Ron was so helpful with everything ! When my car was rear ended he gave me and exact date to when it would be started on and finished. Any questions I had, he was there to answer. He made note that the paint wasn’t going to match because of course in Arizona weather my black car is bound to get faded but I didn’t mind them giving me a refreshed back side ! The car looks great they were honest in the materials they used and how they got them. Overall I’m really happy with the experience and I’m glad my car is fixed in a short amount of time ! Extremely disappointed with the service I’ve not been receiving from the service department and the collision center. My vehicle was in a collision on July 26th and was towed to the collision center that day. Although everybody is nice there my car is still not fixed. They forgot to fix the front damage and I had to deal with them and my insurance company multiple times. They’ve been paid for the work and the work hasn’t been done. The paint doesn’t match up on the new back bumper they put on. And we’ve been complaining since the day I picked it up and realized that they didn’t even fix the front damage. They said they were going to “make it right” and yet I’m still driving a damaged vehicle around that they were already paid to fix. This has been a nightmare. I was sent to the service department to get my windshield replaced because there has been a defect in mine and 3 weeks later no phone calls to me not a single one and every time I call I get the run around about why they don’t have the windshield when I can call ANY windshield company and get a new windshield THE SAME DAY!!!! This has been the worst experience. Like I said everybody has been nice but I’m still driving a brand new vehicle that is still damaged. We thought we would be getting more out of FORD after the price to purchase the vehicles but honestly I will never buy again from this place I just want my vehicle fixed or replaced and to be done with this company. I will be telling everybody I know not to go here as well

I have my 2017 Expedition in for repair picked it up and the front bumper wasnt painted all the way had to bring it back they had it for another week and went to pick it up after being told it was done and still had some imperfections in the bumper and it was not cleaned up Justin told us to bring it back and they one again would make things right today is the second time we have brought it back to have the work finished and were told that Justins off and they know nothing about
