Took longer than expected to get my truck back. Went to pick it up andDecal (big sticker) missing from rear quarter panel, myTailgate scratched,Truck bed was dirty from all the monsoon rain,Camper shell muddy (left on the dirt during all the monsoon,Camper shell lock was exposed to the rain and rusted enough that it would not lock...Lock eventually started working, scratches are still there and the decal was put on and truck bed was cleaned.All in all, Im glad my truck was fixed and everything put right (mostly). Im personally going to a different repair company in the future.

This place is ABSOLUTELY the best! I have only had my car to a repair shop a couple of times, but let me tell you; this place is hands down remarkable. They did a fantastic job repairing the door to my van. I bought it used and the color didnt quite match, and now you would think its the original door! They kept me informed throughout the process. They worked seamlessly with our insurance company. I recommend them wholeheartedly!

My insurance company recommended East Valley CarStars for some minor body damage. I was very impressed with the service I received throughout the whole process from when I stopped by for the estimate to the lifetime guarantee of their work. The office was clean. Everyone I met was professional, helpful, and kind. The work was done perfectly and the car was finished a day earlier than expected. I had a personal interaction with a recent high school graduate working there. I was extremely impressed with him and mention it to the main guy. I appreciate that they recognized and developing new talent. I hope I dont need body work done again soon, but if I do this is the place Ill go.

Jason was very nice, updated me the whole time my car was getting serviced. The front desk staff was very clear about what would be going on with my insurance claim and how much I would have to pay as a deductible. They also informed me about the unfortunate paying up front with my rental as well. That is not their fault but the way the insurance is set up. It was nice to know, so I would have no unforeseen expense. At the end, the young kid pulled my car up front, left it on with the AC while I finished my paperwork AND they washed and wiped down the inside of my car. Thank you so much! Perfectly done job! The only way it could of been better if they could of teleported me home and skip the drive!

Took my vehicle in to get trunk replaced due to an accident. It took a little longer than expected but in the end the job was done and it looks great.

As a young woman, any time I have to get any kind of repairs on my car I get nervous because I’ve been spoken down to or felt patronized a lot of the times I’ve done things like this without my uncle or grandpa, but these guys are incredible!! I have genuinely never spoken to kinder or more helpful people about accident repairs & they were even able to give some advice to get set up with a rental though my insurance.I spoke to Angelica & very kind gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot and they were both so, so helpful & kind. Unfortunately, the time frame did not work out for me this time but i’d love to work with these guys sometime in the future. 10/10 customer service!!

This place is awesome. Due to a series of unfortunate events I have had to have my truck repaired there twice this month. The first time I took them a clean truck and got a clean truck back after they fixed the bumper and step pad. The second time they had to replace a door. I have them a dirty truck inside and out and got back one that was spotless in and out! They have been very quick each time, helpful, friendly on the phone and the first time helped me get a rental through the other parties insurance! I have dealt with other places in the past and none compare! My truck looks great and I would highly recommend them to others.

Stopped in to get a quote on repairs for my car.It’s a super clean place, love the vibe. They have a single serve coffee machine if you need a boost. The staff is super friendly and if they weren’t booked two weeks out, I would have taken my car to get serviced here.I didn’t get anything done here but I would recommend it for people in the area.

Their customer service was exceptional from beginning to end! They did a perfect job on my car and kept me informed on the whole process. I would definitely come here again if the need arose and will be recommending their services to others.

I had brought in my Lexus ES350 to put on a door moulding. I went through a car wash and after realized the driver rear door moulding came off.When i showed them the moulding, they mention they didn’t have the clips to attach it. However they guided me where to go to purchase the clips, and offered to put it on after getting it.After getting the clips, they not only put it on the vehicle but also advised me what not to do to ensure that the door moulding stays on.These guys are very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Even though I live in Gilbert, for any future body repairs I would be happy to make the drive to their shop in Mesa. And I would highly recommend them to others.Thanks guys.

Ive never worked with a better body shop! Their communication was excellent. We were never left wondering what the cost was, what the damage was, or when the vehicle would be completed. In fact, they were able to finish it before the scheduled time, since we found out after the accident that we didnt have rental insurance on this particular car. I will use this company again if we have a future need and 100 percent recommend them to my family and friends. If youre looking for a friendly, honest, reliable shop this is the place!!

Great place to bring your car

Couldnt be happier with my recent experience here. Great staff, owner seemed to watch all the dealings of each customer, myself included. Price was great. And best yet, they were able to make my body damage disappear with my aluminum body f150 that I brought in. Absolute perfection! I highly recommend.

I recently had my vehicle repaired here after an accident an am very impressed with the service and quality of the work done. You cannot even tell that my vehicle was in an accident. They were meticulous! They even showed me a few areas I need to watch out for in the future from a prior accident before I owned the car. I highly recommend using this shop if you want reliable, quality, honesty work done on your vehicle.

First I want to say dont get sold by how friendly they are before you drop your vehicle off. I was told what they were going to do and how well they were going to do it and that it would be around 5 days.. So i was sold even after they come in about $200 more the Gerber or Autonation. After dropping my truck off no one would talk to me besides my rep (Andy) and I was told almost every time I call he was our to lunch and he would call me back, even though I called before 11am and after 2pm on different days. He never called me back, so I would have to try again. After my truck had been at the shop for almost two weeks I started calling every day and was told my truck would be done the next day. When I called the next day, then I was told the next day, until my truck had been there over three weeks and finally it was done. When I showed up at the shop I could tell right away that the fender, hood and door were different colors. I talked to my rep (Andy) and he told me sorry, he could see the color was different but he watched them blend the paint himself and there was nothing they would do about it. So having to other choice I paid my bill and left with a truck that barely looked any better then when I dropped it off. I would never go back and I would not recomend having Carstar do any work on your vehicle.

I would give 6 stars if possible, not only did they take great care of the repairs but later that night after picking up the car we had an issue and they were very responsive and went above and beyond to insure we were taken care of immediately at no extra charge to me. The way you are treated by this company should be taught to others...client for life :)

Due to a recent car accident we were sent to East Valley Collision. I was a bit apprehensive because you hear/read so many negative things about car places (sales/repairs). Well I have to say from the moment we walked in the service at Easy Valley Collision was fabulous! They were amazing! They kept us updated on our car and the parts they were waiting for. They even stayed late so we could pick it up! Once we were able to see the repairs in person...WOW!! Our car looked better then it did when we bought it!! Great customer service! Impeccable, honest work!! I would highly recommend East Valley Collision!

Took our BMW 328i to East Valley Collision to get a fairly deep and large scrape on the bottom of the front bumper fixed. John, the owner, who I knew to be very good at what he does from a previous experience when he managed another body shop, delivered great work at a very competitive price. I am very happy with the end result. It is good to know that there is a trustworthy and reliable body shop out there when you need one.

Not so great. I dont understand the good reviews. Maybe the work they do is good, but the communication, followup, and organization leaves something to be desired. Hopefully my poor experience is an anomoly, but if you find them not getting back to you or following through with their word then you might want to find somewhere else to get your car fixed.

I could not have asked for a better experience! My historic Saturn looks like new and I was very pleasantly surprised at how clean and shiny it is, both inside and out. I have used East Valley Collision several times myself and also recommended this shop to friends and acquaintances, and I will continue to do so. I have always been very happy with any paint repair they have done and this time around they also did a fantastic job on refinishing a pair of ten year old headlights. They look just like new. Pricing is fair and the staff is friendly and helpful. The only reason for four rather than five stars is that twice now I have had a less than stellar experience with subcontracted jobs at this facility. To be fair, these were jobs (window tint and clear bra application) that are not the core business of a body shop and are not done by their employees but rather farmed out to subcontractors. Unfortunately, these subcontractors do not seem to live up to East Valley’s quality standards as evidenced in their own work.

This is the worst place in the valley. Not only did they not fix the car right, then they took the under car cover off to order another one. That was 8 months ago and still nothing. In fact, they still have not ordered it. Worst shop ever. I wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Awesome place! John helped us every step of the way to make sure everything makes sense. The other driver and I really had no idea what were doing on our wreck and he made sure he got us back on the road asap.

My sons 2011 GMC truck got rear-ended by a teenage driver and had to have some insurance-repair work on the lift gate and rear bumper. Since the truck was going to be in the shop anyway, I asked John what it would take to get the rest of the truck looking great. There were a number of areas on the truck that had small scratches, chips and the paint was not as bright as it used to be. East Valley Collision of course took care of the insurance work, but the rest of the work that was done to reverse a few years of small, built-up damage is what really made the truck look almost new again. I was dealt with very fairly by John and he was very good to always communicate and keep me in the loop. I would recommend to anyone needing body work/paint for their car or truck that they call East Valley Collision.

Scott and the staff at EVC are exceptional! After throwing a tread, the entire side of my truck and the corner of my cab were damaged. They replaced the outer bed side and repaired the other damage impeccably... the paint match was perfect! My truck hasnt looked this sweet in years!i recommend EVC highly for the quality of their work and their great customer service!

The worst service I had ever had anywhere hands down.. They dont have a good understanding of cars and expect a longer wait time then average shop.. Im still waiting for my car too much trouble here. I will never return again after I get my car back
