Quality. Quality. Quality. I grew up in a body shop and am very particular about my truck. Orlandos painted both bumpers and they absolutely looked like new. They also removed a door ding to perfection and I also had them replace my windshield. I had been putting the repairs off but I am so glad that I took my truck to Orlando and had everything repaired. Like new again.

I was in a minor collision, and chose Orlando. They have fantastic customer service, but the new paint is a shade lighter than the the original paint, so it no longer has a uniform color on the car. Overall I am satisfied. Be patient and prepared to wait, if you have an older vehicle, it may take time for a replacement part to come in.

This is the second time Ive taken a vehicle to Orlando this year. Outstanding work the first time; so chose them again. Very professional- Erin, Jessica, Joe and Jason who I spoke to. It was ok. Found them from a Google search. Went to get an estimate. They guy was not very friendly for me to be a potential new customer. He was not rude or anything it was just a weird vibe. So most likely will take my business elsewhere where it feels as my business is more appreciated . The place was nice though. Had great graphics on the building and on the company trucks. They had people coming and going so it looks like a great shop bit I dont do business where Im not appreciated.

Orlando Auto provided me high quality front end & rear end repair following an auto accident with beautiful results! They used only new parts. Also, there is no sense of “Newly Repaired” area next to older, unpainted area. They freshened my trim all over and left the entire car brightly polished and shiny! Truck was dropped off on Aug 17, picked up on Oct 1. For the record, my insurance settled on August 30th, delivering a check to them on Sept 1. The repairs are fabulous, but the service was unforgivable. I was told 1st, its a staffing issue, then it was the number of cars they had to service. Then it was the wrong the part was ordered.I chose this facility because they had a deductible assistance which amounted to zero savings, I paid my full deductible.The repairs are really good, but when my insurance company contacted them about the time (to extend my rental car) Orlandos failed to respond, forcing my hand and I had to return my rental, fortunately I could drive my sons car for an entire month.If you want to utilize their service, ask up front if they have time for your vehicle...when I dropped mine off I was prepared for 2-3 weeks, not 6.If I need a body shop in the future, Ill look elsewhere, and again, the quality of the work is 5 stars, the customer service, not so much

FANTASTIC SERVICE!!! Brought my 4Runner in to get damage repaired from a hit and run. During the estimate review, Jason took time to explain all of their steps and process. He was upfront about current parts delays that could extend the time to complete. Orlando Auto Body communicated throughout the repair and were done quicker than expected.Hope to never need auto repair again, but when I do, Orlando Auto Body is where I will go for all my needed vehicle repairs from now on.

My 2019 Durango was rear ended, my dad referred me to Orlandos and Im so glad he did. My Durango looks brand new again! I worked with Robert and he referred me to an attorney on getting money back for the loss in value on my Durango. They are excellent to work with and I HIGHLY recommend taking your vehicle to them!

Ive used / recommended Orlando for 7 years now and they always look out for you. My insurance adjuster quoted and wrote a check for 1600 and Orlando showed proof that it was a 6700 repair. The insurance company had to write 2 more checks to cover it all.. I will say the communication wasnt great probably because of being shorthanded but thats when you should communicate best imo. I also notice that the wheel well is the same as in the accident bcuz it has the hole in it from the tire wearing thru it. someone missed that in final inspections.

Very nice staff!!! Needed repairs after being in a fender bender. Joe did the estimate and sent it directly to the insurance company. I didnt have to do anything but drop off and pick up! I got updates via email from him as well. Jess at the front desk is so friendly and helpful as well!!! Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do they have my business for life!!

Absolutely incredible, I drive a highly modified muscle car, so I really don’t like people working on it for the first time. They were a referral. These guys are AMAZING!!! Their quote was spot on! Work IS FLAWLESS. I had 9 holes in my trunk from an aftermarket spoiler, and after they were finished I couldn’t even tell there had been anything done to the trunk. Super awesome customer service too and everything done on time 11/10 will come again.

My 15 year old Nissan 350Z had a drivers side window that rolled down...and then didnt roll back up!! It was 116 degrees outside!! Orlando Auto Body speedily handled this repair! Lisa, at the Scottsdale location, searched for the best prices for the parts I would need. She even ordered a couple of parts I might need, in case the diagnosis didnt uncover all scenarios. I only paid for the ones used in the repair, and the others were returned. This way, you only have to come in once! Then she dropped me off at my house so I could leave the car overnight. Paint was subpar and the experience was poor with them communicating with insurance. Was like 2 middle schoolers having a slap fight with me copied on the emails.

I was in a car accident 🚗 the lady who i dealt with was amazing.When i got home we noticed the hood on the car was off center so i went back to talk to them. The guy who came to look said that it was like that before the accident. I tried to explain that it wasnt because i had my car cleaned and waxed before the accident and i would know. But he insisted that it wasnt and they fixed all that was required. And he seemed annoyed that i came back for that and no solutions to this problem.

Did body works several times in last several years. They always provide the details of the job and professional services. The job was done perfectly. Much better than the ones insurance company suggested.

After I got into an accident that damaged the front corner of my scion fr-s, I took the car to Orlando Auto Body. After getting them involved in my insurance claim they took care of everything. They negotiated cost for repair and had the car physically ready in about 2 weeks. They even helped with the deductible. I would recommend going here!

Oh my God I got my vehicle back and I felt like I was in a brand new vehicle after they fixed all the damages and put my car back together I was truly amazed I would definitely recommend this business

We dropped my car off at the end of July for repairs related to an accident that wasn’t our fault. We live nearby and for weeks saw that the car was driven placed out on the side of the street next to the shop each morning and was put away each night. After having my car for weeks we finally got an email say the car would be done on 9/3/21 after an original estimate of around 8/25/21. September 3rd passed with no email or contact with an update for when the car would be finished. We called the following week and we’re given the runaround as to if the car was finished or not. The next day we received a call that the car was needing to be polished but it was almost complete. We then got another call saying the battery was dead on the car so it needed to be replaced in order for a rim to be replaced and an alignment to be done. The battery was replaced but the car which has always run great and has low mileage and was driven daily for weeks by the body shop would still not turn on. It turns out the ECM/PCM had been fried which is not a typical failure and is usually caused due to human error. My car had to be towed and we are now stuck with an over $1,000 bill to repair and reprogram the ECM. The staff at the body shop have been very rude and unhelpful and have argued me and hung up on me. The door they repaired doesn’t shut right and is not aligned with the body of the car on top of it all. Would not recommend this body shop at all!!!

I took my car in to get the entire passenger side fixed, from the second we walked in the door we felt welcome. They explained everything, even sent a follow up email with pictures and more explanations. They fixed my car better then I had even hoped, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs body work done. 5/5 for sure

Just picked up my car. They replaced my bumper, had to match the paint to the rest of the trim. They did a fantastic job. They even washed my car, n my tires they look shinny new. But the real icing on the cake for me was when I got into my car it was completely detailed. They went above and beyond and I give them a 5 star and highly recommend them to you! The shop took such great care of my car I was amazed at the results. Someone had hit/run the front bumper causing the fog light suspension to drop. I was beyond pleased with the results and along with the great body/paint work the inside detailing was outstanding (I think they found all the change over 6 years!) it had never been so clean! They use factory dealer parts instead of cheap aftermarket parts and a lot of times certain insurance companies don’t wanna pay for those more expensive parts so they go to bat for you until they get that covered by insurance so resell value is better. And their painter Juan is fantastic he does great work I would highly recommend this place to anyone including friends or family members!! GREAT JOB GUYS!!!

They had my vehicle towed from the tow yard to their shop and I was able to fill out my forms online for them to start their work. They were very thorough and provided pictures and a very detailed quote not only to the insurance company but also to me. They kept me in the loop every step of the way and while my car was ultimately totaled in the end I would not hesitate to use them again. Hands down the best shop in town.

I went to Orlando after my car was hit. They fixed it right up with no issues. They worked directly with my insurance company. My car was better than brand new when it was done. They do have a Covid procedure when working on the vehicle, I just wish they would follow that when working with customers, such as wearing masks. As far as the work on cars go, no one is more experienced or talented than them.

Son brought his car in, they were honest about the repairs costing more than the car was technically worth but paying for a repair vs payments on a newer car was optimal for us, they have an estimate that was fairly close and when it looked like it might go over, they checked with him before moving forward. Very honest and the repairs were top notch!

Relative pulled out if garage and creased my front fender and edge of door. Biggest hassle was Farmers insurance being bought by Met life and had no contact with insurance company for two weeks. I dropped my car off at Orlandos and the insurance company said that since my car was drivable I couldnt get a rental but Orlado said they needed to have my vehicle to tear it apart to see what parts were needed which makes perfect sense. I said I didnt want any bondo and of course the insurance company wanted it repaired as cheap as possible. Orlando knew how to deal with the insurance company and I got an OEM fender. Their work is outstanding. My 2015 Toyota RAV4 has been repaired professionally and the body paint and clear coat is amazing. There is one little trim piece on the wiper cowl end that is sticking up and I called and they are following up to take care of that. I

They went above and beyond to keep me informed on how best to protect my vehicle and returned my car back to me in prestige condition!

Due to an accident, the car needed $6000 worth of damage repair. Orlando staff gave us the most thorough bid and gave us a 3 week deadline. They met the deadline and the work was beautiful. The car looks like it is new.

They did a good job and detailed the car nicely at the ends. You cannot tell it was repaired.

So we had two doors that were damaged by another truck with big tires drivers door and passengers and their Insurance took 100% responsibility of the incident and Robert and Jason at Orlando Auto Body told us straight up that what ever the insurance estimates would probably be less then the actual cost and guaranteed us they will take care of everything from here on out and put us at ease they even offered to contact the rental company to pick us up and after 20 days they had fixed our 2013 Honda Civic 4door and it looks great like nothing ever happened and the total cost was over 2k the Insurance estimated but Orlando made sure they took care of it all within themselves so if find your self in Mesa AZ we recommend coming here first if you want the truth and want quality auto body work .

My Wifes Ford Escape was in a accident, she was side swiped by a 16yr old kid on the drivers side. Long story shorten, after having the car for almost a month (3.5 weeks) . We ended paying for the extra days we had to have a rental car (insurance covered it for 2 weeks) and also they advertised they wave the deduction Dont fall for it, its a scam!! We had to pay for the deduction. Results of body work ? Drivers inside door handle trim fell off, Drivers door is hard to close/open, wavy body work at rear quarter panel. Would I recommend them.. HELL NO !!
