RV Renovators installed a swivel seat and 2 fans in my Transit van. No other RV company was willing to take these on. Technician WADE performed both jobs. Both jobs were done in a very reasonable amount of time, professionally, and without any problems. Its well known that metal shavings result when you cut into the roof. The van was vacuumed out and returned to me spotless. This is the company to choose for any changes or repairs made to your RV.

Their recording says, friendly and helpful approach that was not our experience with the service manager or the owner. They removed property of our without our consent and placed in a pile to be sold to a scrap man that comes by weekly. When we inquired where the property was, we were met with some eye rolling and annoyance. Their recording says, we consistently go above and beyond again, not our experience. When we asked to see some of the work that had been completed, the tech said, hey man its 5 oclock I am ready to go home. When I left a message for the owner, I had to call a second time since there was no returned phone call. As I tried to explained the way we were treated, the owner acted and treated me the same way, interrupting me and making a lot of excuses, cutting me off, talking over me and so on. Their recording says, we can fix it well they installed the leg of the awning in a way that cant open the latch to the wheel covers, so can they fix it correctly? Also the brackets are away from the RV, we pointed that out at pick and up the service manager said, I dont really know, I dont work on these. Now we have to go back because of an error, which happens, but the point is, when I call to tell whats wrong; the owner blames the year our RV was made vs. saying, well make it right. I would not recommend this shop at this point. I had hope that the owner would be more pleasant, but now I see why the service manager behaves the way he does.

This is a first class establishment. I took my 2008 Weekend Warrior in for some repair, maintenance and modification. Not only did they complete the repair that was discussed, but they saved me money by excluding another repair that we had agreed upon that they later found was unnecessary. Additionally, they fixed a latch that I had forgot to note without even putting it in the work order. Talk about exceptional. I cant think of the last time I had work done on anything that they saved me money and then did additional work at no charge. Im sure that the latch they fixed was not a big deal to them, but the principal that they were mindful as they worked on my trailer, and intentional about doing a professional job was very meaningful to me.

I have brought my 06 Fleetwood Providence 39V DP to RV Renovators three times. Every time I have been impressed with their high quality of workmanship and knowledge of my rig. The front cap on our fifth wheel was sideswiped, badly scraped with hairline fiberglass cracks. RVR completed job on time as promised. Repaired, repainted and looks like new! The finish is smooth, glossy with no residual sanding marks. First rate job.

RV Renovators has been great to work with. Called around when our rental trailer was damaged and was told by several shops it could be 6 months or longer wait time. RV Renovators said they would get parts ordered the next day and I was back in business in just a couple of weeks. Awesome shop to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone needing repiars or service done to their RV or travel trailer!!

I only wish I had found RV Renovators back in Jan 2021. I took my 5th wheel to an authorized Forest River dealership for some warranty work and it was a nightmare. Finally after 5 months I took it over to RV Renovators to address one of the warranty items the first company couldnt seem to do. RV Renovators were so professional, addressed my concerns, fixed it and Boom, we were out in less than a month. I highly recommend them for any type of service or renovating. RV Renovators did an interior remodel of our Class A 2002 Alpine Coach. It was completed ahead of schedule, while we knew what we wanted they had great ideas and input, they exceeded our expectations in so many ways - overall quality and attention to detail, and they’re honest! Ten-plus years ago my husband was twirling his wedding band while driving and dropped the ring. We thought it had dropped out the tiny brake pedal slot in the floor cuz we never found the ring. When we picked up our beautifully remodeled RV, we were handed a baggie with the ring. Love this shop!!

They replaced my 16 year old water tank on my Pioneer Trailer that was leaking badly around the drain. Brand new tank works great and very happy for the work. Highly recommended for any renovations needed on your RV.

They did a bang up job on my 2001 Discovery, and Izzy did it in a week. I’m impressed. They took care of the insurance paperwork and all of the headaches. My stay there was comfortable since I am a full timer. I highly recommend this place!

I have some delamination spots on my Lance cabover, which I have suspected are only cosmetic after making sure all the seams are sealed up well. After sending some pictures over for an estimate to repair the spots, I was given the honest feedback that it indeed appears to be cosmetic, and wont affect the functionality of the camper; and based on the cost to repair, I was given the recommendation to not worry about the delamination. This kind of honesty is what will absolutely bring me to RV Renovators if I need any other work done on my camper! Thanks again Monty!

Very professional and experienced in repairs and/or upgrades to your RV. After getting estimates at a number of service centers in the area we found RV Renovators. They were more knowledgeable in what needed to be done and better at doing it. I would seriously recommend them to anyone.

Levi was excellent in discussing all options with me. They had a nice selection of flooring to choose from. I was a bit surprised at the $145 per hour labor charge, but maybe thats the norm now.

Very friendly and helpful was everyone. Planning on them doing some body work on the coach.

This was the only repair shop, that was Thor authorized, that could get my RV repaired in a timely manner. All the other chain RV repair places wanted to book an appointment MONTHS in advance. They got me an appointment within a week, and repairs were completed with a couple weeks. Great quality, quick service.

Great Job! RV Renovators repaired collision damage on my motorhome and the results are like-new! Not like-new as in almost like new, but its just like it was when it was new. The before/after pictures are amazing. They completed other miscellaneous repairs and all were completed with the same great results. I highly recommend RV Renovators.

We I bought our own toilet and it came still in the box true they put it in half way he decided not to put a new flange on it unless the old one that’s 21 years old or toilet broke right off the base we were not gonna take it back to them for they screwed up the first time and charged us $500 in labor after we paid for a $350 porcelain toilet we are all set don’t go there

The service team at RV Renovators were amazing! They fit us in when we had an unexpected issue with our slide and leveling jacks while in the middle of a trip. Their work wound up being a little pricier than originally quoted, but thats normal with service work. We would definitely work with them again.

RV Renovators is the worst! Horrible customer service! They had my trailer for four weeks to do PDI/systems check and give me a quote to fix the master bedroom slide. This is what they provided me for $390. When I asked the technician questions about the sink he said “I don’t remember, I did that like three weeks ago.” I just bought this used trailer through a private seller and wanted to have it looked at before I took the family camping. I knew it needed tires and the master slide repaired. So for $390 I got a check box on the faucet/kitchen with no detail on what the problem is. The technician also said he wasn’t even half way done with the inspection. Then when I go to hook up my brand new Anderson ultimate coupler wasn’t installed, no big deal. I install it and land it in my hitch now the latch pin won’t go in to couple around my ball. I take it back off the truck and remove the coupler to find the pin guide all gouged up. The technician finds a file so I can file it smooth so the pin operates enough to get the trailer home. This place is a joke! I wasted my time and money and will not be back. At one point Jim told me I know you don’t want to hear excuses but we are really busy and some staff have been on vacation. If that’s the case Jim, don’t have me drop off my trailer until you are staffed and ready to do the work.

Jim and all the folks at RV Renovators are the best! Took our 1974 jutted Airstream Overlander to them and the made a beautiful conversion to a modern traveling home. They listened to our requests, kept us posted on progress and we are truly happy with the outcome. They allowed us to shop for our appliances, beds, plumbing fixtures, etc. and they built around them. We didn’t have to buy our of the catalogs most places use. The cabinets builder, electricians, painters, and everyone there are top notch and very polite. Would highly recommend to anyone considering work on their RV. I saw a number of similar projects on their lot as they progressed though their renovations. They simply do great work!

They are super busy and I felt my smaller job wasnt worth their attention. I needed another sleeping area, electronic leveling, 2 cameras installed, a storage unit on the back with enough space to hold a small barbecue, dog food, 2 chairs and a cooler. I also wanted a simpler smoke detector with easy battery removal and he wanted me to research it. He also wanted me to call back in 3 three weeks and leave my new RV there for a bit. I wanted a definite appt but wasnt going to get one. They are the renovators. I expected more enthusiasm and innovation since that is their business!!

I cannot express enough thanks for the incredible job they did on my coach. We had an accident that resulted in the rear cap being half torn off and the front bumper cracked in half. My wife and I spent years searching for a reliable RV facility that not only did good work, but also stood behind it as well. A friend recommended RV Renovators in Mesa, AZ. We went there once and now regular Spring and Fall visits are part of our annual schedule. We have had cabinetry redone or refinished, electrical systems repaired and upgraded, fiberglass repairs and paintwork. They can do it all. At this point we only do emergency repairs on the road and put the rest on the list for our next visit. Their Techs are professional, just like their management. I recommend them for virtually anything. Our 2009 Monaco has 150,000 miles on the odometer and runs almost like she was new. Five Stars for sure!

We went to get a quote on a bent cargo compartment door. The man helping us said it would cost over a $1000 just for the door. We had already contacted Tiffin about a replacement door, they would make one for us for $400. We stated this to the employee and he flat out said he didnt believe us. We left and bought a brand new door from Tiffin and will have another shop install it.Makes me question their integrity.

Repeat customer and wouldnt entrust my coach with anyone else! Jim, Levi and Monty are the best in the business, bar-none. They go out of their way to deliver what they promise and then back it up if you feel something doesnt quite measure-up. I am very fussy and appreciate true craftsmen, which Curtis and Ron are both of the highest caliber. I have dealt with many shops over the years, but if I have a choice I will never go anywhere else again!

Terrible customer service. Three time I called and was told I would receive a call back. NO ONE EVERY CALL BACK IN OVER 6 MONTHS.I even called and their email address to send photos and still never received a call or message.I CAN ONLY ASSUME THEY DO NOT WANT MY BUSINESS.

This is the first time we have use this group. They were very knowledgeable and very easy to work with. they even checked on the warranty of my generator to see if I could get a better deal for me and also gave me some help while I was on the road with my AC unit.

I had a great experience. They fixed the dump drain on my fresh water tank. They also took the time to explain things and point me in the right direction for self maintenance and self repairs.

From the moment we arrived we knew we had found the right place. We were greeted by Monte who was so friendly and helpful He never tried to up sale us anything. Monte told us things we should worry about fixing and the other things that didnt really need it. Travel Trailers are special creatures that just need extra TLC and care. Carrie in the office was friendly and took care of all of our paper work. When she answered the phone it was friendly and courteous! Anyways, our trailer roof was torn off by a bad storm. RV Renovators took care of the insurance and the repairs. They did great work, in the time they promised. We are customers for life and we are back out on the camping trail for many more years in our trailer. THANKS TO EVERYONE AT RV RENOVATORS.

I was very happy with their work. RV was returned one day earlier than expected.

RV Renovators had my 5er for 4 weeks to repair a broke water drain valve and replace a broken window that I purchased from the manufacture. After I picked up the unit and got home, then decided to look at the work. To my amazement the technician failed to finish the job. The outside area around the window, had not been cleaned of old clear caulk and had no new caulk. With rain in the forecast, I took pictures and then proceeded to finish the job. I wrote them an email describing the situation and got a call from the Manager who said he would look into the situation. A few days later Service Manager Jim called, he apologized and after several minutes of talking about a remedy to fix this, I suggested a gift card to a restaurant would go a long way in improving my attitude about RV Renovators. Jim then said Ill see what I can do about that. That was about February 6th, and Ive heard nothing since.

Our RV looks amazing. The workers at RV Renovaters did an outstanding job. It was beyond what I had hoped for. The employees were very helpful, making suggestions that I wouldnt have thought about. If you ever need something done on your RV, fifth wheel, or camper, I would highly recommend this company. They are true professionals

The ONLY place to take your RV for service or for a total renovation/customization. RV Renovators has customized and serviced my RV for last few years. This year I asked Bob to replace all the brakes and drums. I also asked Bob to go through everything for a service and safety check. All I can say is the work is outstanding as usual. I can honestly say the brakes are better than when new. Before it always felt like the back was pushing me. Now when I hit the brakes everything feels even and safe. RV Renovators is not your average RV service center. If you want top quality work at an honest price, this is the place.

These guys can repair anything that has to do with recreational vehicles. Amazing how working with the service advisor you can change and update the entire vehicle from paint to appliances. Very professional and accommodating. They work with all insurance and extended warranty companies. Would recommend them to anyone, especially if you have a high end coach or want a custom interior.

Didnt actually have work done here but the customer service was great. I needed suspension work done to my fifth wheel and Monty personally called a suspension shop for me to plead my case. On top of that Ive heard great things about their work.

The times we have had issues with our RV and used RV Renovators we have had nothing but excellent service. I highly recommend them. Great service and follow-through on everything. Cant see why anyone would go across the street.

Zero customer service and no follow through on promises made with shoddy work. And service mgr Jim is just the worse.

We were having issues with our battery and went to have it looked at. They told us the battery was dead and we needed to purchase a new one. They ordered one for around $70, we paid and left while we waited for it to be delivered. They called and when we arrived back they had ordered the wrong one and informed us that the correct one was approx. $40 more. We asked for a refund and left. We then went to battery + and they tested it again. The battery was fine! All that we needed to replace was the fuse in the battery. They tried to take advantage of us and we will definitely not be back!
