I drive a lot and unfortunately get into a lot of fender bender and this shop was so good I tell everyone. The work they did is precise and my insurance company paid for everything without bickering. When I got my car back you would never know I was in an accident. Highly recommend!
I first found Coach Works through a series of web searches when I was looking for a place I could trust with my classic car. They did a thorough job replacing a rusted panel and helped maintain the original look I was going for. They even went through and replaced a few nuts and bolts that were missing or beyond repair all over the car. Every few days during my restoration project Id come across a nut here or a bolt there that they replaced that they must have spotted during their repairs. Thats above and beyond. When my newer daily driver got hit, they were my first thought. I decided I wanted to replace the original paint with something custom, and Matt worked with me every step of the way. We put our heads together and came up with a design and color scheme that turned out absolutely stunning. Naturally, with that type of project youre bound to have slight imperfections and Matt was very quick to schedule follow ups to get every last piece in mint condition. You have to be careful when youre looking for a shop. Some of them are owned by the very insurance companies that insure your car. Matts shop is definitely a mom n pop style shop, and Im more than happy to trade my money for their great work.
I just had my first accident and I couldn’t have had a better experience from a body shop. Everyone was so nice and helped me every step of the way! They were very thorough and professional and explained the process and kept me updated daily. They also helped me understand all the paperwork so I could better negotiate with the insurance company once my truck was totaled. Thank you Coach Works!
Great customer service
The people at coachworks are absolutely wonderful. They are always willing to work with you and do an excellent job. I had a small bumper issue and was able to get in and out in an hour. Thank you so much guys, I will definitely bring my car to you in the future!
Excellent service and care. They went above and beyond for me while dealing with a particularly frustrating insurance company. In every step of the process they assisted me with compassion and understanding. Found my go-to mechanic for sure! Highly recommend!
This place is awesome. I was in a crunch for time and they got me fixed up overnight and saved my skin. Matt is very forthright with what repairs are needed and was genuinely concerned about my situation. This is my one stop shop for honesty and great prices. Thanks guys JT
Coach Works is hands down the best body shop I have ever used. We used them years ago when my husbands car was nearly totaled and, most recently, when I ran into a metal kiosk and had damage to the side of my vehicle. The work was *impeccable* in both cases, the staff was friendly and super knowledgeable (informing me of safety equipment I didnt even know my car had), and the price was beyond fair for the quality of work we received. It is still family owned and operated, and the Radmans are genuine people who made me feel like family, too. I would give them 10 stars if I could.
Matt and Marina are awesome! I was in an accident and they worked to get my car repaired right, OEM parts!... and kept me up to date as repairs were done. They do amazing auto body work and treat you like family!
So fast and carring! They made certain that all my questions were answered. Excellence and perfection in detailed workmanship.
You will always feel at home when working with Coachworks Auto Body. They are kind and professional while doing great work!
