This is absolutely the worst service center. I have never been able to through to the service department on the main number.After driving down and getting the direct number for a service advisor, I was able to schedule an oil change, which I had to wait a week to get. I brought it in at 9am for my schedule appointment, and dropped it off with the service advisor. I verified that they had the correct cell number. I waited all day and didnt hear anything, so I went in 30 minutes before closing to pick it up only to find out that they never touched the vehicle. They had it all day for a scheduled appointment, and didnt do anything on it.I did prepay for my first four services when I purchased the vehicle, maybe that just means I get absolutely last priority. I will take it to another more reliable and responsible dealer going forward. I also need to fight to get my money back I prepaid. This dealership is a joke.

I only gave this 4 stars for todays service. The problem I have with Auto Nation is you can never talk to a person. My engine light came so I called to see about an appointment or if I could drop by. I had to leave a message. Got no response 4 hours later left another message. They respond about 24 hours later. It was too late because when I got home that evening I was able to book an appointment on line. I did not get a confirmation email so I had to chat with someone on line to get confirmation.When I dropped off my car for my 7:30 appointment I was told they would call to give me an update. No call by 12:30 so I called, had to leave a message. No call by 1:45 left another message and at 2 oclock we drove to the dealership to see what going. The issue they found was explained to us and within the next 30 minutes we left with all issues resolved.I have no complaint about the service but I have 2 issues. 1. When you call the service department you have to leave messages, which were not returned 2. It would have been nice for an update on my vehicle.In the end everything worked out but the lack of being able to talk to someone to make a reservation or check on my vehicle was very inconvenient and not customer friendly

The last 3 times we have had a service appointment, the delays have been atrocious. Whoever is managing their service department is doing a terrible job. Not only is it frustrating for us as customers, but its costing them money. Theyve had to comp our last three services because the delays were so incredibly terrible. Seems like they must be understaffed on the mechanic side, but if thats the case they need to learn to adjust their appointments accordingly so that their customers are not left waiting. Pretty sure today is the last time were ever taking our car to this location.

Everyone time you ask them a question, it seems it is a inconvenience to answer you, I put car in for a recall and oil change asked them simple question about a radio up date, Service manager, oh, well not sure some models may not have it not sure about update, only way to find out is T2 update, and basically shrugged it off. Did, not even attempt to find out my VIN model, never again.I am 50 bought plenty of cars and this dealer seems service managers know nothing or simple can care less about customers not sure.Sad, since customers are a premium now.

Bad communication should tell ppl that they gonna have to drop off car for 2 days when they make an appt had to drive 2 hrs just for a oil change unless I want to leave truck for 2 days and walk back home apparently new 2020 chevy colorado with intermittent ac problems 12k miles and ac freezing up not cool when you buy a new gm you expect no problems 2 chips in window couple days off the lot a nail in 2 tires and ac freezing up only like 6 months old drive it perfect take great care of it and it seems like gm cheating out on newer cars maybe need to try a different brand next time dont even know our warranty info chevy is letting me down these days

Since the first time we had service here its been top notch. I no longer go to the dealership I purchased it from and have it all done here. We greatly rely on our vehicle during the year to get us around the country during our travels. Mike Riley and the others in the service department have been quick, courteous, dependable and through. They have earned my loyalty. Thank guys.

I experienced the auto body and service shop. The service department is great. The auto body department is the reason for the low rating. You can find this type of customer service anywhere. Don’t overpay with the auto body shop here. The auto body customer service needs a lot of attention.

Improvements are needed in negotiations. I shook hands on multiple occasions and my payment was not honored. Furthermore, when mistakes were made on AutoNations part and misleading statements were made, there was not an effort put forth to make it right. Beware of their sales department. They will say anything to sell a car, even if it means misleading you.I kept my end of the bargain, AutoNation did not. This is how they reward customer loyalty. This would have been my second car from the AutoNation brand.

I purchased a 2015 Chevy Equinox at AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa on Oct 6, 2018 - which is over 80-miles round trip from my home. Exactly a year later, the car started leaking oil. I returned on Oct 22, 2019 and the service department said it was leaking from the oil pan gasket. I paid $1,145.82 to have the oil pan gasket replaced and have a multi-point inspection done to make sure there were no other issues with the vehicle. The car was still leaking oil. I returned on Nov 4, 2019 and they said that they improperly installed the oil dipstick tube while they were working on the vehicle and supposedly repaired it. The car is still leaking oil. I return a third time Nov 27, 2019 and now they tell me that its leaking from the lower crankcase and want another $2,183.74. The car has never stopped leaking oil since the first time I brought it in. They misdiagnosed the problem, have no clue what they’re doing or just make stuff up as they go. They found nothing on the multi-point inspection and after driving 240-miles back and forth to a completely incompetent service department, would you recommend having your vehicle serviced here? During my most recent visit, I asked that they keep the vehicle locked while in the parking lot since I keep tools in the car. When I arrived, they even had a sign in the window saying “keep locked”. The car was, of course, unlocked and someone left a dirty rag on the seats. I highly recommend avoiding the service department of this dealership at all costs.

Great experience. Our salesperson Tony Grimsley was excellent, very earnest and straightforward. He did a great job of communicating befor and after our purchase of a 2012 Suburban. I am not a fan of dealerships but my whole experience from reserving my vehicle online to getting financing though the dealership was an excellent experience.

My car was here for over 5 days to have my trim replaced on my brand-new car and a simple oil change. I Showed up to pick up my car and it was filthy dirty and NONE of the trim was even replaced. I have had nothing but problems with this dealership. Since getting my car from this dealership Ive had nothing but a headache. They had my car for FIVE DAYS! Apparently it just sat there. I had to get a rental car and once again be inconvenienced due to the lack of competency at this dealership. HORRIBLE 0 out of 10 STARS. I will be driving further to have my work done at the AutoNation in Gilbert.

Made an appointment two day ago for Saturday 1230pm oil change, that would be an 45 minutes to an hour wait. When I got to service center I was greeted and they took my car with no time information. After waiting an hour I asked on status of oil change, service member talk to service techs. Came back and told me my car was 1 of 5 and I was last for service. This would be 1-1/2 hours to 2 hour wait on top of the 1 hour Ive already been waiting. If its first come first serviced what is the point of appointment. And why couldnt I be told ahead of time we only have 2 service tech so they will get to your car as soon as possible and provide me with a realistic time.

Had to make two appointments to get simple service of oil change, tire rotation.Service neglected to say on certain days a three hour wait for service on appointment, plus service time. Aprox two hours for service. Have to inspect interior filter as when installed the fan blade hits something now. Nice

Purchased a 2016 Chevy Tahoe. Had it customized direct from factory, it arrived and immediately had 2 recalls with only 5 miles on it. I keep it garages and the paint on the roof and hood look like it is a 30 year old car. I have a 13 yr old Mercedes with perfect black paint still: chevys response “your over the amount of miles for warranty” what does amount of miles driven have to do with a paint job that last under 2 years!! I paid 75k for this car!! just scheduled another recall appt and haven’t been able to get ahold of service for 3 days left a vm for every single service adviser. My advice do not ever buy from automation and automation and as for Chevy unless it’s 1969 or before don’t waste your $

Had a flat tire in front while driving by....and even tho I was driving an old beat up FORD pick-up truck they went above and beyond all expectations to help...even scooted me into their comfortable customer waiting room with the offering of a cold beverage while they fixed me up. Had no idea such courtesy existed other than long ago in Mayberry. lol. Have since added Buy a new Chevy from AutoNation Chevrolet to my list. (5+ Stars)

Bought a damaged vehicle and extended warranty. They wont honor the warranty, managers will not return phone calls. Horrible service except for our service tech who did his best to assist. I should note that the damage was discovered inside the 90 day warranty and was not disclosed.

Worked with someone throughout the day on a car. Confirmed I was driving out to test drive the car, only to find out the car isnt there after being told itd be ready for me to check out. Supposedly in the shop. Now I drive from the far East valley to the West side to get home. Such a waste of time. Very disappointed.

Bad service i buy a chevy tahoe 2106 my battery went bad and i took it in, and they said The battery had no warranty because the warranty start wen they manufacture the tahoe in 2015 but the tahoe its a 2016 and i buy it in 2016 berry bad service i i culd give 0 stars that is what they deserve

AutoNation Chevrolet Mesa. So....I got a used Mazda from them at the end of January, havent even had the car for 8 months. 5 months and the air went out. I called to set up an appointment and the lady for service told me that they are not certified to work on a non GM vehicle. They wouldnt set up an appointment so i went up there and talked in person and they took the car and fixed it. So i thought.....its been about 2 months if that since they fixed the air and it broke again. So called again and again they said they were not certified to work on non GM vehicles. So i go up there and talk to a service person and he told me that only one guy would work on non GM vehicles and he was booked for a week. He also said that i could take it to Mazda to get it fixed. Well my deductible for Chevy is $100 and any non Chevy place is $200. So why give me a warranty and a $100 deductible if you are not even certified to work on the car i got from you? I also got a paper when i got the car telling me what was fixed and checked.....um you are not certified to work on that non GM vehicle so how did you fix any problems? Hmm. So today i take it to Mazda and they look at it and find a plastic piece that doesnt belong to the car stuck in the gears, they also said that my air filter was never put back on. I havent touched under the engine, i only drive the car so i know i didnt leave it in there or take off the air filter. From all of this happening after i got the car back from them, i need new motor mounts and a new blower for my air which mounts are covered by the warranty but the air is not. All together to fix is over$700. So i go to chevy and talk to a service manager. He said he had a conference call that would be from 14:30 to 16:00 and he would call me after and let me know what he found out. Its almost 5 and i called him. Said he never looked into it but will call me tomorrow. Fun day with @autonation chevrolet mesa. How i wanted to spend my day off. Thank you. 😠😡

Well I complete a 4 hours car bought here and they say that you have to change the battery. And an integrated one arrives at 9 and 30 a lot of time is 1 and 30 in the afternoon.
